If you do go, bring headphones as now there's a public piano with only ditzy attention seeking teenage girls playing (if you can call it that) on it. So now there are less shops and more pointless noise than there was to begin with. Great job. Leamington is only for attention and tourists now. Those born here get left behind for the money.

Used to be very good in its heyday when people used to actually visit the high street and local shopping centres - used to be full of people. It used to have M&S, GAME, Gap, Ben's Cookies and more. Now it's a shadow of its former self which is very sad.

There are very few shops left now, such a shame. Lower level virtually empty of customers during our visit. Now that Wilko will be closing, I can not see me visiting on a regular basis as before.

Lovely sunny day put in Royal Priors Shopping Centre. Take a leisurely stroll and take in the many stores and options for shopping, dining and admiring of arts and crafts.

Far too many empty shops, about 12 in total . The shopping centre needs some love , lifts and escalators not been working for months, off putting to new and regular visitors .

My Nan would have called this "The Precinct"! Plenty of shops, cafes and parking. The cookie stall is a favourite of ours as is the DVD shop. Across the road for a great coffee at Hash Tag and further afield to Jephson Gardens which are beautiful. Lemington Spa has something for everyone

OMG.... There are so many units empty, it looks like a ghost town! only without the SPECIALS! stop charging the retailers so much and you might just get people through the doors. This used to be an amazing centre and a pleasure to shop there but now it just feels glum.

Awful place, no atmosphere. Plenty of people in the town, nothing in Royal Priors to entice them in. They need a pop up market or something interesting for footfall or the few remaining shops in there don't stand a chance.

A good shopping centre with various shops to suit most tastes .Situated on two floors it is well worth a visit

I like Leamington for its last Sunday in month markets. The shopping precinct was once a hive of shops of great quality but has suffered post covid

Parking is fine. Get in early, though. Shops aren't great Ann summers probably should be somewhere else Spots direct is small and lacking a variety. Toy shop and wilko best ones in there, I think

We were commenting over coffee how 'The Priors' still looks new inside after all these years and is always spotless. Places like stairwells and lifts are always clean and tidy, the downfall of many a 'public' place. If it weren't for the present day blight of empty shops it would get 5 stars.

We visited this shopping centre with our Guide Dog puppy in training to take part in the Guide Dog Big Help Out event. The shoppers were friendly and loved fussing the puppies in training

We sat in the little cafe upstairs. Reasonable priced food, perfect for lunchtime, snacky type food. Carpark is connected to the building so easy to get to.

Standard small town shopping centre. Fairly good range of shops and not all eateries like the rest of RLS seems to be becoming. Toilets were spotless.

Sadly, yet another town shopping centre where stores are finding it hard to stay due to high costs and low flow due to parking costs and spaces. More and more, low quality, high-priced coffee shops than ever.

It's fine. A few closed down shops inside. Wilko is a good shop. There are fairly okay toilets downstairs.

Some familiar names but also several closed up shops. Slightly run down as a shopping mall!

Good and decent shopping mall, with things to buy and dine in.

A carpark ticket machine on level one not working causing a big cue on the other, still one lift on the Warwick St side not working, escalator from ground to first floor not working, multiple temporary use and empty retail units! Quite frankly its an embarrassment and unacceptable, make it work or shut it, fill it in and turn it back into a street.

It's a OK shopping centre with alot of shops closed or closing down, probably the cleanest place in the whole of leamington spa, the area is still full of the homeless and a couple of smackheads but are chased off by there security/priors militants.

Royal Leamington Spa's indoor shopping complex "The Royal Priors" is a bustling selection of different shops and cafes. Within the last decade the local retail industry has taken a major hit and with shops on the High Street closing quarterly it is very good to see that the shops within the centre are still open and that the shopping centre itself is always busy. The building itself has downstairs, wheelchair accessible toilets which are always kept very clean and smell as such also. The shopping centre have friendly guards who are always happy to help with enquiries and a great cleaning team who's work speaks for itself with how clean The Priors are kept on a daily basis. There are 2 levels to the building and both can be accessed by doors leading to off-streets of The Parade. If you are shopping g within Leamington Spa, The Royal Priors is a must visit if Clothes shopping for Make or Female attire or just fancy grabbing a coffee.

Shame hardly any shops coffee shop upstairs is nice but unfortunately nothing to go into town for these days except coffee shops charity shops and get your hair done Bring back high street shops bored of online shopping. Would be lovely to actually have shoe shops clothes shops to go to....never seen town so dead

The place was deadly. No body in there. These shopping places that were all built in the 80 s are dying a death. Whether there just ramping up the rates that make it impossible for small company's to rent anywhere in town. Only Head has survived there. The security must be following the 2 people that were in the.

Shopping here reminded me of the last time Nottingham forest won the FA cup.. it was truly spectacular. I especially enjoyed the shops.

Always clean with numerous sanitation stations dotted around. Toilet facilities are brilliant, with feeding section, mother and child toilets plus the usual mens and women's etc. It's also looking lovely and festive 😍

I've always loved the Royal Priors for shopping ever since I can remember. I've been shopping there now and then right since the days when it used to have the wonderful peacock clock. A shame they took that down. Still it doesn't effect that it's a great shopping centre for leamington spa.

I'm not parking here again following my last visit on Saturday. Only one of the ticket machines was working, and the price for all day has gone up to £7!!! I used to pay £3.50 before lockdown. Dirty lifts and toilets are locked up. I decided I'd rather park in a residential area and walk in. I spent my £7 in a lovely independent coffee shop in the Royal Priors Shopping Centre. Win win!!

Lovely light and airy shopping area. Good quality cafe on the ground floor and public toilets are clean and tidy. The shops are good also. The one thing that lets it down are the empty units.

Well laid out and designed shopping centre on the premier shopping street in Leamington Spa. Clever use of levels of the shopping street (Parade) means you can enter at one level up the street and exit at a lower level further down the street, or vice versa. Good number of shops and other outlets.

Gone downhill of late, although town has in general also. Great car park and central for my liking. Toilet facilities not too bad

Wheelchair accessible, public toilets, multistory with direct access to the shopping centre. However few shops to actually shop in and what is still left inside is small. Used to be full but hardly any shops in the centre left.

Nice shopping centre, small but clean & good array of shops to compliment the high street.

Good place to spend your money in Leamington Spa. M&S, New Look, GAP etc. A couple of good Cafe are here. All you need for shopping day

  • 3/5 Laura W. 1 year ago on Google
The shopping centre is fine, has lost a lot of shops recently like everywhere else. Massive down side, to park here they've just installed a complicated ticketing system, with touch screen payment machines (now located inside shopping centre) the machines are very unclear and overly complicated, I'm a very tech savvy person and this did my head in!!!

A nice shopping center with additional shops up the escalator. I especially like the shop called Gifted. They sell unique gifts and handmade items. British handbags and ironmongery.

A nice shopping complex in the Leamington spa parade. You can enter the lower area through one end of the street and exit from the upper area into another side of parade street. Most of the shops are closed due to the pandemic . Washrooms, baby and elder caring rooms are available in the lower and upper level respectively. Just be aware that the mall closes at 5.30 pm and at 6 pm the security locks all the entrance. Be careful not to get trapped inside!!!

😐 Some decent shops required for adults & childrens clothing ! I'm not sure that any of the other reviews actually went in the shopping centre as it looks like it's ready to become a wilko and Poundland centre !!
