I
last
went
to
Stem
and
Glory
some
years
ago
in
its
original
venue.
It
was
decent,
but
I
didn’t
feel
the
need
to
return.
This
time?
Oh
my
goodness.
I
will
be
back.
The
menu
has
had
a
full
revamp
and
is
full
of
exciting
and
interesting
dishes.
It
is
a
bit
of
a
crazy
mixture
of
different
ideas
but
somehow
it
works!
What
I
particularly
enjoyed
was
the
flavour
combinations
that
I
hadn’t
come
across
before
-
the
sour/sweet
green
onion
and
miso
sauce
with
the
kimchi
pancakes,
the
funky
ferments
of
the
pickles,
the
creamy
cauliflower
sauce
that
came
with
the
king
oyster
mushroom
stems
and
artichoke
dish
-
try
it
mixed
with
the
fermented
capers
in
the
pickles.
And
for
goodness
sake
order
some
of
their
garlic
bread
to
mop
all
the
sauce
up
at
the
end,
it
is
outstandingly
good.
Things
to
improve?
The
lighting
is
a
bit
bright
-
a
bit
more
mood
lighting
would
help!
The
drinks
menus
are
illegible…
Just
get
them
printed
on
a
bit
of
paper,
it
will
be
fine
:-)
And
It
would
be
nice
to
have
a
bottle
of
water
on
the
table
when
we
come
in.
Overall,
the
service
was
excellent,
the
prices
very
fair,
and
the
staff
and
chefs
were
very
happy
to
answer
all
our
questions
and
were
very
welcoming
and
helpful.
I
will
be
coming
back.
Not
because
it’s
vegan,
that
is
distinctly
not
a
selling
point
for
me.
I
will
be
coming
back
because
the
food
is
fantastic
and
intriguing.
The
presentation
is
beautiful.
And
the
staff
are
excellent.
One
of
the
best
meals
I’ve
had
in
Cambridge
in
years.
