Basic etiquette is missing from Ms mampi, front desk executive and Ms papiya ..trainee while dealing with clients and patients. Had Very bad experience ....and regret that I choose to do all my test here. The concerns authority should the immediate action against those staff. ZERO ETIQUETTE. MR UJJAL AND DOCTOR WHO ATTENTED KNOWS AND NARRATED the incident 21.06.2023.

Situated in central city, this one is good diagnostic central with few experience doctors. But expensive. Staffs are not kind in behaved.

It's a Private Hospital. Where Dr comes to visit patients. This hospital is good for heart patients. Few Interesting things we found in this Hospital 1. Clean Floor 2. Staff Behaviour is also Good. 3. Well Maintained to Patients

Balaji healthcare is one of the best . As i had recently been there for my moms treatment. The staff out there is just awesome. From security guard , front office staffs to doctors everybody were so good. Their way of hospitality is commendable. I have visited many clinics but Balaji healthcare will my best one. I recommend people to visit there for treatments. They have best in the medical business.

I'm doing whole abdomen USG from Balaji health care. They taken 1 min or less then 1 mints to doing whole abdomen USG. Wastage of money. I repeat not doing USG here. I have dought with my report.

Everything is fine about this place except that they have an arrogant and egoistic doctor called Sudip Nath who thinks he's the best doctor and takes liberty to behave with patients very very rudely! Please tell him that he is no God and there are far better doctors in this world. He doesn't deserves to be doctor. And just because of him 1 🌟 to you.

We came from a neighbouring country with hoping to get a good health consultation. Service was good but I didn’t understand one thing, ultrasound has to be done at 10:30 am when a patient is ask to stay empty stomach. Ultrasound should be done early would be a real support and it would ease the numbers of patients waiting ..

Irresponsible/unprofessional people working at this place. Bad experience during consultation, report delivery and ultrasound. On 28/11/2023 other people known to staff who came much later than us were given priority for consultation with doctor. For blood test report , we were asked to come after five days but being outstation patient we came after 10 days but report was not ready and asked to come later again. In the year 2022 after health checkup my TMT report not traced at report desk so had to go without that report and some blood test report was also not there.

I was in Balaje health care , they were patients waiting and Dr Amit agarwal , i stead dealing with patients they are solving their staff issues who apparently needed a day off for the last 1 hour .

It's a decent health care and one of the best in Siliguri. All the staff's are cooperative and polite.

Unprofessional front desk who receive official number. Just picked the call and kept aside and when asked after 2-3 time of repeated call 📞 no answer. Even call are received after 5-6 time of repeated call.
