Very Bad experince........ They does one test two times and makes fool people's....They talk only with money....... Very Rude behaviour with patients and also with their family.... I never ever seen this type of hospital in my life specially in a Private Hospital....

Very bad experience... No clear guidelines for the patient party. Even in visiting hour patient party has been told that they can meet the patient after visit of the doctor(don't know why)...after 3 hours doctors came but surprisingly after that they didn't allowed to meet the patient. No sitting arrangement, waited for 3 hours and couldn't even meet the patient. But why?? Why we can not meet the patient atleast once in a day??

I personally experienced so I request all the people of Raiganj ,Barsoi Itahar and other nearby area, Don't admit any patient Because they are looting your money. Doctor, staff and whole management's eyes on your wealth not on your health

Sorry to say, I have very bad experience. The worst hospital is in the whole of West Bengal. they don't have good communication. and Staff behavior so bad. i never want to go again. I am very sorry about this ..

Only has infrastructure, Looting money. No care even in ICU Doctors are not properly available. Just manking unnecessary excuses and bills. Many loose lives due to improper treatment and bad service.

One of the most renound private hospital arround Raiganj town.......Quite good experience...not quite clean and hygienic m, especially toilets are very unhygienic....... And one of the most important thing behaviour that they offer...... some staff which are organising the were quite rough.....which they need to take care of... Otherwise it's good 👍 Having parking facilities........

My experience is very bad in this hospital my sister is admitted in cabin ward on 4th floor my father ask to enter in lift to go on ground floor from the 4th floor then the lift man cant allow my father to enter in lift then we go to genral manegar for complain the lift man then they say( aise hi hoga yaha hum hi sineour hain jo karna hai kar lo ) they are such a an uneducated persone they dont know how to speak with a attender & Senior cetizen I dont want to go there again (Gov.hospital are better then the jeevan rekha hospital they know how to speak )

Hi we have very good experience. Doctor name is Anup barman. He is really a life saver. My mother knee replacement has been done in this hospital. For knee replacement I went many hospitals in India. But review is not good. But in this hospital special Dr Anup barman he have good experience in knee replacement surgery. I suggest everyone will go for this. WORST HOSPITAL JUST MONEY MINTING PLACE. MY FATHER IN LAW WAS ADMITTED DUE FRACTURE IN LEFT HIP. FIRST THEY DID KNEE X RAY THEN RIGHT HIP X RAY AND THEN FINALLY LEFT HIP. JUST A MOCKERY OF PEOPLE'S BELIEF AND HELPLESSNESS. THERE'S A NEXUS OF DOCTORS AND NURSES WHO PRESCRIBE SOME UNNECESSARY MEDICENES AND CONSUMABLES WHICH ARE AGAIN TAKEN BY NURSES AND SOLD . SO OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS TOO BAD. GOT THE SAME FEEDBACK FROM FEW OF THE ADMIN AND NURSING STAFF TOO. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU WANT TO SABE YOUR PATIENT. I COULDN'T SAVE MY FIL. THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT IS IN HANDS N GLOVES WITH DOCTORS AND NURSES.

Very bad experience..they loot you in every way..in general ward they don't allow homemade food..but if you book cabin they allow your homemade food..can anyone say what is the logic? If you are from middle class family don't go there...and they charged 600*2 (doctor visiting charge) but the doctor visited the patients only one time per a day...it is not a health care center ... totally disgusting..
