Overall experience was awesome.. me and my wife visited Gangtok last week. Ramble- travels provided the best service for my vacation. We enjoyed our holiday. We had an amazing and adventurous 8 days tour visiting Gangtok, Nathula pass, Lachung, Pelling and Darjeeling. The services provided like cabs, hotels n sight seeing places was excellent. The drivers were professional n friendly. Ramble tours booked our flight tickets for a lesser amount which made this trip possible. Agency is FAKE, don't keep its word. Assure for Delux Hotel but provide 3rd class Hotel in Gangtok & Darjeeling. Never provide service on the agreed terms. This agency hand over the tourist to other agency which don't serve as per the terms.

Biggest Fraudsters of Siliguri. Lifetime experience. We (myself with wife) booked cab and hotel service for our Darjeeling trip from this agency. As per tour itinerary, we reached NJP station at 11:30 AM on 25th Dec'2020 Morning. As per booking, cab should have available on time, but unfortunately after repeated calling around twenty times to the agency, they sent a semi-broken Alto car after 2 hours 40 minutes (As per booking it was Wagnor / KUV 100/ Baleno). I denied to take this cab, then the agency started blackmailing me to not to refund the advance money. And finally after lot of debates they asked me to took a cab and go to Siliguri junction and take their alternate cab. As per tour itinerary, cab had to go to Darjeeling through Mirik for which we paid extra amount. But at that time again the agency started blackmailing and told to go to Darjeeling directly without Mirik. Then we separately paid additional Rs. 1,000 to the cab driver and went through Mirik (Total Rs. 4,000 we paid). On the evening we reached the hotel at Darjeeling. We called the travel agency to complete rest of the tour as per agreement. But over phone, they started drama that, Tiger hill area might be closed and various other areas might be closed due to local rally which was false actually and asked me to return NJP directly from Darjeeling on next day before 12, which we denied and we told them that we will arrange the cab and will complete the tour at our expense. And finally we did the same and visit all areas as per the plan at our expense. Then we requested the agency to return the advance amount to me or to pay to the hotel. He denied the same and started shouting over phone and called the hotel manager and told him to not allow us to check out unless we pay the full amount. AFTER SO MAY HARASSMENTS, FINALLY FINDING NO ALTERNATIVE WE REACHED TO DARJEELING POLICE STATION AND BOOKED A CASE AGAINST HIM. DARJEELING POLICE ACCEPTED AND LODGED THE DIARY AGAINST THAT FRAUDSTER AND ALLOW US TO CHECK OUT FROM THE HOTEL AND DIRECTED THE HOTEL MANAGER TO COLLECT THE BALANCE AMOUNT FROM THR AGENCY. I personally request all to not to ruin your trip by making any booking through this agency. Regarding few positive ratings and reviews, I did an investigation through my software engineer friend and found that all the positive ratings are posted from Siliguri area which indicates that positive ratings ar posted by themselves only (their staffs and known persons). You can also see that against all negative reviews, thier replies are same that they cannot recognise the customer. SO DONT PUT YOUR LEG IN THEIR TRAP. OVER PHONE THEY WILL SHOW VERY GOOD BEHAVIOUR, AFTER THAT DURING THE TRIP, THEY WILL STARTED DRAMAS AND BLACKMAILING TO REDUCE YOUR TOUR. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.

WORST EXPERIENCE The company give the worst agents . We asked them to book certain hotels and they said they will do but later they sent us the voucher of lower grade hotels to us without informing us which one they are booking. When I talk to him that kindly change he didn't and said now the hotels are sold out . 2. The first day when we reached the hotel the agent booked a deluxe room as we already gave the details for a family room . As we reached the argument started with agent for his services. 3. Every single day the car which was supposed to come at a fixed time of local sight seeing it came 1 hour late and then he will send maruti alto as the car said was wagon r or kuv100. They wasted our 2 hours everyday as the communication between agent and sub agent I think they are just trying to make more commission by giving less comfortable services. 3,. I everyday morning and evening for daily sightseeing I have to argue with the agent to show all the sightseeing as it was written and decided in the itenary given by him . Before coming for the trip he was so much talking I had made the best plan for you . But it was so much worst experience . 4. I didn't felt like I came to enjoy for holiday everyday our mood was spoiled with the services. 5. We booked the deal with the agent .but ty he most irritating part was first we need to talk to agent and explain him. Then the sub agent will call us and then the drivers will call early morning .and we have to explain them. Agent will say you don't talk to driver I am your agent I will fix your excursions. But when we left it on him it wasn't a good idea and in the end we left some excursions. We wanted peace on our travel but no day went like that when we felt relaxed that our day went peacefully . 6. The last day so much happened that the sub agent didn't arranged the car on time again and we have to leave some places for excursions as we had our flight also on evening. His main focus was he will show only one place in Darjeeling and then he will drop us at airport 3 hours before. As we finished our one excursion he started calling us kindly pay to me directly in my account don't pay to the agent it takes time and all. We had such big argent that all mood was spoiled as he started talking very disrespectfully. We have to pay to the main agent why everyone is calling us. And they are only concerned about there money but services was UNSATISFACTORY. REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TRIP. TOTALLY NOT AT PEACE.

The Ramble Travel Agent had organized our tour package at Gangtok, Nathula Pass & Darjeeling. We paid RS. 38000.00 as advance against total package of RS. 194000/- when we reached NJP ( starting point or tour package), cheater Ramble travel agent has given the responsibility for providing vehicle to another travel agent who had demanded RS.45000/- again as advance however we had already given RS.38000/- as advance. When we reached hotel at Gangtok it has been seen that accommodation allotted was sub standard and was not living worthy and meals were also not provided as promised earlier. Due to unavoidable circumstances we have been compelled to left out Gangtok on 1st day. We have been gone in loss of money, time and also not visited the sightsee for which we had planned.
