Visited this place after reading reviews, but literally got disappointed by the front desk staff. You can’t facilitate VIP treatment to someone who is not in the queue. Anyways, I wish not to visit the place again. Although the hair cut was decent, employees need to be trained in soft skills. Minor issue like torn sofas etc , I brought out to the notice of the staff for improvement.
