During
the
weekend
of
July
14th
-
the
16th,
my
husband
started
having
off
and
on
severe
kidney
pain
while
we
were
up
north.
This
was
a
scary
event
for
us,
as
he
was
in
so
much
pain.
This
hospital
was
the
closest
one
available,
so
I
drove
him
here.
It
was
evening,
so
we
were
able
to
get
into
the
ER
right
away.
Though
it
was
a
multi
hour
process,
the
doctors,
nurses,
assistants,
and
desk
associates
were
all
so
compassionate
and
helpful.
They
gave
my
husband
the
fluids
he
needed
to
give
a
urine
sample
and
they
gave
him
pain
and
nausea
meds.
It
was
confirmed
to
be
a
kidney
stone
that
he
would
be
able
to
pass.
They
got
his
pain
to
a
more
manageable
level
and
prescribed
more
medications
that
would
use
over
the
next
10
days
so
he
could
more
easily
and
less
painfully
pass
this
kidney
stone.
We
are
so
grateful
for
all
of
the
help
they
were
able
to
provide.
