They are going to have a great time reviewing my medical record and explaining to lawyers why I came in for a medical issue and was never treated and taken to a psych hospital. Let me add- assaulted and taken to a psych hospital. I'm still dealing with the medical issue they neglected to acknowledge. Oh yeah but they did draw bottles and bottles of blood. I question the credentials of this hospital.

I slipped and fell and went in with severe ankle pain and swelling. They gave me an anti inflammatory that I take on a regular basis. I told them it wasn't going to help. They didn't care. They treated me like a pill seeking drug addict. They told me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen at home. Do not go there if you are in extreme pain. They will dismiss your concerns and make you feel unheard, unimportant, and like you don't matter. I do not now nor have I ever had a problem with addiction to any illegal substance. The last time I took prescription pain meds was over 3 years ago after a major surgery. Again let me say it loud for people in the back THEY DON'T CARE!!

How sweet is it that they sent a thank you card.

During the weekend of July 14th - the 16th, my husband started having off and on severe kidney pain while we were up north. This was a scary event for us, as he was in so much pain. This hospital was the closest one available, so I drove him here. It was evening, so we were able to get into the ER right away. Though it was a multi hour process, the doctors, nurses, assistants, and desk associates were all so compassionate and helpful. They gave my husband the fluids he needed to give a urine sample and they gave him pain and nausea meds. It was confirmed to be a kidney stone that he would be able to pass. They got his pain to a more manageable level and prescribed more medications that would use over the next 10 days so he could more easily and less painfully pass this kidney stone. We are so grateful for all of the help they were able to provide.

I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. Dr. Sherlock located in the E.R. is the most incompetent person I've ever come into contact with, as well as the nurses. The ego's are over the top and the fact they are supposed to be objective and factual isn't a thing here. I wouldn't bring my kids here or myself. I'd like to not forget about Danica Winslow who was failed by Sherlock as well and has a pending wrongful death suit against him. They violate confidentiality and lack any ethical training. Save yourself sometime and go else where.

Was greeted with excellent service late on a Saturday. Er was busy but they still managed to take care of my daughter in a timely manner. Nothing but helpful and respectful employees.

I just got home after day surgery at Grand Itasca Clinic. Doctor Olson, Nurse Bruce and Nurse Shelly were awesome. Profesional, compassionate and thorough. Couldn't have been better.

Had tests done Practitioner went on vacation. Called hospital to have someone that covers for her to take a look at results. I was promised someone would get back to me. Still waiting. getlook at results and get a

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they are beyond unprofessional there at good ol' Grand Itasca! They don't take mental or physical pain seriously obviously either but anyway..

My dad had aspiration pneumonia and had started to get septic. Dr. Larson took care of him and I wish he could be my dad's primary doctor, but he's in ER only. Nurses in ICU were great with my dad also. What I don't like, is the layout of the hospital! It's like a maze and no shortcuts from one end of the building to the other. On weekends, you have to go through ER doors to go see a patient in the regular rooms. So you have to walk through the whole length of building, and then back track to get to regular rooms. Very hard for someone who has arthritis in knees and feet! So that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. But Dr. Larson was great!

Some of the MDs are very good. Others are not. I have had very good experiences at this hospital and clinic.

I feel like no one takes time thru the day to sanitize the chairs in waiting room or bathrooms!!
