Very nice resort. Golf courses were so so. Very nice staff!!!! Food was okay. Accommodations were very nice...will probably return

The people are extremely nice and accommodating. The course is in rough shape, more weeds than grass. The greens are rock hard. I doubt they have ever been aerated. It’s a terrible design. There are a ton of blind shots on the back side. Several of the greens aren’t within regulation (too sloped for a pin placement). Deacons lodge on the other hand (same resort) is one of the finest courses I have ever played.

Great location attached to the resort. The course it self is aboit as basic and neglected as it looks. I don't know how one of the biggest resorts in the state can own 3 courses, one being one of the best in the country (Deacon's Lodge) and then keep this one looking like a pasture. Being right on-property and the most visible of the 3 courses, how do you not keep it up to par? It's very sad, but when you stay at the resort, you quickly realize they don't care at all about conditions or standards and only care about taking your money. The course is a reflection of the resort and vice-versa.

For a very little opportunity to play golf many times playing a course like tradition provided me the ability to have fun and not worry about a whole lot of hazards to deal with and of course was challenging enough!!!

Overpriced for the condition of the course. I golf this course once a summer on vacation, and the conditions never get better. The 4 of us played the front 9 with carts in under two hours (a normal round of 9 holes), yet two separate times an employee told us that the group behind us complained of slow play. We didn't even know what this group looked like, because they never caught up to us at a tee box to even ask to play through. Slow play? That made us feel rushed for no reason, and we didn't have an enjoyable time.

It's a nice course, tight fairways with lots of trees so not the best for beginners but it's pretty affordable.
