This wedding venue is everything a bride could dream of. Priscilla is so great to work with and very accommodating to every question we had. If you have the opportunity to stay at the guest house on the venue property it is just breath taking, it gives you time to relax with your family and also set up days in advance. The food is top knotch, you can tell they have a passion for the food they present to you. This venue also has every decoration you could think of to use for your big day. I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone. It was a dream for us and so glad we got married here.

As parents of the bride, we couldn’t be more thrilled with Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center in Crosslake. The entire facility was absolutely beautiful and well-kept at all times...and we utilized the ENTIRE facility! The RV hookups were very convenient for those of us who didn’t want to miss a thing and camped on-site. The prep kitchen and open area was perfect for preparing for and serving the Rehearsal Dinner. My daughter and her fiancé had many attendants traveling to Crosslake from all over the country and they wanted to spend as much time as possible with them, so the Retreat House was put to good use - many priceless memories were made inside those walls! The bride and groom themselves traveled from Phoenix and being able to choose from such a huge, free selection of wonderful decorations made everyone’s lives so much easier. Maucieri’s did an outstanding job of catering and people are still raving about the food. Julie, Dave, Nichole and Cory (who was a ROCKSTAR all weekend!) were always available to cheerfully make everything flow smoothly. I cannot say enough about how upbeat, professional and awesome they all were! Every detail was taken care of, every need was met and the entire wedding week was as stress-free as I could ever imagine. We so highly recommend Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center! The facility and the people who run it will always hold a very special place in our hearts and in our memories of Jon and Amanda’s July 27, 2019 wedding.

We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Pine Peaks! Having the retreat house for us and our immediate families was amazing. Getting the entire place Thursday-Sunday is what sold us! We were able to take our time decorating, and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy too. Corey is a great guy, always friendly and willing to help with anything! We really enjoyed him. He is a big reason as to what makes this place great! We didn’t see Priscilla quite as much, but each interaction with her was great and it was nice to see her working as part of the serving/kitchen staff! We continue to get several compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, and how great the food was. We for sure recommend Pine Peaks!

Pine Peaks Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding in July 2021. It was perfect because the ceremony and reception was all in one place. Parking is not an issue and the options for out-of-town campers was a plus. The corn field and mature trees give our photographer plenty of photo options. They also had a retreat house on site that was amazing to use for the day of our wedding. The reception area was beautiful and spacious. We were allowed to bring in our own desserts and appetizers. We kept the desserts and appetizers fresh in the recently upgraded restaurant/catering room. The bar and social area led to an outside patio, next to the pond. The decorative lights made a perfect setting for evening photos. Pine Peaks provides an enormous amount of decorations to choose from. Decorations such as, but not limited to candles, different kinds of table liners to choose from, different styles of vases, platters for desserts, to gift boxes for cards. We did bring in a few personalized decorations otherwise they had it all there. They will have everything you need for your wedding. Our ceremony was outdoors, and the landscaping was manicured to a level of a master’s garden. It was well maintained, excellent for taking pictures. Also, they were up to date with their technology. We didn’t have to hire anyone to help coordinate the music and microphones for our ceremony. Corey helped set all that up. Priscilla and Corey were so helpful and easily accessible. They responded quickly with questions or concerns we had. They were there the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did. Priscilla did us the honor of officiating our wedding. We highly recommend Pine Peaks Event Center. It’s a magnificent place that will provide a beautiful and memorable wedding. It was the perfect place for our wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Priscilla was amazing to work with, and she and her staff helped take all of the stress out of wedding planning. The decorations loft was such a huge money saver, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and we had a blast spending the weekend in the guest house with our wedding party. Oh, and the food was amazing! We are still getting compliments about the overall experience 2 months later. Pine Peaks was worth evey cent, and we highly recommend them for your big day!

We looked at so many different venues both online and in person until we finally found the one! Pine peaks was beyond perfect for us, they completely exceeded our hopes and expectations. The highlights for us and the must have for our venue was we didn't have to set up and tear down all in the same day. We had from Wednesday to Sunday to do what we needed, and we didn't even have to clean up, just grab whatever we brought!! Since we had all that time there we were able to have our rehearsal dinner there along with spend time with friends and family in the beautiful retreat house! Next every thing was included, all the other places required us to go through separate companies for chair covers, back lights or really anything. But here they had it all, all the decorations I could dream of plus some!

Pine Peaks Event Center amazed us at every turn. They have every last detail down, especially the ones we did not think of! Although we believed we came in with a good grip on everything (and we did have the majority of the important details covered), Dave, Julie, and Cory filled in all the gaps to make our day more special than we ever hoped for. They provided excellent help and ideas wherever the opportunity arose, and yet they also allowed us to execute our own vision and dreams however we so desired for all the aspects of the wedding that we had predetermined ambitions for. The partner vendors worked together seamlessly to make the entire process effortless for us. We cannot emphasize enough that Pine Peaks is not merely a beautiful building set out in a delightful countryside setting; the owners and staff made a personal investment of their time and energy to bring our dream wedding to life and treated us like their own family. We could not be happier with our decision to book Pine Peaks Event Center for our special day. We would encourage anyone looking for the perfect place for their own ideal wedding to come visit this wonderful locale, and we are looking forward to returning here to celebrate the weddings of friends and family who have already told us they felt the same magic we experienced in this fabulous setting.

The venue, grounds, and retreat house are absolutely stunning. We had lots of friends and family comment on how beautiful our wedding was and that they really enjoyed the venue. The decoration warehouse was a life saver. I don't think we purchased a single decoration for our wedding and it was nice not to have to stress about buying and preparing decorations along with the rest of the wedding stress. Leading up to the wedding, communication with the owners was good and if I had any questions Priscilla was quick to respond. Another huge perk and reason for why we picked this venue specifically was that they allow onsite camping with 6 camper hookups. That being said, the reason why I knocked off 2 stars was due to when we arrived for our wedding weekend it was found that one of the camper hookups was not fully functioning. The temperature that day was very hot at least 90 degrees if not hotter. We had fully planned on using all 6 camper hookups and the family member whose hookup was not working properly had not packed a generator due to planning on using the hookup. We were very disappointed in the initial response from Priscilla when informed of the problem. This is a top notch venue with a premium price that is sold as the full service experience. I was anticipating that when informed of the problem, the owners would remedy it with no fuss or possible additional cost to us. Instead, the initial response was that there was a generator that we could use located in the garage, but it was unclear when it had been last used and if it had gas in it. Also, the gas was not going to be provided for us nor would we get reimbursed for it. For the amount of money we spent on the venue, retreat house, catering, and alcohol (all through Pine Peaks mind you) this was not the response I was expecting to receive. When questioned, Priscilla stated that in our contract the hookups were mentioned as a "complementary" perk for us to use and that they wouldn't be responsible for maintaining them if they didn't work. So who is responsible for maintaining them? Are you just going to keep using them until they all break and then no longer offer it? Either offer them and maintain them or take them out and don't offer them. Luckily, one of our groomsmen was an electrician and was working on fixing the problem and the owners ended up changing their mind and got the generator hooked up, maintained, and provided gas for the time frame that we had to use it. They were very thankful to our groomsmen for his help and it's like their attitude had taken a 180 from the initial conversation. However, it created unnecessary stress and kinda left a bad taste in my mouth for our weekend experience. Also if you're like us and the hookups are an appealing amenity to you, please note that they're not all full hookups like we were initially told. One hookup only has water and electric, no sewer (not a huge deal but just to note) and the hookups are a mixture of a household plugin with either a 30 or 50 amp spot. We were anticipating each spot to be a household plugin, 30 amp, and 50 amp(again not a huge deal but something to be aware of for planning). Overall our wedding was beautiful and we're still happy with our choice in Pine Peaks, I just wish that the initial handling of the camper hookup situation would've been better.
