We explained what we wanted, and he made exactly that. We visited the shop in total 3 times, as we wanted to be sure we made the right choice. Yannick was really patient with us, and always provided us with an answer on our questions. We were recommended by a friend of mine who also had jewelry from Orogem, and I would recommend it again to anybody looking for Engagement/Wedding rings.

Excellent experience with the OROGEM team - great jewelry for a good quality / price ratio. We've had contact with one of the owners (Yannick) who guided us to make the perfect choice for our wedding and engagement rings. Loved the cups of coffee and chocolates while taking plenty of time to 'taste' our jewelry experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be treated as a real customer (instead of an anonymous buyer) and wants to take time for making a decision. I've now had two rings made my Orogem and the whole process has been fantastic. The rings are beautiful, and the customer service amazing. I live abroad, which meant lots of emailing and patience from Yannick :) but he was great throughout. The last ring was sent via DHL and arrived the next day. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you Orogem!
