Thus far I have been unimpressed. Rent is being raised but amenities are unavailable (see pool, supposedly closed on Mondays for maintenance but they have "cleaned" it only once in 2 months) Phone calls to the office have been ignored after 2 brand new bikes had the lock cut off and hauled away. I got an email that I missed but they asked people to move bikes on the 12th and they were gone on the 12th so I'm out $400 because it didn't say to move them the night before. Police activity is very common making this apartment community feel unsafe (including contracted workers). For higher rent they SHOULD be making updates and improvements but hopefully we have better luck elsewhere.

Lived at Cloverbasin for 3 years. The apartment itself was fine, but the organization running the place is straight up criminal. We were on the second floor of a 3 story building and dealt with 2 separate floods from the washing machine in the unit above us malfunctioning. The second time, there wasn’t even anybody living there — the cloverbasin maintenance people were supposedly fixing the place back up, and for some reason ran the washer again and then just left the apartment for lunch. Our carpet was completely destroyed, and Cloverbasin did absolutely nothing to fix it. Instead, they took our entire deposit, charged us for the lighting fixtures the water had torn down, and to this day are still hounding us for an extra $890 to replace the carpet that THEY ruined. Conveniently, they’ve got no record of there ever having even been a flood. They also charged us $200 for not returning our parking passes (which were one-time-use stickers). When we saw that charge we peeled our stickers off and brought them the tattered remains and they STILL charged us the $200. In addition to all that, the people in the office (who likely aren’t the same people that are there now) were nothing short of hostile towards us any time we had to interact with them at all. There is nothing in the world that could get me to pay this place another dime. They are actively trying to impede my ability to rent another place, putting hits on my credit for their own screw-ups. It’s made my life way more difficult than it should be, but there’s still absolutely no way they ever see another cent of my money. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and don’t rent here.

We arrived at the right place in search of an apartment. Thanks to Viviana Soria it was an easy and fluid experience. Her efficiency and kindness made something easier for us that could have been much more difficult. If you are looking for a place to live and are heading to Cloverbasin apartament, do not hesitate to contact her. It is clear and warm

I have lived at Cloverbasin for a year now and I love it! The staff is incredibly helpful and Viviana remembers myself and my sons name even though she deals directly with all the residents here. I have never experienced a problem, and when my dishwasher had a minor issue maintenance fixed it the next day. I recommend it here for sure :)

Since I have been in this community, the staff have been great with everything! No complaints so far about the community or the staff. The snow removal has been impressive and our neighborhood is nice. I love where I live🤗

We just moved out of there, THANK GOD!! We leased for 2 years and to say the least, it was one of the worst experiences. Its run down, gang/drug infested tenants. Management does not regulate parking, broke down cars everywhere with no current registration. Outdated appliances/kitchens/bathrooms. VERY cheaply made doors, shelves etc. definitely NOT worth the amount of money they charge. And watch out for the $150 late fee on rent. Also, we only got $100 back on $2300 deposit. We left the place empty with no eviction. HORRIBLE PLACE to rent. Suppose to be low-income but they charge $2300 after first year of lease for townhomes. Never have I paid 3 different parties for water/energy/trash etc. RIP OFF!!! they sent me a letter stating I will receive $100 back on deposit without check included??Sincerely, Angela Melillo

New member of the community so far soo good typically moving to a new place is super stressful, however in my experience Chessa the leasing consultant worked with me every step of the way from the constant updates and wonderful communication to assuring my kids and I a great welcome home. Its certainly a nice attribute to have overall my leasing experience was positive and welcoming

Ashley the property manager and her team are always extremely happy, helpful and understanding. All amenities are always kept up, the parks are always clean and there’s never trash laying around in the parking lots. They take the quality of the neighborhood to the highest degree. They’ve never taken more than a day to fix anything the few times i needed it and are very responsive whether through email or by phone. I’m 25 and I feel like I’m in one of those upscale retirement neighborhoods cause it’s so nice lol This complex staff and home is 5/5 And no this isn’t a paid review 😁

Good morning, I'm a little moved, I called the Clover Basing office in Longmont and they told me that if I don't speak Spanish I should bring a translator and I don't think so because we do a lot of Latinos and Hispanics and of course I know that we should learn. eñ.language here, but there are many ways to communicate and sometimes time doesn't help us. I hope you can help us a little more.
