My friend had a horrible experience in this salon. One of the staff who is a barber here worked with a thief to steal my friend’s phone. They distracted him and denied having stolen his phone. This is very disappointing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was an unforgettable experience. DO NOT COME HERE. worst service I’ve ever received!!! I asked for one of the easiest nail design ever and the nail artist still managed to mess it up. I don’t understand how someone with 7 years of experience could do such a terrible job. I could probably do better with my eyes closed. I am absolutely disappointed. I want to rip my nails off they are absolutely hideous. Please do better!

Leo’s Salon did a great job with my nails— they look amazing! However, they were not upfront about pricing. I asked for gel polish application for my fingernails (no overlays or acrylics and no polish removal) and when I went to pay at the end, I was asked to pay 4500. During the appointment, the technician had asked if I wanted her to apply some gel (I can’t remember what exactly). From the way she asked, I thought it was part of the manicure. It turns out it was an additional (and large) charge. It’s totally fine for technicians to offer extra services, but I think it’s important for them to 1) state that they are offering an upsell and 2) note the cost before beginning. I would have loved to continue coming back, but this experience makes me hesitant to return.

The hair cut/barbers is exceptionally good and totally worth it. The problem is that they keep trying to sell you other services e.g. facials, treatment, steaming. The sale of these other services is too aggressive. The pore removal device made my nose swollen and painful. It's still swollen a week later. Some people are just okay with a simple haircut without all those other offerings. Definitely not going back to this place.

I had a great pedi mani and hair cut at the salon. However I was promised it would not be over 10000ksh. When I went to pay it was 15000. So I won't go back. Disappointed in lack of honesty

I went there for just color my hair ,one color only and not permanent I choose brown as my original color and insisted that I don t want it black!!! It was a désastre even she tryed to convince me that it what I asked her!!!my hair are totally black,I hate it for shure they are not formed professionals The material is not clean and oldfor manicure pedicure towels dirty,and she brun my hair with the dryer and push it strong for remove it from the hairdryer!! So first time and last time and if you can get out or scape from this place I just read the comments now!!OMG next time I begin reading the comments before go somewhere!!the comments and experiences are a désastre and very bad for all!! That why the salon is empty! Please somebody can help me to repair my hair😭😭😭😡😡😡I am so sad and crying to much I went 3 times in swimming pool ,did 5 shampoos and the color is not going!!i ask for going color and I am shure she did permanent!!!(saying me that is the same product!!) Please help me
