What a beautiful Mugg & Bean, probably my favorite one! Sharon, the cashier was friendly and absolutely wonderful, she clearly loves her job and she has such a great attitude. Everyone at Mugg & Bean Alzu were absolutely wonderful. It's also great to see all the animals. Definitely worth a visit.🙂

I received very friendly service from Sophy at Alzu's Mug and Bean. Best place to stop when you're on vacation. 😍 You even enjoy ice coffee with buffaloes and rhinos!

Sadly friendly Sophie did not serve me... my order no. Was 67... sadly I didn't get the name of the lady who served me...but there was no friendly customer service... more a self service station...I had to request a tray for the 3 take away hot drinks ... after order 69 was being helped.. Stil the ladies giggled at each other... n continued their chats...views were amazing ..garage staff were friendly and know their customer care etiquette...happy holidays everyone
