A fish bone was stuck just above my throat and i had met dr. Smita roy (ENT) of lifeline hospital at her home since she wasn't there on that that day at the hospital. She checked on her side and she mentioned that I had to come next day and get admitted at lifeline hospital and she will take out the bone after giving anesthesia. And she would be charging Rs. 18000 for this procedure. Fortunately one of my relative called me up after knowing this and referred a doctor by the name Dr. Debendra Sahoo (ENT) who sits at ambagan. He took out the bone in less than 10 mins and charged Rs 300. So, here I just want to help you guys by saying please don't meet Dr. Smita Roy for any ENT related things as I feel she is a scamster and charges something which is beyond your expectation. I highly recommend Dr. Debendra Sahoo who sits in ambagan. Thank you, take care

Doctors are nice. But I am disappointed with your hospital staffs. Some of your staffs are also fine. But due to some other staffs who don't know manners how to deal with the patients and how to give a calm reply to anybody who wants help, for them only your management and your hospital will always suffer. Kindly give them training how to deal with their patients cooly and calmly else just throw them out of your hospital. If the nurses are showing so much attitude then just think what kind of image they are throwing to other publics about your hospital. Even if better doctors are giving their precious time to your hospital then also patients will don't have interest in visiting your hospital. I am very much disappointed with one of your nurse. If I am giving respect to a nurse and asking or giving any reply so cooly then how come she is giving any reply as if she is giving a tight slap to someone. After getting her reply I thought for one minute that I should also show her the right place what she is. And she doesn't deserve that place also. If she don't know manners then she doesn't deserve such place. It's my request just to train your staffs to behave in a good way else your hospital will lose image because of such kind of useless and mannerless staffs.

Yesterday day I had taken my daughter for treatment at Life line hospital,, Dr.Halwai. I have paid 300/- fees to the attendees who were seating just before the clinic. They are so mischievous that they couldn't behave the patient. While I asked my turn they said 9. But all of sudden she called my name which I can't here even though I sit infront of them, they don't knock me . Finally Dr. Left the clinic. While I asked the fact they misbehave me finnally they returned the fees and I left the clinic. Then I visited to Dr.Sethi who is very good person and help me a lot. Due to heavy rush they feels like that.

Nice service but the staff of this hospital is not that much humble , I think which is very important thing. But overall one can expect a quality service from here. And one more thing which is not upto the mark that the Cleanliness of the hospital. Cleanliness is one of the important thing of any hospital or health care centre. So , please do consider these things.

Money minded hospital. I came here for ultra sound for couple of times and each time they charge differently. And also they sent us to different clinics rather doing it the hospital which we trust and come. I stayed in different states I never robbed like this.

very bad treatment..reception staff and doctors are not good E N T doctor not good. (treatment and behavior)fees is high (rs400) koi faida nahe hua problems or badgaya..

Visited to consult pediatrician Dr. GD Halwai. The doctor sits in the basement floor from 9AM - 1PM and in the evening 5PM - 6PM. There is usually waiting period of around 1 hour. May go early and register to avoid waiting period. The fees is Rs. 400 (for 2 visits within 10 day). The Doctor is experienced and renowned in Rourkela.

The male receptionist is very rude. Doesn't know how to talk, doesn't want to understand the concerns at all. Horrible experience today. M never gonna refer anyone here. Very un professional.
