I have visited KTH for consultation. The reseptiolist are very unprofessional. I went in the morning 8 oclk they said . Appointment is full for 1st half . When I said to keep a appointment for 2nd half they said call before coming and I did the same. When I called in evening reseptionlist said to come by 7:30pm. Once I reached there then didn't took my appointment and said come on Monday we are not taking any appointments now. This is a disappointing experience as a patient. We are not going to doctor to spend the tfree tu ime. We are going because we are in pain . Please respect the parents as well.this is really a disgusting experience.

Today I have visited to this hospital by expecting my mild injury at my leg will be treated well, but I disappointed after the doctor treatment... He didn't touch at my injury spot even and said to sit far away from me. He prescribed medication with only calcium and antibiotics tablets☹️. For this he charged 200 rupees.. Very very bad doctor.. only money does the matter to them.

Good experience Sunday also treatment normally. Emergency case with normal pain case.. Never see any specialization doctor check up on Sunday.. Doctors Behavior with patients was good But very bad behavior with hospital staff..

Doctors and staffs are well coordinated, only schedule timing of doctors are slightly delayed. Otherwise all are better than other reputed hospitals around Rourkela.

Treatment wise ok But time management please check Till 4 to 5 pm waiting for opd consultation.. Rest part behavior wonderful Treatment.... No other hospitals staff behavior not found behavior...

Good treatment, Doctors are very friendly, night shift sisters are very well caring but one suggestion female toilet is very up stairs those surgery patients have face problem, so please look into this matter and solve as soon qs possible. Have a nice day.

Kth hospital best trauma hospital in western odisha. I m not a patient i m attended of patient. Best treatment. 1 complain staff who r n opd n next in reception. Reception staff managable ask please talk with smile.. But your opd 1 healthy staff who r behave bad. I dont know who r sitting in side of of the patra sir room. May be admin of hospital Your opd staff very misbehave with madam She didnot ask any thing n go to emergency room n manage all thing within 10 min That is called admin. I m also a staff of bbsr hospital I didnt she just like admin She was misbehave in front of patient n also gossip with another staff. Madam not a ask 1 word. Please ask to staff talk with pleasent. Trauma hospital means patient n attendant both in trauma. Yi was ask 1 thing to madam replay in smiling face. Talk with all just like that. Sir was very pleasant. There must be changes in recharge system.since 2 days we said about recharge but there was no action. Nurses behaviour was very good. Hospital was also neat and clean. Thanku.
