recently
had
an
unfortunate
encounter
with
ESIC
hospital
one
of
the
most
significant
drawbacks
was
the
unprofessionalism
displayed
by
the
doctors.
The
physician
I
encountered
during
my
consultation
seemed
disinterested
and
disengaged.
Their
lack
of
empathy
was
disheartening,
as
they
failed
to
provide
me
with
the
attention
and
care
I
expected.
The
doctor's
dismissive
attitude
left
me
feeling
unheard
and
overlooked.
Moreover,
the
paperwork
process
was
astonishingly
slow.
Simple
administrative
tasks,
such
as
registration
and
obtaining
medical
history,
took
an
exorbitant
amount
of
time.
The
staff
responsible
for
handling
these
procedures
appeared
overwhelmed
and
inefficient.
It
was
clear
that
the
hospital
lacked
an
effective
system
to
streamline
paperwork,
leading
to
unnecessary
delays
and
frustration
for
patients.
Another
significant
concern
was
the
attitude
and
competence
of
the
hospital
staff.
From
receptionists
to
nurses,
I
encountered
unhelpful
and
unfriendly
individuals
who
seemed
uninterested
in
providing
quality
patient
care.
Their
lack
of
professionalism
only
compounded
the
negative
experience
and
created
an
environment
that
was
far
from
comforting
during
an
already
stressful
time.
Additionally,
I
was
deeply
disappointed
by
the
overall
cleanliness
of
the
hospital.
Sanitation
is
a
fundamental
aspect
of
any
medical
facility,
and
unfortunately,

failed
to
meet
basic
hygiene
standards.
The
waiting
areas
were
unkempt,
and
the
bathrooms
were
unclean.
This
disregard
for
cleanliness
not
only
reflects
poorly
on
the
hospital's
reputation
but
also
poses

patients.
In
conclusion,
my
visit
to
ESIC
hospital
was
a
distressing
and
dissatisfying
experience.
The
unprofessional
doctors,
slow
paperwork
process,
unhelpful
staff,
and
unclean
environment
were
all
contributing
factors
that
made
my
time
there
extremely
unpleasant.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
hospital
administration
takes
immediate
action
to
address
these
issues,
as
they
undermine
the
credibility
and
trustworthiness
of
the
institution.
Potential
patients
deserve
better
care,
professionalism,
and
a
clean
environment
when
seeking
medical
attention.
