I am Only going to eye power check up but hospital staff treat as like you are blind your eye have very big problem disgusting..This is the worst eye hospital. Before going here, make sure that you have a full day because here every staff acts like government staff, time is not worth it, here first a file will be created in your name. Then you will be asked to wait for some time. These people will spend 1 hour in it and then will call for check, they will say that you have to put these drops in the eye for 30 minutes, after doing this they will put 3 drops and you will not even realize that 4 hours have passed. Then we will take them to the doctor and they will take about 1 hour to take us till then it will be lunch time.Then they will keep you outside in the room with the doctor and will ask you to wait, then after waiting for 1 hour, if you ask, they will say that the doctor is still in the operation room, then you will stay there for 2 to 3 hours, then the doctor will act as if your eye will get damaged as soon as you take it out of the hospital. What is going to happen is that the patient will be completely frightened. And all this will happen from morning to evening. There is no value of time here. Worst hospital.

Want to purchase fear, definitely visit here... Plus point- Staff's are very supportive. But doctors feed you heavy does of fear. They have ability's to explain a disease in different way for which you already know... Cleverly they take your wallet and take money as much as they can and we feel its for our health..

The staff displayed genuine concern and provided valuable assistance. I was highly content with both the diagnosis and the treatment received. The doctor exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise, thoroughly explaining all aspects of the situation.

Worst facilities. 1. First we have to use mask while the country is demasking. It was to me but then found many of the staff members not wearing a mask , hypocrisy of ASG. 2. The general waiting area was so hot and humid found none of the AC were working. 3. Nature of the staff is better in a government hospital. 4. Waiting time is a speciality of ASG. For a very small problem in my wife's eye we had quality time of more than 3 hrs in ASG. Wow. Later was told half of the doctors are on leave. I hope these reviews will let you think of your process.

ASG is just a money making institute, Doctors are trained according to prescribe unnecessary tests to a person with normal & healthy vision just to increase their billing amount. Purely a money making institute they offer a 10% of commission to all medicals, opticals Or any individual who reffers them a patient for surgery. That's why you would here ASG from everyone's mouth as they are getting paid for its refferals. So Poor & Cheap Business psychology not a hospital for serving people but truly a business institute. I am sharing a proof of their business idea below that how they prescibe a unnecessary test to patients with normal vision please find the image of prescription attached herewith...........

Hospital is ok but you have spent whole day in Asg....Keep Patience, be calm and ready to go.... Actually there should be separate line or facilities for old age, as they are hungry after breakfast till 4pm as per your test procedure

They operated my left eye for cataract surgery, before they advertised lenses type and price, I did paid the highest amount of rupees 58,000, but I was fool, after laser operation I face complication which they told normal, and advised to use regular eye drop, after 2 years of it, I get very cloudy vision which now I know that is a side effect. Very poor organization, never go to see the display, Jamshedpur Eye hospital is far better than it, also subsidized by Tata Company.

I've done my RLE surgery from here. This is the review after 6 month from my surgery date and I feel good now actually better after that surgery. Finally I don't have to wear glasses anymore. Consultant fee also good. Doctors and Staffs are Cooperative and Good to all Patients. Thank You 😊.

Very satisfying experience. Excellent behaviour of staff as well as doctors. It would have been better if there was a ramp at the entrance for very old patients.

Amazing experience. All the staffs and doctors are too humble and their behaviour is much polite. I personally recommend every friends of mine and relatives to visit and get their eyes screened. Overall a very good experience I had😊.

I had been to ASG Hospital on 24th April , and my visit file no is 123052 ,I was dioganised that having cataract on my both eyes in stage two levels and operations is only solution. I was not advised by the doctor that how the operation will be done , what will be the experience , up to what extent my vision will improve . At counseling counter one gentleman simply serve a list of packages , he does not have any technical idea.

Had a wonderful experience at the optical department. Mr Shakeel was very kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

Worst service ,No accountability, No Respect for pateints time ,Dr is tooooo busy has no time & seriousness for pateint , doesn't talk to pateint .my daughter's eye operation Lasik gone bad ,,,did again whn we shouted but no accounting for her pain .Only professionalism ,worst service.thete daulat & many other eye hospital near by I will never suggest anyone

Consultant do the work timely but sorry for say Receptionist(sunny) & Cashlesh team not hold responsibility. he told just came after half and hours, and when i came back approx 30 km drived , he couldn't make it When I humble and repeated requests or approach to all concerned. It is very disappointing that after surgery my father in law's eye vision has lost. They do not guide properly and after spending heavy amount when the vision does not recover they say to start the process again .Very shameful being a doctor and not suggesting proper treatment.

The hospital is very good. All staff is also very good. But the process of billing and operations related paper work is very slow. I am inter the hospital in 9.30 Am for lesser surgery. Doctor taking only 5 minute for surgery. But after all papers work hospital release me at 4 pm.

Worst staff behaviour I have seen in any hospitals yet. Even the doctor behave rudely to the patient. It’s not the problem with just one doctor but almost all. Wait time is limitless even when after all the proceedings you reaches to Doctor cabin for final checkup they will say we have less staff today so need to complain hurry and behave rudely with the patient. Lets talk about pricing the charges. They say that they have tieup with central government so they charge less with central government employees. But when I check the price of the lens and checkup is less in Tata Eye hospital which not even provide discount in name shake of tie up. When you think of cataract surgery and ask the counsellor about the lens you want they used to say yes we have and even if we will not have we will provide you in 3days or mostly a week. But climax is waiting for you after the complete checkup you go to last step of lens selection and date for surgery. They will say sir we can not provide you the same lens and before you they will call there doctor for the same. One more interesting this is left wait for it there Doctor say if one eye is operated than we can provide the same lens otherwise we can’t. I don’t understand if they can provide to the one who have one eye operated the lens which they want they why not to new patient. Even at last after lot of arguments they told we will speak and inform you in the evening and took the phone number. But as we know they just want to get rid of us they say we will call you. So I tried multiple time to reach them but didn’t get satisfactory answers as the receptionist tell we will connect in 15min which never happens. When I threatened them I will complain to head office they said “jo karna hai kr loo”. So who knows after operation they will provide support or not. At last that’s my review and it totally depends upon you whom you will trust TATA or ASG.

One of the best eye hospital in Jamshedpur. As a patient the service I got is unmatched. The hospital staffs are very cooperative, they r more serious than I fell myself. My mother gone for macula hole surgery..hole has been closed very well. We are very satisfied with the hospital. All staff are very supportive and caring. Doctors are very really expert and well behaved...

Here neither eye test is done properly and doctor is also not qualifed, will see your eyes, will test and will only make bills, nor can they do surgery properly, here doctors only bother the patient and the staff also do not corporate the patient here. does
