Order from this place if you want to have THE ugliest looking birthday cake, and innumerable phone calls from their executives irritating you. Not just that, they are extremely uncooperative. And after numerous time of pointing out, how the cake is not presentable enough, the customer care representative kept on shouting at me and hung up the calls. All in all, as a customer, I'd expect the manager or owner to resolve the issue (maybe by redecorating the cake or something of that sort), but here nothing is transparent. The moment i told them to reimburse my money, they stopped responding on Whatsapp. The whole service is run by the money hungry cheapskates with no focus on the product and customer satisfaction. Do Not Recommend.

One of the top bakery. I liked the reasonable price. I had my son's first birthday and i shared the pic of a cake and they are such a pro they prepared the same cake. They did not try to loot by seeing the occasion unlike others. This is now my top cake shop for future.

Never waste your hard earned money on buying cake from Brubeck. They are cheaters . We are the recent victims of their cheat . The walnuts used in the cake was stale and the cake was worst thing to eat . They screwed our evening and suggest you to be cautious when you visit their shop. No option to give 0 star hence giving 1 star

Had mushroom corn puff, it was a terrible experience overall. The puff was so small and had very little mushroom in it. It was filled with cheese. The bread butter pudding was salty. The benches were uncomfortable to sit upon. Not worth the price that they charge.

Awful bakery, They charged me a cream dressing in the name of cheesecake. There was 0 cheese in the name of cheesecake. Also the blueberry jam was completely awful. You can clearly see, it is only cream and 0 cheese. Shame on you ! I hate cream, you can go check yourself if you want to have an awful experience.

Nice, cozy little cafe. Seating facilities at both ground and top floor, although the ground floor can only seat two people tops. Ordered the following items: 1. Chocolate tart: The tart shell was flaky, crispy, and properly baked. The chocolate ganache was rich and creamy, and it tasted very good. 2. Lemon tart: The tart shell, again, was perfectly made. The lemon filling was tangy, and perfectly complimented the taste after the chocolate tart. 3. Pineapple upside down cake: This was the best of the three. Soft, fluffy, spongy cake with pineapples set at the bottom, which is now at the top. Highly recommended.

Located in the main market in Bistupur this is a small bakery/coffee shop which serves delicious coffee, puffs and pastries. I would have given 5 stars but 1 star is missing due to cleanliness.

good place but a little small and very less seating area. The crowd is mostly that of teenagers. However their Chocolate truffle cake and some snacks are really good!

Honestly wen I was in school back around a decade ago the quality fo this place and its items were top notch. Recent I visited this place put of fond memories it stays beautiful as before but my favourite truffle pastry was so bad...it and the coffee too was isn't worth the brand name. I wish I cud rate it better but I guess it has lost its charm. Now its OK to visit but not like the old brubeck.

This bakery is introduced to me by my wife. She took me to this wonderful bakery and I loved all the products what she ordered. Especially for me I need a place where I can sit and spend quality time and this place best suited to me. Ambience of this place is of next level it is like you are sitting in a 1930 or 40's era calm and beautiful place is this somewhere like a colonial architecture. I have fixed my corner where I comfortably sit and read my favourite book and my favourite Spinach corn grilled sandwich and a cup of Latte.

Cakes and muffins here taste very good, I will definitely recommend. But cake decorations can be improved, they are not at par with metros. Cake decorations are very basic, catalogs too.

I am coming here from last 5 years and this bakery / cafe is best in quality, price and service. You can visit here with friends and family. You will get a vintage vibe here. Sometimes, I come here alone. They have good options in cakes, burgers, pastry and beverages and you will get options in veg and non-veg like egg-less cake, veg burger, etc.

It's quite amazing place. To spend time with friends I like the pastries and chocolate truffle are you can say chocolate milkshake or I like the cold coffee a lot I drink it a lot of times it's quite amazing 2 go and enjoy your day with a cold coffee or a chocolate milkshake with the pastry or sandwich.. I love it and the place were quite classy. They have the classy look and they maintain it but one bad thing is that they didn't give water also in free u have to purchase it..

It's a nice place to hangout with friends and family. The desserts are swoon-worthy and the ambience is cozy. A must visit for all having a sweet tooth.

You can't rate a legendary bakery, but I'll try. They are the best bakery in Jamshedpur with not so great seating space. There speciality includes chocolate truffle and white forest cakes, Monte Carlo (my personal favourite), shakes and puffs. You can't go wrong with anything you choose there so cheers.

Tasty as always. Last week, I ordered Chicken Envelope and rum ball cake. Both were good. Except, the price of Envelope has risen by 10 rupees.(Still, it tastes great!)

I generally don't like cheese cake but brubeck blueberry cheesecake was awesome.

Bought these two for my mother's birthday,turned out to be absolutely brilliant. The 1st is coffee triple mocha , and the 2nd one is chocolate year drop. Coffee triple mocha is extremely smooth, it weighs nothing , and simply melts in 1st bite. Chocolate tear drop is different, the chocolate melts and comes down when you cut.

Wrost quality in Red Velvet cake, charges is too high but quality is very poor. Not expected this kind of quality and taste.

Good place...self service based bakery and cafe ... Overall I will give above average service... The ambiance and environment was good but the self service thing ruined the balanced, you cannot sit down and someone won't take your order ... you have to first pay at the counter then wait for the food then you can go upstairs to sit and enjoy your meal...it was a little messy for me ... And believe me, I've been thru a lot of cafes'

I’d be lying if I said this place is no good. I had actually visited here once & had this amazing burger and a pastry which was so fresh and delicious that I kept ordering the same for sometime. The prices are so reasonable. I have tried a few other stuff, getting delivered which is very convenient and hassle free and they all have fulfilled my expectations as far as the taste is concerned. Must visit place if you have craving for sweet food.
