west

the
Giridih
district

earlier
a
part
of
Hazaribagh
district,

former
undivided
Bihar
state.
Giridih
was
later

district
and
a
part
of
the
state
of
Jharkhand.
Harihar
Dham
Temple

acres
and
is
surrounded
by
river.

took

years
to
complete
the
construction
of
the
huge
Shivling.

temple
