3rd class room service. I called them 6 times from evening for snacks and dinner. No one cares after calling 6 times also. Then I order dinner by physically visiting restaurant. And for your information They have not delivered full items and I waited for up to 11.30 pm but after giving reminder also no one came. And morning what happened you know? They billed full quantity whereas they have delivered the dinner partly . Wah wah. I will never visit this hotel again in near future.

Quality of food is ok and Quantity of food is great. Ambience of the place is ok. Affordable price for two or more than two people. Staff service needs to be improved.( There was only one waiter and he was seem to be always in a hurry even if the restaurant was empty.) Taste of some starter food item is quite same. They have two separate restaurants for vegetarian and non-vegetarian, which is a good concept. They also have rooms for stay. Bathroom needs to be maintained. They also have parking space inside for two wheeler. Must try - Chicken dragon

Extremely poor customer services. I have been visiting the restaurant for past 6 months frequently, there has been no single day that the stewards attended us on time, staffs are very unprofessional. Once I opted to pay with my card and due to their POS connection error the payments were being rejected and guess what lol they backfired on me saying it's my card's fault. Today, 26th Jan 2023 was my last visit to this place as I'm never ever gonna consider prateek for my resort. Today we were there around 6 30 pm the moment we walked in we heard the stewards arguing within themselves as both of them were too lazy to attend us we settled down and even after the wait of 6 mins no one, literally not a single steward showed up. If it's being read by the manager of prateek, we aren't paying you extra money compared from other places to wait as per your staff convenience. There were few of my friends who started visiting your place after me giving them a good review about your food, even they complained about the experience there. But now we're done with our patience, neither me nor my friends are gonna show up to your restaurant ever after this incident. Try to recruit some professional stewards / staffs.

Breakfast complimentary (South Indian) like Dhosa , Idli , Sumber , Kachori , Poha,Bread , butter, jam e.t.c............................ Food quality is very good............ Food quantity is very high........... The food of this hotel is very famous many outsiders come here and eat or pack the food..... The hotel has a van for pick up from the station at free of cost and also drop at the station........ The hotel is not far from the station......................................... We did customized tour ............. The tour was very good in Bolero car........ We went to sarada forest, BaraGhagra, Karo river and many more....... So guys go there with family and friends and enjoy ........................ ....THANK YOU....

Good hotel at Barbil - The Iron ore mines area . They try to maintain hotel clean but more effort required . Food is good . Bed are clean but bathroom need more maintenance. Behavior of stuff good and helpful. Very less area for car parking . Need improvement in this area .

Every thing was food but the complementary things were not there until we have reached and the thing with location was such that there was a Recedential building right next to our window thus harming privacy.

A budget hotel with required amenities,service is good,food was good as per expectation,South Indian food is very good,food prices are reasonsble,breakfast buffet needs little more options.

It is a budget hotel. Rooms are moderate. It is around 3 to 4 km away from Barbil station. Quite low noise area and a little bit of away from main market area. Restaurant is available in the hotel. Food quality and quantity is also good. This group has also hotel in Kolkata

Since, Makar Sankranti is a pious festival of the region, most of the hotel staff went on leave, reason for crediting them 1*

Hotel staff is very bad. Rooms are horrible. Cost is very high according to room & service. Food is also not good. Complementary breakfast is horrible.

Well - behaved staff, clean rooms with basic facilities and good foods are definitely worth mentioning.

Very pleasant hotel and neatly located. Has veg & non veg menu. Limited breakfast options. Rooms are very spacious. A small tea bar in the room is missing (electric kettle, tea bags, sugar & milk powder packets); would be great. Overall good experience for business travellers. They also have their own retail shop for PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment) since it is mines area with many steels plants around.

I had a great experience with the hotel Prateek.The staff at this property are all great.I also give special thanks to Mr Pushpendu Mazumder GM of this hotel.He is very nice and well behaved person.The rooms were clean,comfortable and well furnished.Delicious food and location also good.This is the perfect hotel for spending your leisure time in Barbil.
