I mean bubble tea is great, we know that. BUT this little kiosk has the best customer service I've experienced in Melbourne. The staff here are so warm and friendly and don't hesitate to recommend certain flavour pairings. I've never had a bad experience here ever and I absolutely love their signature fruit tea, it's got real fruit in there which is awesome! Keep up the great job you guys xx

If I'm ever feeling like some bubble tea, I always find myself making my way to this store. Easily my favourite bubble tea in Melbourne! Dom is very friendly, polite and always greets his customers with a huge smile. He is always happy to give recommendations according to my taste and likes. He finished preparing my drinks after a couple minutes, with the perfect ratios and freshest ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone nearby in the area craving refreshing beverage.

I love going to Gotcha M-City. First time I went upstairs as I’m a worker nearby I came across this bubble tea shop, the staff were very welcoming and helpful because it was my first time buying a drink at Gotcha. There’s a lot of variety of drinks on offer which I appreciate a lot. Their smiles make my day which is why I come there a lot now. Very quick and efficient to bring out drinks to customers including me!. I highly recommend everyone to come and visit Gotcha M-City they make great quality drinks and their customer service is amazing. =)

i've been a regular at gotcha m-city for quite some time now, and i can confidently say that this place deserves all five stars and more! the menu never ceases to amaze me. whether I'm in the mood for a classic milk tea or an flavourful fruit-infused green tea, this place never disappoints. this gotcha has become my go-to place for flavor, and excellent service. I can't recommend this place enough. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out on a true gem in m-city lvl 1. oh yes and i wont forget to mention there is this remarkable young girl working who is a true asset, radiating infectious enthusiasm and exceptional service. seek out her friendly and efficient service for a truly delightful visit. kudos to her outstanding effort and for making every experience truly memorable!

Has become my go to place for bubble tea. The customer service is the best I've encountered in a long time, the staff are always kind and friendly. They make the drinks quickly and even recognize returning customers 😊. They have a wide variety of nice flavours and toppings. Many places to sit at if u want to drink and relax. Definitely my favourite bubble tea spot.

Update: big shoutout to staff working 1/12/22 afternoon. They provided superior customer services and would greet you with big smiles. Love it. Definitely gonna give credit to them. Old review 5 months ago: Last time I had the signature Pearl, it was great and everything. So I went back for a second time. But this time I ordered 2 drinks, both with regular sugar. One of them is tasteless and taste like no sugar was added at all. While the other one is way too sweet to drink. I seriously doubt that they put 2 sugar in one cup and forgot about the other. It was quite upsetting after all! I wish they can have more consistent quality control over their products.

Maybe the place is good for bubble tea. Ordered a smoothie for my kid but it’s not a smoothie no milk/ice cream. Even their receipt states frappe and has tea in it. I even checked with the staff to make sure they didn’t misunderstand my order. Don’t call it a smoothie.

Our best bubble tea place! The staff are soooooo nice and helpful. Their bubble tea is amazing, have tried many things and it's all great. Currently my favourite is the black sugar coffee. If you like coffee and sweet drinks the coffee burlee could be a good hit. The black sugar milk tea is the safe choice along with charcoal milk tea (having it hot is also nice)
