My drink was made wrong. Then it was made wrong again. I essentially got steamed milk with vanilla. The next day, I went in to talk to a supervisor and she/they?/them? had such an attitude!! What are you doing as a supervisor if you can’t handle customer problems?! I’ve been coming to this location since ‘08 and I’ve never had issues with them remaking my drink. I’m switching baristas and I’ll say, DeLonghi and Breville have never let me down!

Starbucks.... not my usual hangout, probably because I don't believe in paying exorbitant prices for coffee flavored beverages, but, I went there to please my four year old grandson who DOES like "EVERYONE ELSE" to pay exorbitant prices for coffee flavored beverages lol...and a cake pop, I can't forget the cake pop! (Shhhh, don't tell, but I bought him a Starbucks gift card for Christmas 🎄⛄... AFTER I asked him what he wanted for Christmas, and he said, and I quote..."I already have too much stuff!" Lol. So, I decided on a gift that won't lay around collecting dust...gift cards rule!!!!

I can’t put into words how badly I was treated by the drive thru staff at this Starbucks. It was 2 years ago and I have yet to even consider going anywhere near a Starbucks. It was traumatizing. This location especially has disrespectful, angry staff and extremely slow service. Starbucks is so past its prime - no longer iconic, progressive, or novel. And there are so many good, truly independent coffee places in Carmel and Indy. Why bother with this arrogant chain and its rude baristas? I will never give another penny to Starbucks and truly hope to see the company collapse in my lifetime.

This is a very busy Starbucks, but keeps the food and coffee quality very high and the lines moving quickly. The only criticism is how long the lines get, but it is simply how busy this location can be and they generally have great service and keep things moving. Ordering ahead on the app may not help much here as they do tend to prioritize the drive-thru for fastest service. Overall is is a great Starbucks location.

Great location and great coffee!!! I always enjoy getting my iced chai latte with a shot of espresso. Kinda expensive but good for a treat once and awhile! Allison is a very kind and nice barista!!! Thank you for making sure we were waited on and got our drinks quick!

I love this location (walking distance from downtown Fishers) and the staff. I am always greeted upon entering and the employees go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The decor is unique and although it is a busy location, it still has a vibe-y coffeehouse feel to it. There are a variety of seating options suited for larger group meetings or casually meeting with a friend.

Staff are always great. Warning always check your order at this location. I usually go here numerous times out of the week, when I do this location I have to make sure my food is correct. Sadly most of the time it is not or worse spoiled. Of course it is on the way to work and cannot do anything about it, then when you get a chance to call and they just tell you sorry. Well thanks for taking my money and not fixing the issue (missing items I would not bother calling for thats my fault for hoping they were in the bag). I still will return as this location is on the way to work. Just be weary and check your food. Other than that drinks are usually how you order them.

Customer service always great, but today I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and was told at window after ordering my drink there were no venti straws. Please don’t allow customers to order venti Frappuccino’s if you do not have the proper straw to give them. I couldn’t finish my drink and my straw kept falling down into my cup which really sucked. Would’ve been nice if he made me aware that their were no large straws for a Venti. I would’ve ordered a grande instead. My Frappuccino is normally better wasn’t that good today also.
