Very cool and more important not so crowded place to camp, kayak and hike. Eagles nesting, many water birds and east deer grazing are among the things to observe. Several very roomy camping spots along the Mantanzas river private and away from boating due to various small islands and shallow waters. Highly recommend for long weekend getaways!

Princess Place Preserve in the Palm Coast, Florida area is a must-visit nature preserve. The stunning park offers saltwater marshes filled with wildlife. I hiked about 9 miles of trail, which had breathtaking views. Partway through my hike, I was able to check out the area where the historic Princess Place Lodge was built. Whether you're an avid hiker, a history buff, or simply looking for a peaceful escape into nature, Princess Place Preserve has something to offer everyone. I highly recommend visiting this park to anyone in the Palm Coast area. Overall, my day at Princess Place Preserve was truly unforgettable. #PrincessPlacePreserve #Hiking #FloridaNature #HistoricLodge #Wildlife #FloridaWildlife #PalmCoast #NatureLovers #ExploreFlorida #reviews #review #videoreview #kelblum

Absolutely beautiful park. I plan to go back either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at 2:00 p.m. for the free tour of the estate house. So much to do here.

2023-08-02: I visited this place late afternoon. It was very hot and humid, and I think there would be more wildlife to photograph early in the morning. There are rocking chairs on the back deck of the estate with a beautiful view of Pellicer Creek. There are nice trails you can drive your vehicle. There are a few muddy areas, and I'm sure after a rain it could be even more muddy.

Went there for the first time this past Saturday for a memorial service for a friend of mine. The park is absolutely beautiful. There are several equestrian areas within the park, so if you're a horse enthusiast this is where you want to go. There are plenty of other things to explore, picnic tables, pavilions to rent, and lots of wide open spaces. I definitely recommend this park for a great family fun time!

It is a peaceful walk on the trails. A nice place for you and your pup to be Together in nature. my doggie and I walked around for 4 hours! It was a nice get away right in our back yard. There are cottages to rent too! And kayaking!

A nice place to get-away. Got a cottage for a couple of days. Check in was easy, even though it was after hours. Great location, I can see the water off the back porch, which is enclosed. Cottage is very nice, has all the necessities. You just need to bring food, drink and spices. Cottage has a water cooler! Peaceful, relaxing getaway.

This is an excellent preserve. The hiking trails are very scenic and enjoyable. There are multiple trails of varying lengths, some are fairly short and others are long. Everything is well-maintained.

Great quiet location on the water. Lots of relaxing walking trails. I stayed in one of three full furnished two bedroom cabins. The cabins have fully equipped kitchens, screened porch, and private access to the river.

Came here post Thanksgiving celebration with our entire family. Heard the employee here snapping at everyone and telling us to wrap things up because the park would be closing soon. We 35 minutes left to leave. Not sure what his rush was. Then we were reprimanded for kids being on logs...yet there are stepping stones leading up to the log my 6 year old was on. It was a dead tree log not attached to a tree. The guy was letting everybody have it, not just our group. The area is gorgeous... but nothing like visiting a beautiful preserve with so much nature only to have a guy snapping at everyone in a bad nature. Lol

My first time here was for the recent Pow Wow which was very enjoyable and interesting. The park itself is very large and beautiful. Will definitely will go back to just enjoy the park.

This place was amazing. I had no idea that this place existed. It has 3 cabins that you can rent, which we are making plans with our friends to rent all 3. It has great history, plus you get to driver under a cover wooden bridge. What o liked most is that you have to drive all they way to the back of this property to enjoy it. I like that it has horse trails.

Primitive Hill campsite are was very nice. Plenty of space. Dry even after rain earlier in week. Port-o-potties available at campsite, and were clean & stocked. Weather was beautiful. Neat to see the pool. Did not do the house tour, but neat to look in the windows and see furniture and layout. Not many people around while we were there.

Was a vendor at the annual Creekside Festival and it was awesome. It was professionally run, the music, activities, food and vendors were top rate.

If you appreciate history and architecture you would enjoy it. This is a great place for hiking and riding your horses. The grounds are taken care of extremely well. We truly enjoyed it.

One of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the entire state. The tour was very interesting and all of this is free! You must visit here. I am excited to go back and camp or rent one of the cottages.
