I really didnt want to even give this hospital 1 star. They were horrible to me and my family as my dad was in critical condition. They even released my father way to early so we had him home for 2 days then had to take him to brookes because his health got worse. I wouldnt recomend bringing anyone you love to this hospital. I deffinately wont be back nor bring anyone here ever agian.

I was taken care of here when I had my motorcycle accident a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. My wife recently had surgery here and it was also a good experience.

I don’t even want to give this hospital 1 Star. This is the slowest & unprofessional hospital ever. I hate I had to give birth here, there was no urgency what’s so ever . Nasty dirty rooms & bathroom just disgusting! Even in an emergency situation, they still showed now urgency!! Fast forward, They called me a week after my child was born and says she needs a retest for a newborn screening. I called back and no one can tell me anything ...what test or what screening needs to be redone ?? Nobody knows anything.... Imagine the stress and anxiety as a new parent. I will never ever bring myself or my children to this place it is the absolute worst!!!!!!

How can I give more than 1 star when this company withholds paychecks from their employees? PAY YOUR PEOPLE YOU THIEVES!

We received really good service my autistic son with diabetes was mellow and the staff was nice and friendly. Even though we was there awhile my son only asked one time, but no hurry. The doctor was very thorough with explaining his knot under his skin and what the options going forward. Even printed off instructions on the what-if insurance does not pay then you can get this and it will work not too expensive. I then informed her about him being pre-diabetic just one dose more and he will be on insulin. I went on telling her about his feet callousing and rough, dry looking she listened and got us the information to go to someone they trust to do his feet. She also gave me a name of some cream Urea on amazon I know it works because I used it before on my feet because it was rough that you could start a fire it was so dry. Diabetes is no joke.

The worst place. Doctors only care about pay. They refused my child because she was seen by another doctor in there practice. These dumb medical and coding admins made me change them to my babys pcp, answer all intake questions, and wait a month for this appt only to refuse her in fear they wont get paid but her insurance is covered by them. Mind you ufhealth is who set up the appt with the other pcp that I didn’t want.

Absolutely the worst place. I waited 2.5 hours, despite me scheduling an appointment two months in advance to be seen. I'm 20 weeks pregnant, unfortunately this was my first Dr's appointment since nothing else was available. They failed to mention that I wouldn't even see a doctor and that it was a nurse visit. When I obviously complained about this, they said they were "sorry and they've been telling the front desk to let people know but they will tell them again" Extremely frustrating. I asked what if my baby had already passed away at this rate since they of course didn't do an ultrasound either, they didn't have much answers to that question. Thankfully that's not my case but women definitley go through that. The only good thing i have to say is that the medical assistant and nurse were extremely nice and professional.

Giving 1 star is too much!! This hospital is horrible!! Waiting in the emergency room for 4 hours before vitals were taken and another lady was vomiting and we had to complain in order for them to come see the young lady!! Bathroom was terrible!! This hospital should be shut down!!!!

horrible service all around, they do not care about mental health at all and are very snobby. Would not recommend. I'd give them negative stars if I could. They don't deserve one.
