I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong, a luxurious 5-star hotel, and overall, my experience was mesmerizing and delightful. They are warm hearted and great at Hospitality. I would like to credit Ms. Mamta Sharma for a wonderful memorable stay here. She was exceptionally caring and accommodating, always making sure to attend to our needs with a smile on her face. I especially want to mention the wonderful decorations she arranged for my anniversary. It was just so beautiful and it enhanced our special day even more. Entire staffs hospitality was truly remarkable, and it made my stay an unforgettable one. However, I would like to point out that the breakfast buffet spread could use some improvement. While the quality of food was good, the variety and spread were limited, and it somewhere didn't quite match the standard of such a high-class hotel as I have experienced staying at other similar hotels. Overall, I had a lovely stay here. The great hospitality and arrangements for my anniversary were remarkable, and I would definitely recommend it to others. I hope the hotel takes the feedback regarding their breakfast buffet spread into consideration to enhance their guest experience even further."

We visited the Marriott Hotel. The experience here has been great. It is very clean and the service is also very good. It was free breakfast again. The food was good. There is a place for children to play in first floor and there is also a jacuzzi and the behavior of the staff is very good. New property.

I recently booked a room at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong for my parents, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the hotel's level of service. Lovely property and staff hospitality are amazing I must say we came for spa and dinner and the spa was so relaxing and soothing it was wonderful. The dinner buffet in spectra was spectacular thank you Simrandeep for your service you made us feel comfortable and at ease even with such a rush you still manage to meet and attend all our needs. We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.

It was a really good experience. The staff was very welcoming. The front desk staff helped me with all my problems and I was assisted and properly guided by Tricia Majaw. If I had to stay in a hotel that provides 5 star service, I would choose Marriott without a doubt. I was very happy and I would recommend to visit The Courtyard by Marriott for those who have never experienced a homely feeling.

I had an amazing experience at Courtyard Marriott, Shillong!! Very comfortble stay. We had breakfast and dinner included so there were lot of options and each dish just better than other. Super delicious!! Staff is very friendly and courteous. Totally worth it!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in were delightful and eager to help. Absolutely love the charm of this hotel, it does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all, and honesty had the best stay ever!!!!The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The food was great, plated neatly and relished everything to my heart's content. Wonderful Hospitality! The breakfast buffet is superb. the rooms are spacious but not extraordinarily great. Though centrally located, taking a vehicle might be confusing for people who do not know the one-way traffic of Shillong. Overall, I had a great stay.

We had a wonderful experience. Came here for the Brunch buffet and the play area. The food and drinks were really good. The play area is very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Keep it up Marriott Team! 👍🏻

Fantastic experience staying here. Whatever you do don’t miss the breakfast 0r lunch buffet. The only complain I have is the absence of exhaust fan in the restroom. If you are sharing the room then you can imagine the rooms atmosphere if someone come out after using the restroom.

Ambience is awesome, staffs are very friendly and well mannered and soft spoken. Views from the hotel is breadth-taking. Food is very fancy and delicious. One should definitely visit once and experience the luxury in Shillong.

The room was very spacious. Food excellent. The ambience was perfect. Everything from the room to the food was perfect. I had a quality time there and was left with wanting for more. I went to have a buffet dinner which was 1499. What an amazing buffet spread it was. Delicious food and lots of choices. Service was immaculate. All the staff are so nice and helpful from the valet to the people working in the restaurant. The bar with the pool was spacious. Excellent location.

The Dinner buffet was average in terms of main course items but the starters was awesome. The ambience was good. The staff was very courteous. We had an awesome evening.

I recently stayed at Courtyard By Marriott in Shillong and my experience was not entirely pleasant. I had instructed the staff to not add any bacon or pork in my chicken club sandwich as I am a Muslim and do not consume pork meat. However, to my disappointment, the sandwich was served with pork meat in it. I was shocked that despite my specific instructions, the staff was careless enough to overlook it and serve me with pork. This kind of incident is not expected of a reputed hotel like Courtyard By Marriott. As a regular guest, it was hurtful to see that my choice was not respected by the staff. I was forced to leave the sandwich and look for other options, which was not an easy task. While the overall stay at the hotel was comfortable, this incident has left me feeling let down. I hope the management takes a note of this issue and ensures that such incidents do not happen in the future. In conclusion, I would not recommend Courtyard By Marriott in Shillong to anyone who has specific dietary preferences as their instructions might not be followed.

The ambience is well put together. The open dining area, coupled with large panel glass windows was just so right to set the mood for lunch. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The food was a delight and the menu is very well put together.
