One of the best waterfall in Meghalaya. Very new and untouched till now with narrow & inclined path to reach the foot of the pool where the water falls to create this beautiful waterfall. Have visited only once but Iโ€™ll definitely visit this waterfall again. We had bath in the pool, the water is super clean. The pool is very deep where the water falls so please take care when you swim & bath. Definitely a must visit place in Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Please help each other to keep the place clean. Save nature for our future generations.

Nature is magic when left on its own, but when touched by humans, it's diseased. And the same goes for Phe Phe Falls. What a beautiful sight to see! The cold breeze blowing past your face and the blue color of the water make it magnificent. We took a scooter to reach this place. After covering a considerable stretch in bad condition, we finally arrived at the parking area (not exactly a designated parking area). Being unaware of the exact path, we took another way that led to the top of the fall. After reaching there, we were able to see the actual path to reach the feet of the fall that you see in most of the pictures. To reach the foot of the fall, all you have to do is take the way down, passing a small Hut. Once you park your vehicle, you have to trek down 100 meters to reach the Hut. From there, it's around 400โ€“500 stairs leading to the actual site. Lastly, I would just like to request that you all not litter. Bring back the leftovers and dispose of them where they're designated. It's heartbreaking to see all the wrappers, bottles and what not at such a beautiful destination. Have a great time...

Beautiful. Except for the fact that there were no facilities, it was absolutely beautiful. As we camped there in the night, it was also isolated and there were no curious cats bothering us throughout. There's a resort nearby which offers restaurant to walk in customers so even if you want to camp but don't cook, you can. Our dog loved it very much.

The falls are one of the best places to find solitude. It is 170 km from Guwahati . It took me almost 5 hours to reach there and to reach at the base of the fall we had to trek almost for 30 minutes. Trek is a lil bit challenging but its worthy .

Amazing double decker plunge waterfall, one has to walk for an hour to reach there with a little climb down. However its one of the most beautiful waterfall and less crowded.

The road that you have to cross to get to Phi Phi Falls is a very beautiful road ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ.The height of this falls is so high that there is no other falls like this in Cherrapunji. The falls fall twice ,The water in the falls is colour is blue and it is hard to imagine a place without a bath but the water is so cold.It takes a long walk to get to this place but the walking path is not so difficult it's flat.

One of the best falls in Meghalaya. You can either go from Lumkyntoor resort, or through Paradise Camping. Never seen a waterfall with water so blue, the journey was worth it. Follow @gliffric23 @gliffr_photo #instagram for#natureshots

The waterfall is beautiful, but the walk to get near it was long and the path is totally off-road type. So i recommend wearing shoes while going here. There is just a rope which is to be followed till the waterfall. For hikers there is way to go to the bottom of the falls, but the path is totally visible. There isn't any directions marked or anything like that.

If you want to get into water with less crowd, this is the place. We went from Lookmkyntoor resort side. One can park just after the resort 1. You have to take a local car which charges 50/person to reach there. You walk, which is about 1.5km. Later you have to trek for 20min to reach the waterfall 2. Very scenic view until the waterfall. To get into water life jacket is a must which costs 100/person. Its worth it!

Visiting this mighty waterfall is something I will never forget in my life. It is a must have experience for any nature lover. The best time to visit is in peak monsoon to see the falls in its full glory. The trek is very beautiful with moderate difficulty

Phe Phe fall has two parts, both are stunning. If you have enough time, see both. I've seen the upper portion only, which was really stunning. Water was falling from everywhere. I got enough water here. From the top, i couldn't imagine to see such water. It was huge and wide. I've loved this place. The trek was enjoyable too. You won't need any guide because you'll easily know where to go. If you're visiting Meghalaya, try to keep Phe Phe in your plan. It'll amaze you.

This is one the best waterfall in Meghalaya. This waterfalls has it all Blue water, Big waterfall, small trek , Amazing surrounding, etc. I would recommend the waterfall because mainly the way to the waterfall. Beautiful plain covered in green grasses and picturistic small mountains. This is one of the waterfall, I have to descent to go to the waterfall. The way to the waterfall is very slippery and full of red mud . Good shoes is required. We thought we can see this waterfall in couple of hours, but this waterfall took a whole day . I loved the whole day in the waterfall and the Beautiful plains.

The Phe Phe waterfall in Meghalaya stands out as one of the most breathtaking and tallest waterfalls in the region, providing a truly remarkable experience for explorers. To reach the water base point, adventurers embark on a 15-20 minute walk from the parking area, immersing themselves in the scenic beauty of the surrounding fields. The trek, though a bit challenging, is immensely rewarding. For safety, it is advisable to carry a life jacket during the descent, or you can acquire one on-site for a fee of 50rs. Additionally, a nominal entry fee of 50rs is required upon reaching the waterfall's base. The journey is not tailored for typical tourists but caters to the hearts of true travelers and explorers. Upon arrival, the sight of the Phe Phe waterfall is nothing short of spectacular. The cascading blue waters against a pristine backdrop create a mesmerizing scene. The purity and beauty of the water add to the allure of this natural wonder, making it a must-try experience. The Phe Phe waterfall beckons those with a spirit of adventure and a love for exploration, offering a unique and unforgettable encounter with nature.

Easy trek till the first view point shows to a great view. And then a medium hike down to the base of the waterfall leads to the most amazing views. The majestic series of waterfalls on one side and a view of the valley on the other. Simply gorgeous!

The best waterfall in Meghalaya. And the small hike will give you never ending amusement & chill. Loved this place the most. We visited it in the month of oct, the whole time it was raining, the fall was spectacular. Don't forget to take bath there. Once you visit Meghalaya, you will get addicted to North East. โค

The best ever waterfall we visited!! Loved the place so much! Google maps will take you to the exact location. You can drive 02 wheeler till the edge of the hill later climb down for 1.5 kms to reach the marvellous waterfall. If travelling through car, you need to park it at parking area near a resort and trek down around 5 kms to reach the waterfall. Plan to visit the waterfall in daylight at night falls early in Meghalaya.
