Our cancer patient passed away due to negligency and irresponsible behavior because only nurse staff was handelling emergency cases and dont what they have injected the patient. She passed away in 30 seconds only and when the dr. Came and we shouted that we will file a case due to there mistake. All medical documents were missing from there and they said that we don’t return medical documents of patient’s. Only discharge form we can have. Complete miss use of their power they are doing.
