Nice, cozy chai place to spend a great evening with friends & family. Their chai is pretty good and so is the food. Also, the fact that it is pocket friendly adds to the entire experience. Loved being here, as we've hardly got any decent place to sit and have some good chai at Naraina.

I had recently visited this cafe The Chai Story in naraina with ny best friend and we have ordered 1.) Veggie pizza 2.) Kitkat shake (x2) About the pizza :- Pizza was really very good in taste the veggies are fried having capsicum, mashroom, tomatoes , and much more...! And kitkat shake was also good and it was thick too About the dinning experience Much less crowded than other cafes and the staffs are really decent and polite Awesome experience 🙂

This outlet is located in Naraina. They are serving yummy dishes at very reasonable price. Very friendly owner and staff of this outlet. We tried their Margherita pizza, mix sacue pasta, Peri peri fries, Kadhai paneer with laccha paratha, Momos. All are very tasty and yummy you never regret it. Must visit if you want to spend quality time with your friends and family.

mind-blowing place to hangout after a stressful tym in the office. Food quality and taste is marvelous. Also the prices are quite pocket friendly. Loved the ambience, loved the vibe, loved everything ❤️

This place is a savior for me. As there are no good places nearby to have a light snack with a good tea or coffee. This place serves great quick bite food. Veggie Delight pizza is amazing. I have ordered tea and veg sandwiches many times. Its a self service outlet. Seating is limited and little uncomfortable but this place is of the concept to have fast lite snack and get back to work..

Visited this outlet of Chai Story in E-Block Naraina Vihar a few days ago. This outlet has shifted from its old location in Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2. The place has a very nice ambiance with a vast selection of novels and mangas on their shelves. You'll also find a guitar and a ukulele hanging on the walls. Their menu has a wide selection of things ranging for tea and coffee to snack items like maggi, garlic bread, sandwiches etc. What I tried was the Peach Iced Tea and the Chilli Cheese Pav. The Iced Tea was served in a big bottle and there wasn't much peach flavour to it. The Cheese Chilli Pav was something I really liked. It was loaded with cheese and had a very mild chilli kick to it. The Chai Story is one of the few places where people can meet, sit and talk with their friends in the locality of Naraina Vihar.

It's a nice well made cozy cafe. The Food is the highlight of this place. They make everything super fresh. The different kinds of Maggie here are a must try. They make quite good tea here. The cold drinks are really very nice. Specially the masala Lemonade. Things like- Chilli Cheese Pao are a must try, deserves a shoutout. The vada paw also isn't too bad. A special mention goes to - their Service and staff is just A1. 5 Stars for the service and thr attitude of the staff. They are super polite and it always feels very positive to be here. Hope the staff remains the same in future as they have a big hand in making this small cozy cafe so good. Also, I liked the cafe slightly more when it was a little bigger in size post lockdown of covid. The shop next to it which was a part of it seems to be taken up by some other vendor. Cheers.

Cozy place with good affordable food. It's facing the road. Has a seating of about 12-15 people. Overall it was a great experience. Have attached pictures of the place, food and the menu.

I have always liked The Chai Story, majorly because of it's strong food menu, much stronger than Chaayos. Even if the beverages are average, the food pretty much makes up for it. But somehow, their outlets look cheap, dirty, shabby and are not properly managed. This outlet is one such example, it used to be bigger and beautiful but when we went again, it was smaller which is fine. The bad part is that they started the outlet without even painting the walls which were re-done. Better management needed. Food again is the stronger part here. Love the Double Masala Chicken Maggi as it is made perfect with loads of Chicken in it. Chicken Crispers is another favourite, it is just outstanding. Wraps and Sandwiches are decent, as are their beverages including Masala Chai and Cold Coffee. Some scope of improvement there too.

Few days back I visited this outlet of chai story in nariana and honestly it's really good place to chill with friends or to go on a coffee date with someone special or family ❤️ Overall I loved their food I tried their nachos and maggi and both were nice. . In drinks I tried cranberry ice tea which was really really nice and in shakes I tried their choco brownie shake i guess nd that was also amazing❤️✨✌️

Worst experience ever. Ordered the masala chai which was too watery and had literally no hint of masala The masala omelette had too much oil. The only thing good enough was the chilli chees pao. On top of that the order took more than 20 minutes to arrive, even the masala chai. Had to leave the meal unfinished.

Today i visited this outlet .awesome ambience the staff was polite nd helpfull outlet is big and the seating also good i loved their ambience . As i tried the. Butter chicken pizza , nacho bhel, hot choclate , choclate peanutbutter shake , bombay sandwich. Overall great food Reason to visit 1) outlet is clean and hygenic 2) they preapre the fresh food 3) staff was very kind and polite. 4) awesome interior Must visit this place

This place really serves best in class food at the most amazing rates. There chicken sandwich and Nutella shakes are the most amazing. I strongly recommend to visit this place. This place is great for hanging out with friends. The serve a wide variety of chai's. And a very special thanks to Mr ranveer for being such a great host.

Good place with calm environment. Loved the fresh food. One can surely visit here to have some gossips with friends 🤭 Overall its a nice place with descent food variety.
