Dinesh Sharma & Ajit Takshat were phinominal in fixing my Titan Edge glass very quickly even when the service time was over. Even I was ready to collect the watch next day but bothe the staff member extended their timings and fixed the issue on the same day. These are amazing employees of Titan ...

Terrible service! No problem with Titan products, but the product quality was the only reason we ended up buying from this store. The salesperson seemed disinterested the whole time; watching cricket match seemed more important to him than even packing up the already paid for watch... Utter and complete disregard for customer's valuable time. Had to go back to get the watch calibrated( first time in over 10 times of buying watches for self/others). First time had such a horrible experience buying a watch, or in fact any retail product... A massively contrasting experience after a wonderful retail experience at Levi's store in the same mall! Won't recommend this particular Titan store to anyone!
