Recently my friend admitted in this hospital for minor surgery , admitted at the morning and surgery at eve 6 at second floor.Inbetween timings nurses and staffs behave very professional and patient friendly behaviour..they provide very much care and support .Each and every 15mins they came and checked that we are in any need like that..Top most service they provided .our doctor recommended this hospital for surgery apart from that we don't know anything about this hospital previously..so in doubt we went there but topmost home care they provided.Especially second floor staffs and nurses i forget to ask their names ..just remember two name Akhila and mahalakshmi very patient support persons. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THIS HOSPITAL FOR HOME BASED CARE .I don't know anything about doctors in those hospital.Duty doctors attented us they are also good enough .more than that we dnt knw anything about those hospital doctors.But I think the entire management is good and neat ..bcz even though the ward boy and stretcher attendants also shown patient care . Totally it's a care and home based hospital.Morning 10 they gave some boiled peanuts for patients and afternoon proper lunch ,milk ,tender coconut and dinner . Timing care they provided. We went under the insurance.

I Admitted my Father in a Very serious Condition, but they handled it with gentleness and calm. Since heart attack patients are very difficult to handle in Critical conditions. My Father and myself were very happy with their Care and Treatment. My recent experience at this hospital was utterly disappointing and frustrating. Despite claiming to have available beds, they resorted to placing patients in the general ward and provided no seating for attenders in a fanless, uncomfortable area. Staff members were rude and discourteous, prohibiting attenders from entering patient rooms and insisting they wait outside. Additionally, the exorbitant charges of Rs. 8000 for a mere 3-hour stay, along with unjustified additions to lab bills without providing services like x-rays, highlight the hospital's blatant disregard for patient welfare and transparency. Avoid this establishment if you value basic dignity and fair treatment.Hospital management should take action to the rude and unkind admin staffs and nurses in order to protect there reputation and hospital values

I was admitted in chakra hospital on 30.07.2023 and discharged on 10.08.2023. During this period the M.D and other staffs performances are excellent to give the treatment. I very much thanks to all staffs of chakra hospital. Thanks.
