I had to take a moment to write this review since Alta Farms at Cane Ridge left me such a good feeling in my heart. I came to visit a friend and they showed me this property and I was so shocked at how wonderful everything was. Totally recommend checking this place out because I am definitely moving here soon. P.S. THE SUNSETS ARE BEAUTIFUL HERE!!!!

Me and my boyfriend were looking for a place to call home in a state we had never lived in. Alta farms so far has provided us just that! From the time we visited in December to the time we moved in, the staff was very helpful. Jarrod gave us our tour and Dalton gave us the keys on move in day. We get clear communication from the staff on updates and community events. The people that live here are also very welcoming and we have been able to meet and connect with people at events and around the community. I love using the gym, the event barn equipped with a fire pit and I can’t wait for the warmer weather activities such as using the pool and community garden. It has been a smooth transition moving to Tennessee from Ohio, a key reason I can say that is because of the staff here and this beautiful apartment we call home.

I have loved living at Alta Farms. I’ve been here for about 2 months and my experience has been the best. Maks is the best! He has been amazing from the beginning. And even after moving in, he always made me aware of the events coming up. The community has so many events so you can get to know other residents. Alta Farms has the best staff. If you have any issues, they will make sure it’s taken care of promptly. I highly recommend Alta Farms!

My partner and I stopped by this complex to take a tour, it was a beautiful property and very well kept. The leasing agent Jared was very informative and respectful, which was greatly appreciated! If you’re looking to stay relatively close to the city without the noise I’d recommend Alta Farms.

I was impressed with the apartment tour. The modern design and thoughtful layout made it feel like a place I could call home. The community vibe added a friendly touch to the whole experience. The amenities nailed the comfort and convenience balance. Overall, it left me with a good feeling about the place.

Alta Farms at Cane Ridge is absolutely amazing. The property is gorgeous and well maintained and the staff is incredible. I am so lucky to have found this gem. If you haven’t found a place to live yet, look no further. You’ll move in and never want to leave.

This property is BEAUTIFUL! The location is amazing with just a short drive to the interstate and walking distance from the new Tanger Outlets. The floor plans are spacious and the amenities are top notch. I worked in the coworking space today and it was so cozy and private. I was even able to take a meeting in my headphones. I can’t wait for pool season because the pool is gorgeous! The staff is helpful and courteous. I recommend anyone come and check out this gem in the Can Ridge area of Nashville!

This is a beautiful new property in South Nashville. A barn with a kegerator is situated next to a fireplace over looking a serene lake. The yoga deck was probably our favorite feature! The floor plans are spacious and you can't beat the affordability for Nashville!
