The place is very popular with local Thai families so the food must be good. However, I had high expectations and was mostly disappointed with the food. Maybe as a non-Thai, the food wasn’t to my taste. Presentation was good. The ambiance and decor is good. However, you can’t really enjoy the river view or breeze because of the design. Lots of mosquitos feasting on your legs while you dine. The best part was that you could bring your pet with you at the table. Note: if you come here on a taxi, it’s going to be hard to get a taxi back especially after dark. Took us 20 mins to order a grab.

Cozy and nice place by Chao Prays River. I love the atmosphere here, the river breeze. The green, the decoration easily help to cheer up the day, just like a holiday. The foods are good. Highly recommend this place to get out of the city for a day trip

I just randomly searched from Google maps the nearby restaurant for the chill Saturday dinner. I love the location is good because it’s near riverside and can see the good view. Well-served dining and good atmosphere make me relax and joyful!

I had an amazing meal at River Tree House recently with my boyfriend. Every aspect of the meal deserves a mention: the incredible food, the efficient and charming service, the grest restaurant location right on the river and the atmosphere of the dining room all made for a memorable meal. Loved it. Recommended advance booking if you come in a peak time.

Great food and great service. Lots of Peking just out front. Nice view of the river and temples while dining. The menu has a large selection of items. The restaurant itself is an old Thai style design which makes it a nice comfortable setting.

Great restaurant right by the river with a large outdoor seating area. Good selection of seafood and soups. The marinated Pork red curry we ordered was delicious, the crab and shrimps were fresh and also very tasty. The staff very attentive and my beer glass was very empty. About 40mins from central bangkok but certainly glad we made the trip

I lost count of the times we have been here. One of the best Thai restaurants in Bangkok. Recommend to book. Go around 5.30 to 6.00 and enjoy the sunset with a cocktail 🍸

First time at this place. Though I went there alone, I ordered everything my heart desires and packed my left over because I had too much. The food is so good, river prawn is not to be missed. Extraordinary dishes found here unique Thai food.

Foods are very good, not slow even full house. Place is local style near river. Price is reasonable. Open air, also have air-con room for group party. Staff is hospitality.

Not the easiest place to find unless you really know where you are going. I thought we were driving into a construction site and then down a dead end dirt road. But we slowed to ask a guy who seemed to be attending to a few parked cars and turns out we were right in front of the restaurant. Once seated the ambiance was quite beautiful. There was a nice breeze blowing off the river and keeping the Bangkok heat under control. The service staff was pretty good and attentive. The food was good. Not the best but certainly not bad. The best part was the half liter glasses of ice cold Hoegaarden. They were excellent. I would recommend this place and will definitely be going back there again soon.

We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next day! The menu is in both Thai and English. And what a selection of items! My Thai family enjoyed the dishes, as well as myself. A hidden gem of a restaurant - right on the River. The average cost per person was higher as we enjoyed beer. Note; you park at the temple and can either walk or be transported to the restaurant.

Waterfront restaurant, good atmosphere, come to endure during the day, the weather is not hot, there is a light breeze, the food is good, the price is not expensive, the quantity is quite large Service personnel are standard Many customers come to use the service. This is the 2nd times i'm here with friends & family.. Had a great dinner with my family last night even when is raining... Food is delicious 😋 Price is reasonable... Service is fast ... Restaurant is located along the river with a sunset view...Great if is not raining... Is a recommended restaurant to go for if around the area... The only problem is there is construction along the road n restaurant is much inner.... So have to turn into the dirt road towards the river... No proper parking space if raining...mud is everywhere... After go into the restaurant....u will forget about the road in & enjoy the food 😉

Chao phraya riverfront reataurant with wooden Thai style house. Loved the chilled-out atmosphere with river view and breeze surrounded by lots of trees and plants. Great foods and helpful staff. My favorite is Pra krapong tod nam pla(Deep fried seabass with mango salad) and Gaeng Som(Thai sour curry). Gaeng Som tastes well balanced. Not too salty and sour.

Beautiful Thai restaurant by the river. It‘s a bit in the middle of nowhere. You don’t expect anything to come when you turn onto this deserted field. But when you get there you‘ll be surprised by a nice little oasis with good food and beer selection. They also have live music. Not too loud. Good place for a date.

Great atmosphere inside and outside River view 180°. Best to call to reserve table next to river as it is popular. A bit hard to get to due to monorail BTS construction on Tiwanan but lots of open parking. If you can go upstairs I recommend it. Food is solid 4 stars (fish, shrimp, tom kha gai and yams.

Outdoor seat, good atmosphere but since it's so hot these months in Thailand so we were not enjoying eating outside. Food is fine, not expensive, good service.

The atmosphere is amazing. The restaurant is located next to the river and the different types of trees around the restaurant make this place very serene. The food tasted very authentic. We ordered the steamed crab in milk, tomkha chicken and hormok salmon. The crab took longer than the other dishes but was worth the wait. The price is reasonable considering we ordered seafood. There is plenty of parking space next to the restaurant. The road between the main street and the parking lot is quite low quality so be careful and try not to speed.

A beautiful place..lots of spots for photos! Unfortunately couldn't get a seat for New Year's eve, very popular. Only giving 4 stars as we haven't tried the service yet. We were told to wait for a table, then sent in, and then sent out again.. language barrier makes it difficult to workout what was going on. We'll try again when it's less busy

Food is kind of a mix, tom yum we had is great so is the grill squid. Fried chicken and chilli garlic shrimp is very dry and tasteless though.

This place is great and the food is amazing. The scene if you can get seated near the river is great. Always very busy. Beautiful sunset views. Ample parking and lots of seating inside. The price is reasonable for the quality of food.

The restaurant has big parking infront. Wheelchair friendly. Dining atmosphere is very peaceful and nice scenery of the river and the temple across. The service can be better, but they are lack of staffs during the peak holidays which is quiet understandable. Food quality is alright, can be better like the somtum was not mixed well. Quantity is reasonable for the price. Mangoes at the shop in the waiting area is way too overprice for small amount.
