A very convenient BonChon restaurant on the third floor of La Villa Ari. BonChon Chicken taste great as always. After 5 PM it gets very busy and too many will be waiting as well as lots of deliverymen waiting. They take quite awhile to get your food. But other than that staffs are very attentive and friendly. Try the garlic one now. Its only gonna be on sell for 3 months.

Horrible experience. Staff cannot communicate in English, order was not taken correctly. Indeed as mentioned in the other comments the food arrived cold ,I had to return it and I had to wait long time before I got the french fries that I ordered, and when they finally arrived I think they put 500 g salt on it. Moderate food and incompetent staff... NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Not too long queue for this branch. Service was not good. You need to call waitress many many times until they came to your table.

The best fried chicken I have ever had! But they add VAT and a service charge on to the bill!? Why? Is that a way to get more money off you? Do the staff not get paid? Tipping is voluntary.

Food delivered stone cold for the second time because for some reason your drivers can't find my address. I don't have issues anywhere else. I watched this driver sit in one place for 20 minutes after food was collected. Employ drivers that know how to use Google Maps or that can read addresses correctly.

Rude staff. No one pretending to speak english. Unpolite. Do not come.

What kind of restaurant that sells chicken wings as specialty but dont provide plastic gloves? And dear employees, please pay attention when customers wave at you. For a restaurant that charges service fee, i expect better than that.

We arrived a bit late, with not many patrons. The food is quick the place is clean. Ordering is smooth, and the discount codes and the app are working. Be careful, some of the menus, with the word "fire" to "hot" in the name, can be very spicy for anyone.
