The best is a great view of Chaopraya River, Recommended to book 1 bed room. You will get facilities as home but be careful the hot water at the kitchen sink. It was really hot!! The mattress a bit too old, would be nice if the management do something about it. The reception are not really friendly but still acceptable. Will be back again.

Although dated and in need of a revamp, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is the most comfortable I've slept in. However, I was shocked to find that if you want a second pillow you have to pay for it per night. I've never known a hotel to not provide two pillows. This was even more strange as I am staying here before and after surgery and will have to sleep elevated for a while. They know I am a surgery guest. There seems to be inconsistencies with customer service - the receptionist that was on duty on arrival was not very friendly or welcoming, and was abrubt and irritated when I asked to rent a second pillow. However, all other staff have been very friendly and hospitable. On another good note, the room service is excellent - they even folded some clothes that I'd left on the bed and left clean towels on the second day which some places do not. The cooling system works well and overall it is very comfortable. The pool is the best feature - it's huge.

It's a clean hotel. The beautiful scenery starts from the entrance. There is an entrance security system. The room I stayed in was a studio suite, river view, large room, clean, large refrigerator, spring bed, hotel standard appliances, hair dryer, kettle, coffee and tea, large swimming pool. There is a pool for children. And an adult pool 1.60 meters. Parking. I like everything here. Favorite place. Guarantee that I will stay here again. There is a key deposit of 1,000 baht, You will receive a refund when you check out.

A place with a basketball and tennis court. It looks like the perfect place for a photo session in a ’90 mood. Big swimming pool with a river view. Nice, helpful staff. The place is about 8 km from Khao San Road.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with kitchen, which was beautiful and everything worked great. Kitchen was missing any pans or pots, even after asking they said they don’t have any so we ended up buying our own because we have to prepare kids meals. Location is great and swimming is massive right on Chao Phrya river, gym was huge and very nicely equipped.

Rooms are meh. Pool is great. Fitness is great.

Value for money is superb. It has a huge 1 bedroom apartment right on the river and the views spectacular. Huge pool, gym, off street parking, security who are super friendly, set in a large complex with lovely gardens. 10 put of 10 for value. Why stay at a hotel when this is substantially better value.

Seems like a retirement home? Some rooms being rented out as hotel rooms. Carpeted rooms, carpets are old and worn. Not good if you have allergies to dust mites. The female staff member named Cream or something purposely sabotages you so avoid this woman. Literally any other staff member including the security guard that doesn't speak a lick of English is more helpful than her. She might be running a side hussle or something. Elevator takes forever to go up and they do not provide enough basic amenities initially so when you ask for more, they take a long time to deliver to your room (e.g. toilet paper). The location is also not the best as we had to taxi everywhere, I would rather pay a little more to stay more central and avoid additional travel expenses so I wouldn't stay here again, nor recommend this place.

I was only visiting a friend for a short time in a 2 bedroom flat. Impressive for the price. I don't know about service but location with view overlooking Chao Phaya river is great.

Vey nice placement in Nonthaburi. Nice view over the river. Rooms are older, but we'll kept and maintained.

Big cockroaches found two days in a row. Do not book here if you are afraid of those. We stayed at room number 1903 for 3 nights(1st to 3rd of Feb). The superior two bedroom size was good enough for 4 people and kid but added extra bed. The every pictures showing from their website I would say easily 50 years old. Walls have moulds and the rooms smells just like 100 years old haunted house. There's no built-in closet, they have the closets you would found on the free-on-street pick ups. I stored my clothes there I have to wash it next day cause the bad smell of the closet just soaked to all my clothes. Showers are with old faded blinds of course, toilet seats are all faded to yellow, carbon & soap scums were everywhere. Air-conditioner is so old that the filter needs to be cleaned as we instantly smell something unpleasant as soon as we switched on. They got cooktops & fridges but of course you would find those for free on Gumtree or Craigslist. I dared to use utensils or anything cause just they don't look clean. Also if you sit on couch you will instantly have dust wrapping around your pants so beware of it. The most shocking part was the cockroaches. 2nd night my sister found cockroach crawling around and killed it. 3rd night, we saw it and it disappeared. We decided to just review here instead of asking the staff to do something cause we know they can't do anything and didn't want to ruin our holiday vibe. But it was shocking those roaches can live on 19th floor so I would say the entire building is infested. Only thing I was happy about was the gym, breakfast buffet is just average. But still unsure how this hotel got 4 starts with this poor pest control quality.

We requested an early check inn at noon, because we landed early at Bkk. We came to the hotel at 10 and ask if we could check inn, for that they "only" wanted 1700 baht, even the room was ready for us, a real bargain.... The aircondition in the living room was so loud we had to turn it off to hear the Tv. The channels on the Tv in the living room was unclear, and were missing channels compared to the Tv in the bedroom. The room was probably top notch 25 years ago. The breakfast the next morning was another disappoinment, we went 30 minutes before the breakfast should end, there was two eggs left, we were four people..... The orange juice was empty too, staff seemed more interested making a hell of a noice moving tables around instead of filling in food and beverages. I'm so glad we only stayed for one night. Only positive is that it's by the river.

A friend has a unit in the complex, we visited, it has great river views. A 500m walking path. Large pool as well as a gym meeting rooms etc. NICE COMPLEX

Amazing people, always helpfull. Speaking english by reception is 100% Housekeeping always helpfull and respectfull, doing very good job. Breakfast and all the eating is amazing.

Excellent apartment with spactacular views of the river and city, which is remarkably quiet considering its location. Riverine offers many delightful facilities, including swimming pool, sumptuous gym and exercise programmes, sauna, steam room, and restaurant. The grounds are secluded with beautifully landscaped gardens and serviced by very friendly staff. Excellent value, highly recommend!

Good hotel (room is big suite.old but clean and well maintained), Breakfast is also good. Hotel is next to Chaophaya river line very mice view. Olympic swimming pool. I stay on Loykathong night..Good time.
