I do not recommend this hotel. I booked and paid for my parents to stay here and here was their experience: upon arrival at the airport it was a shared transfer with others on their flight which puts the customer at risk. This is not acceptable! When they got into the room (bare in mind you should stay in the room until test is negative) there was no tea or coffee making facilities, 1 meal box for two people and when I complained by phone as the Internet was not working (it did get fixed after my complaint) My parents were asked if they wanted tea and coffee and upon checkout were charged more than 400b for this again unacceptable! Thailand should be showing hospitality to visitors which is the Thai way. Also hotel was under renovation and we were not informed. Room was large with a microwave and as the hotel is next to the highway its noisy if you want to open the balcony. I felt the service provided at this hotel fell short of the standard I expect in Thailand. Total cost for two people was 6800. I must praise their communication by email as this was swift and informative.

Stayed one night as part of Thai Pass ‘test and go’ program. Whole process was seamless from the quick airport pick up in luxury mini bus straight to PCR test and onto the hotel. Checked out early next morning after receiving early negative result. Would recommend to anyone, hotel spotlessly clean as always, great location with good food next door and a handy 7 eleven outside for delivery whilst in quarantine.

We stayed one night for the test and go package and were happy with our choice. The communication was fast and easy, the room big and clean and the food all right, we even got a vegetarian option. The staff was helpful and friendly and we got the test results within 7 hours.

Staying here as part of the Thai quarantine program and it did the job but was happy we moved after the one day to another hotel. It’s in a residential area which is cool for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay here for the full length. The breakfast was a joke and the hotel needs some renovations and above all a bit love!

Good service. It has good procedures and documentation for Test And Go process. Able to bear with questions and able to provide answers. I had used this hotel on numerous times for Test and Go. Food is acceptable. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is good. Room service is good. Hotel is clean and not congested. Attentive staff and front staff service for taxis is very good. Overall is GOOD.

Don't listen to the negative comments, please experience it for yourself 3900baht test-and-go package included a shared transfer which was very clean and modern. I read older reviews of people angry about sharing this but didn't we all just get off a 100+ seater plane? What's the issue if you keep distanced & stick to the rules? Got the PCR test in the transfer and then taken to the hotel where i was checked in and given a snack pack and lunch 😋 very tasty but I'm a big man and called reception for more food which was available anytime. Big rooms evolving from the old thai style so give it some appreciation , big 42" flat screen smartTV, fresh bed sheets and fat fluffy pillows, very responsive Air Conditioning, quick hot water, kettle, microwave, fast Internet. Very good 👍 Checked in my 11am and negative results out by 7pm, im in the taxi by 8pm ready to enjoy Thailand!! 🇹🇭 The staff was the best in this experience, helped me so much with information and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Thank you 😊

I booked for one day as test and go. The room wasn't entirely clean, found hair and there, the toilet instead was clean, internet wasn't stable, no hot water in the shower, the mattress was pretty hard, at the reception the level of English was very poor and not so friendly people at all....

Stayed here for the Test and Go program. Room very spacious, the meal they gave was delicious, recent came quickly and really good room service. FYI, don't go with the metered taxi service outside the hotel (the yellow and green cars). They will rip you off!! Go with the app Grab! I wanted to go to Thon Buri Station. I went with taxi driver nickname "Kim". During the ride, the taxi driver said it will cost 2800 baht (£63)!! For a ride that took 30mins. My friend was meeting me at the station and paid for my taxi. In the end it cost 800 baht, but during the commotion the taxi driver short-changed my friend and took 1000 baht! He also made me pay the 20 baht toll fee 😡. Evil taxi service.

Ok for one night. Good enough food for the test & go package. Bathroom not clean. If you buy room service check your bill. They tried to bill us for ordering delivery food but we ordered from their room service menu, plus they calculated the amount wrong. Spent 30 mins trying to explain this. Also they add 10% AND 7% for service fee and VAT on anything.. they dont write this % on the menu.

Good for wheel chair ppl. Bathroom is suitable for wheel chair accessibility with a slope and a concrete cover with tiles to sit in a shower.

A very affordable and nice hotel to stay. Little far from the main Bangkok city but if you want peace then consider this. Good room service and staff are very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is also provided. Also, no problem with the transportation, cabs are easily available and you have a 7 eleven just outside the hotel. So, if you need anything just walk in and get it! Also it is near to the DMK airport. BKK is little far from the location. In addition you get a local market within 1kms which is great. Lot of new foods to try and lot of new people to meet.

if the room is nice, that is the only quality of this hotel. Located near a 2 x 3 lane, it is extremely noisy. .the building vibrates elsewhere. finally, the receptionist is not necessarily friendly, which is rare in Thailand. hotel to avoid .
