The hotel has design faults: no shelf for shampoo and shower gel in the shower box, no hook for wet towels anywhere in the room. We booked a junior suit. TV signal was very poor in both rooms. A very helpful technichian tried to recover channels for us but it is all the system defects. Smimming pool is under maintainance. Overall, it might be overpriced with the sevices we have gotten. Bad time booking!

Spacious room and close to where I need to be for work. However, no warm shower and limited amount of soap and shampoo. Adequate but not comfy.

We had a pleasant short stay. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We were able to hear street noise from our room, but it wasn't to the point of disturbing our sleep.

The hotel is near a three minutes walk bus stop if you want to visit the park and the zoo. Outdoor pool, air conditioned rooms Wifi access for free and fitness center for health conscious individual are the high lights.

Clean, tidy, restaurant and pool on site, friendly staff. Not far from a BTS however right by a busy intersection with no nightlife around. Fine if you are staying for an event, though I wouldn't recommend it if you are coming to explore Krungtep (Bangkok) as it's not central

Swimming pool was dirty and green. Booked this hotel because my dad wanted a swimming pool but the pool at the hotel was super dirty and green which was not usable. Very disappointed, they should remove the pool picture from their site.

The whole place are great, not only for staycation but for conferences ang meetings to. Comfort, clean as is. Not really new but can accomodates events and gatherings

This place so nice and relaxing, it makes me feel comfy an give me energy. Lovely little place set away from the main road with a chilled out vibe. It give me a positive vibes.

I have stayed for 2 nights on seventh floor but, the Wi-Fi was not working. The room is clean and breakfast is ok.

Two days with no hot water, bit of sewer smell in the bathroom. I have stayed here before, but will go elsewhere in the future.

Unhelpful staff especially a reception girl. Bad experience, I recommend you to find another place.

Shower cubicle glass door cannot close completely, water flow tap in the toilet basin was too low, room was a bit dark, lighting is not enough.

Hard bed, booked large bed before 1 month but got twin bed because receptionist said room with large bed will be same floor with tourist and will be noisy 2nd night Key card have problem can't open the door properly then maid come to use another card to open door Breakfast is good not bad, but not halal friendly so have to choose coffee or cereal, manager in breakfast room is nice. Limited parking area but guard is nice, always helpful.

The hotel management is very attentive to detail and very prompt to respond to guest's comment. The room is great, the location is prime for the Nonthaburi area. One of the great choices out there.

Staff extremely friendly and courteous. Cleaning staff deserve a mention . Very good job 10/10 Downside is pool needs cleaning also some kind of net to stop pigeons bathing in water ? Bathroom seals not good on shower screen Bathroom floor becomes flooded when showering . If you are not careful! There is two of us staying in one room but only one chair to sit on and one dressing gown taken away ?

Most of people who stayed here are not spend by themselves. Such as government officers who come for specific meetings. Overall of the hotel is OK. Comfort, clean as is. Not really new, some has defects.
