So
far
the
experience
has
been
sub
par
for
a
supposedly
5
star
hotel.
Came
into
the
hotel
and
the
hot
water
shower
was
spoilt.
Requested
for
the
shower
to
be
repaired
and
the
reception
got
the
shower
head
changed.
🥲
Finally
got
a
room
changed
after
requesting
twice.
The
breakfast
service
is
not
acceptable.
1st
day
coffee
had
a
weird
smell.
Enquired
from
staff
if
we
can
get
a
fresh
batch...
came
back
with
espresso.
Followed
up
by
the
inconsistencies
of
overall
service.
After
10
over
days
of
staying
here.
The
food
service
has
proven
to
be
absolutely
horrendous
with
major
fault
in
the
inconsistency
in
service
and
basic
food
preparation.
Was
served
by
staff
for
toast
bread
one
time
because
we
weren't
allowed
to
touch
any
common
utensils
or
tongs.
Then
the
next
day
self
serve.
Then
the
next
day
wear
glove
to
self
serve.
Inconsistent
training
for
staff.
Majority
of
staff
that
is
at
work
will
simply
look
from
far.
This
is
also
the
first
hotel
that
I've
seen
3
man
operate
1
omelet
station
when
there's
3
stove
and
a
2
to
3
guest
queueing
for
omelette.
I
had
to
wait
too
because
there
was
no
more
scrambled
eggs.
The
good
part
is
that
front
of
house
staff
are
very
professional
and
friendly.
Managed
to
get
alot
of
help
from
their
English
speaking
staff
with
my
driver.
Housekeeping
staff
was
professional
and
adequate
with
consistent
service.
The
good
thing
about
the
hotel
is
that
there's
also
a
business
center
for
meeting
room
which
can
be
used
to
host
small
and
large
group
meeting
for
corporate
functions.
Given
the
covid
19
recovery
it
is
understandable
to
have
lapses
in
all
the
areas
and
hope
that
the
improvement
are
timely.
Aside
from
breakfast
service,
the
hotel
host
a
good
no.
of
restaurants
that
are
very
very
good.
Don
Giovani
and
Dynasty
are
highly
recommended.
Was
supposed
to
stay
here
for
my
full
duration
but
have
ultimately
decided
to
move
to
another
hotel.
