Hotel is very quiet and clean. Staffs are polite and well in speaking English. Near to Don Meung Airport, 20-45min depending on traffic. Shopping mall link together and a lot of foods can found in the mall. If you looking for High quality or branded, this shopping mall is suitable for you. There is one shopping mall called Union Mall sell more cheapest stuffs, clothing, shoes, etc. Walking distance from the hotel around 5min.

Our second stayed at this Centara Grand location. I love breakfast buffet there were a mix of all types of food. Perfect location close to the shopping mall and sky train. Staff are very nice and sophisticated. Comfortable room and clean. We will see you again.

A very grand hotel. She is showing her age. But the hotel is still a fine dame. Checking in the staff made you feel welcomed and that continued our whole stay. They always went out of their way to greet you and make sure all was well. The room was comfy and the view was delightful. I enjoy that they put some thought into the pool deck. It is a spacious place away from the hustle and bustle of life. You have splendid trees surrounding you and the grounds are immaculate. The koi fish pound is well maintained as is the pool itself. Just wish we had a little sun... She is connected to the shopping center so in reality you could spend your whole time relaxing without needing to go out in the city. Breakfast was definitely on point. Everyone ensured that Wuhan Virus requirements were up to par. The staff was 100% attentive and great. I love this place and will be back.

I stay here for three nights every February, and every year it gets better. It has so much going for it... The location, midway between the two international airports, just 30 minutes from either via the hotel's excellent limousine service, and within 20 minutes of Bangkok's busy downtown, plus being situated within the first class Central Plaza mall. Its beautiful and extensive gardens and swimming pool. Its world-class gym and luxurious spa. Its choice of seven fine restaurants. Its staff, from the wonderful head doorman, who unfailingly remembers me every year upon my arrival, through reception, chambermaids, and waiting staff, all are welcoming, warm, and unfailingly helpful. I always take a Club Room, which I recommend to achieve the full Centara Grand experience.

I stayed here for a few weeks and I'm so glad I did! The hotel is connected to a mall so my stay was very convenient for shopping. The breakfast buffet is excellent and you can't beat the price. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was quite large for Bangkok. The only thing that didn't wow me was the room service. The swimming pool was phenomenal.

The deluxe king room was nice & spacious with a huge bed, work station, seating area, separate bath tub, rain shower & toilet cubicles. Design is refreshing & wifi connection was adequate. Breakfast buffet was was a good spread but just a little too crowded.

My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which set a welcoming tone for my stay. However, when it came to breakfast at the hotel's cafe, the experience was a bit different. The live station chefs and servers didn't seem as friendly or attentive as the front desk staff. I noticed a lack of warmth and willingness to assist with special requests. It left me wishing for a more hospitable and helpful attitude, especially when compared to the friendly service at the front desk. Despite this, the overall stay was comfortable, and the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory. I hope the cafe staff can take cues from the front desk team to improve their customer service and create a more consistent and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Hotel is still operating with safety measures under the covid situation that hit hard to the tourism and hotel sector. The hotel is very quite with not many visitors I can see. Hope the vaccination and tourism could come back soon and the hotel will be back ready for the travelers and their loyal customers.

First time here and certainly not the last! Lovely hotel with fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Decent sized rooms with great amenities. Great selection of food at breakfast catering to a wide choice of diets. Location is great as well, connected to Central Plaza for all your shopping needs. The BTS is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel (through Central) and then in 15 minutes you’re in the heart of Bangkok.

Food taste is so delicious. More than food taste, service is super impressive. All staff are very nice and kind especially K.Sompak and K.Lamjuan. It's surely that our family will come back again! Thank you for good moments here!

So far the experience has been sub par for a supposedly 5 star hotel. Came into the hotel and the hot water shower was spoilt. Requested for the shower to be repaired and the reception got the shower head changed. 🥲 Finally got a room changed after requesting twice. The breakfast service is not acceptable. 1st day coffee had a weird smell. Enquired from staff if we can get a fresh batch... came back with espresso. Followed up by the inconsistencies of overall service. After 10 over days of staying here. The food service has proven to be absolutely horrendous with major fault in the inconsistency in service and basic food preparation. Was served by staff for toast bread one time because we weren't allowed to touch any common utensils or tongs. Then the next day self serve. Then the next day wear glove to self serve. Inconsistent training for staff. Majority of staff that is at work will simply look from far. This is also the first hotel that I've seen 3 man operate 1 omelet station when there's 3 stove and a 2 to 3 guest queueing for omelette. I had to wait too because there was no more scrambled eggs. The good part is that front of house staff are very professional and friendly. Managed to get alot of help from their English speaking staff with my driver. Housekeeping staff was professional and adequate with consistent service. The good thing about the hotel is that there's also a business center for meeting room which can be used to host small and large group meeting for corporate functions. Given the covid 19 recovery it is understandable to have lapses in all the areas and hope that the improvement are timely. Aside from breakfast service, the hotel host a good no. of restaurants that are very very good. Don Giovani and Dynasty are highly recommended. Was supposed to stay here for my full duration but have ultimately decided to move to another hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience, they allow tens of people into the gym but only have Two treadmills available. Rooms aren't great, I usually stay at Novotel Ploenchit but this time I wanted to give a try since this hotel coming at a better rate, started regretting since day 1, my biggest mistake was booking premium deluxe room for 20 days, there's a saying if you go for the cheapest one don't ask for quality.

Booked 2 nights’ stay for our anniversary at this hotel and the hotel has very kindly decorated the bed with flowers and also gifted a little cake on the coffee table. Not sure if they upgraded our room but it was huge and at the corner which is the type I prefer. However, the divider door to the bathroom wasn’t really working as we had trouble closing it. This wasn’t much of an issue for us since we are a married couple but it might be a problem for those who are in this room with friends. The location of this hotel is really great! Short walking distance to a good size mall with many food options! The hotel lobby was grand. The main lobby might not be easy to locate for those who are driving their own cars as there is another level for parking. The same level as the one we use to access the mall. The hotel breakfast was decent with a lot of variety. Everything was made fresh and on the spot. Though variety is good, the menu doesn’t change much from day to day so would not recommend buying their hotel breakfast for the entire stay. Maybe just for 1 day would be good enough. Nice concierge service. Helped us to book a cab and also loan us an umbrella when it was drizzling. There is also welcome mocktail drinks which you may redeem at the bar at your convenient timing. Good mix of people staying here. Businessmen and also tourist. Overall a very good hotel and would recommend to friends who are interested to stay in this area.

Breakfast buffet sways us to hotel. Bts, mrt, grab taxi gets us everywhere being close to the highway. Rooms are nice. Clean and comfortable. The bed may be hard for some folks. Actually. Considering going back to the Marriott for the beds.

Great impressive experience, with the hotel club services and decoration. The Blue Sky Restaurant is exceptional food and services. The wonderful food taste, presentation, and decorations. The hotel venues are super convenient for public transportation like BTS and MRT, as well as driving access to the main road of Vipawadee Ransit High Way and access to the expressway network to go around Bangkok.

The great reviews here are fully justified. Wonderful stay, this is a spacious hotel, located between Metro and BTS stations. Service was amazing, even though we arrived very early in the morning, we could check-in early into our room and even buy an additional breakfast for a reasonable price. There is a fabulous breakfast that's served from 6 to 11am. Something there for every taste. They have massages and different restaurants onsite. There is a very well maintained fitness room, a rooftop bar, and a small pool. Everything is in good shape. The adjacent mall that's accessible without leaving the building through the parking lot has everything that you might need in terms of shopping and convenience. The only slight downside is that while it's conveniently located near Don Mueang airport, getting to the historical Bangkok can be a little bit slow when there is heavy traffic.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff speak English very well. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Toilets and bathrooms are very clean. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room 😬 You have to survive on 3-in-1 coffee. Hotel is linked to a shopping centre!

First time dining at Blue Sky restaurant for birthday dinner. Service and food is excellent. Waiter Keng pays full attention to us and always checking with us on the quality of the food. Will definitely come back again!

Overall a good and solid experience. Pretty much everything was good. It's not a very new hotel, the design of the rooms and many of the common areas are a bit old fashioned. Some staff members were really easy to communicate with in English, but some didn't (at the check-in where you'd think it's more important, gym reception). It's a bit hard to find written information about the amenities (opening hours for restaurants, pool, etc.) The concierge services are very helpful, every time I needed something, they sent it to the room immediately. The shower is very big and the water pressure is great. The breakfast is very rich and varied, but the quality of the food itself is sometimes not the best. The bars and restaurants are expensive compared to the city. The connection to the Central Mall is the best way to get in and out, although not the easiest to navigate through. WiFi is exceptional.

The service was excellent. I had the pleasure of being welcomed and waited on by K.Pol, K.Mam and K.Toey. I ordered the grilled salmon which came a little bit overcooked but the components surrounding it was delicious. I was there to celebrate my anniversary so they kindly gave us a complimentary dessert which tasted amazing. The souffle cheesecake was the highlight of this meal.

Hotel was arranged by our client. Location wise a little bit far for multiple meetings. Takes a while to get to central bangkok as it’s further up north. It’s a functional hotel for sure and right next to a mall. Take note that the place and rooms are dated and needs a major over Haul soon. Other than that, nothing much going on here. Transportation will be a hassle by car during peak hours.

An excellent hotel with reasonable prices. The rooms are spacious and clean. Got a Nice desk to work. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is amazing with lot of tasty options. The restaurants got amazing food at reasonable prices. It got east access to the mall near by. Plenty of shopping options in the mall. A must stay place.

My stay at Centra in Bangkok was delightful. The breakfast was truly exceptional, and our room was spotlessly clean, equipped with fantastic amenities. Their assistance with weighing our luggage before our departure was an added convenience. All in all, it was a truly 5-star experience.

The event hall is big and nice. There are bulb from the chandelier that are not working. The food is delicious and presentable. The service is nice but the service attendant is not sensitive enough to watch their surroundings. But I love the design in every corner of the hotel.

Good place for seminar meeting, you can park you car at central ladprao on the second floor that have the bridge from the parking building to the hotel building. The buffet lunch is also good taste.

The spa at Centara Grand is amazing. I had a few treatments and they were beyond relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff are so attentive to detail.

A fantastic stay at this place. Great for the location. The hotel is a two minute walk to the Central Mall and from there another minute's walk that connects to the BTS station. All of this is connected internally. Breakfast spread was excellent and taste was very good too. A lot of vegetarian options as well. Special thanks to Chef Arun who was very helpful. He helped us with food requirements for our toddler. Rooms were basic and clean. The view off the 11th floor overlooking the expressway and the sky train had our toddler sitting near the window for hours.

Location is really strategic, next to the mall. Room looks really cozy and the staff are friendly too. The food from the room service was actually amazing, tasty and great portion too.

Had dim-sum at dynasty restaurant at the hotel. It was so great, both foods and services. P'A and n'Nan are really friendly and attentive. It is a hidden gem at the hotel -- must try!!

The breakfast buffet has a great variety of dishes and everything is rather tasteful. Also Indian food is available and when I asked Khun Arun, the Indian cook, whether it is possible to have Palak Paneer for the next morning, he was delighted to prepare it. Also at the coffee shop the staff is very friendly and Khun Arun specially. We had a great time.

Our sisters was on vacation. I must commend the concierge personnel (tall skinny guy) for making us feel so welcome. The room is comfortable and has a wonderful outlook. I appreciate the concept of a new covid-19 preventative measurement tool. The room is clean, and the internet connection is fast. The restroom was small and plain, and the trash can was difficult to use. I understand that you want an ice bucket, which costs $50 baht. That is absurd. When I refuse to pay, the lady offers me a disposable glass for $2baht!!! It took us forever to acquire the receipt after we checked out. It takes a lifetime of patience. The spa provides excellent service. The hotel's facilities are a bonus. The breakfast is fantastic. The personnel is kind, however it takes a long time to locate someone to serve you at the boiling egg section. I'm astonished at the bar counter near the beach that when you have cannabis cocktail ingredients, it's better to disclose it than to find it out later by asking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We tried the Hagi Japanese restaurant on the lower lobby floor, and the Dynasty Chinese restaurant on the mezzanine level, both served excellent food. The Club offers complimentary cocktails at 5:30 every day and the horderves are a delight. They also have complimentary hot chocolate at 8:30pm every day. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, thanks to the doorman with the pointed hat, he always remembered my name!

7th and 8th June 2022 we have ICoME meeting in this hotel (World Medical Association). The hotel and campus is excellent with nice ambience. Food served to us was tasty and delicious. Meeting venue has all the amenities.

Impeccable cleanliness and exceptiinally good breakfast. We are staying here with aged parents, a 12 y o child, and two adults (with laptops brought along for remote work) on the level 19 and we are all pleased. Being connected to a popular self-contained mall via parking garage, the location couldn't be better than this. Everything you need is right there at the mall! Money changer, laundromat are located next to the entrance into the mall just next to the parking garage. Wonderful house-keeping and bell boys staff. A room for improvement? Yes, to the management, not the staff. There is no USB charging ports here and electronic ports are outdated around 10 years back. My coffee mugs have the small round smooth ring-like handles and with such a design, there is no way that I could grab my hot coffee without burning my hand. Silverwares were removed from the stuff provided in the mini pantry. But all in all, great place to stay. Great staff. Awesome location.

It was fascinating, I did a late check-in at midnight, but the service was still excellent. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and they served a halal-certified menu. The room amenities were also excellent and complete with affordable price.
