My experience here is from staying 3 times. The first was the best experience. My wife and stayed in the main building, which was new and very nice, bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our check-in and check-out and breakfast service. The second time, we stayed in front building which is noticeably older and not maintained. Our room stank of perfume like cleaner and after open the doors and letting the smell go away, we were overwhelmed with another stench that smelled like a sewer. The walls were discolored, cracked and it looked like dark spots of mold were starting to form. But because we were staying there for an event at the college down the street, we put up with it. Now a year later and we were hoping our experience would improve this time. Although we arrived very early in the morning (5:30) the staff said no rooms were available for check-in until 14:00. But the let us wait in the reception area. They even gave us towels as blankets and bottles of water. Later we decided to venture out for some shopping and come back later for our rooms. We left our bags with the front desk and left. Upon returning, we checked in, although I reserved 2 rooms and they only gave me a key for 1. After reminding them of my second reservation they gave me our second key. And after telling the girl our bags were behind the counter, which she didn't seem to understand, we had to walk behind and show them where our bags had been placed. The baggage boy helped us up to our room and to our surprise it was the exact same room from last time, just as smelly and dirty as we remembered. And now the batteries in the AC remote were dead and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Overall, this place has potential to be very nice. They generally do a good job with check-in and breakfast. But with the price being what it is, I expect more in the way of cleanliness and having everything work. UPDATE: asked for an extra pillow, charged us 50 baht.

Unfriendly female desk staff ใ…กYou're going to see a really bad-looking woman at the desk with a naughty tone. One of them ruins the hotel. I came to Thailand for business. I visited several hotels, but this was the worst. It is the worst hotel in all countries I have been to.

They told me that itโ€™s possible to do the Test and Go program at their hotel and that I can arrange my own PCR test. But after they took my money, which was told to be refundable at first but it turns out not, I got information from the Thai consular reaponaible to manage the Thailand Pass application that I canโ€™t do the Test and Go program there.

Bring your ear plugs! The corridors are noisey, especially when there are people having a laugh at 4am in the morning outside their rooms. Breakfast was ok. Service was ok. Price was ok. Room was ok.

I stayed here 1 night for my sister graduation at DPU, the hotel itself is new with mixed modern and some Thais decoration. Its surrounded with convenience store, pub and restaurant, and cafes. And if you wish to come to play golf, its just 5 mins from North Park, overall its worth the money I pay for 1 night ;)

Very nice find, really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel, the staff was nice and friendly most important is that it was easy to go out and grab some food also it was a decent price, not too expensive for a modern hotel very clean too

The Hotel, staff was nice. Breadfast isn't bad at all, with many options from toast annd scrambled eggs to rice with a selection of Thai food.

Hipster concrete small rooms in lobby building and all other buildings big not decorated white box of a room. No outlets in bathroom, no mirrors outside bathroom. Loud music played late.

I am sorry to give such a low score for location. It is my fault for not knowing where I was going to stay. But otherwise this hotel being my first hotel in Thailand is very nice and clean and comfortable and quiet. My room is large with en suite and TV and air-conditioning. Breakfast is supplied for 100 baht each day. The beautiful girls on reception who smile and laugh are excellent.

It was very convenient for me as I was visiting Cheang Wattana / Lak Si and travelling to Don Mueang. Reservation was made through Agoda, and breakfast was included in the price. Hotel organise free shuttle service if you inform them in advance. Very professional staff members are the asset of this boutique hotel.
