My daughter and grandchildren stayed here and loved it. The kids really enjoyed the lovely pool and the room was nice and spacious. But most importantly, the room was well cleaned daily and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful!

The check in staff very helpful, when I informed that I had incident of swapp laptop backpack during embarking the airline at the DMK airport and guide me the needful until managed to get it back. This is the 5th checked in this hotel, all seem to be good except for the noisy airconditioning compressor located at the balcony.

Great location for us, close to a good shopping centre and good coffee. Rooms were 4 star with firm beds (but softer than a 3 star place we tried last time) and decent bedding. Hot water was the main problem as it comes and goes once you’re in the shower. Not too bad really. Enjoyable varied breakfast and excellent staff.

Great staff, great location, shuttle to BTS station is very useful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is slow + unstable, water pressure in the shower could be better and the temperature changes randomly. I've stayed here a few times for weeks at a time. Would recommend if you can get a discounted rate

Cockroaches in the gym and swimming pool area which isn’t cleaned regularly. Cockroach on the room staff have been alerted but despit claiming to clean every month they have a severe problem.

This is the hidden gem that I discovered in the last 2 days in Bangkok. So I want to stay near the airport but still have a nice place to visit. I chose this place and am totally happy about it. It has a really nice big room and the bed is just perfect! There is a big fridge, hair dryer, kitchen sink, proper sofa and balcony. You can have a smoking room and still get a perfectly clean room. When I visit Bangkok again, I ask my brother to stay in this hotel and he is very happy!! The receptionist speaks English well and you can have a free ride to Rathchayothin BTS station. I will visit this place again when I go to bangkok!

Perfect place if you wish to visit Chatuchak weekend market and leave BKK through Don Mueng. The hotel will save a lot of time as it is between these 2 places. Rooms are large, clean and perfect for 1 night stop.

daytime market opposite site is clean and cheap, restaurants nearby are expensive. bus stops nearby can take you directly to many locations of Big C. room service sometimes good sometimes bad, depending on housekeeper. pool not bad, but gym is too old and small. 7-11 can be found each direction, but has some distance.WiFi not stable, always disconnected.

Very nice hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Nice strong and hot shower. WiFi was a bit hit and miss in my room. The hotel offers a free electric tuk tuk ride to the nearest BTS station ( Ratchayothin).

Very good hotel, near by night market, within city, close to foodcourt market, easy to access, good hospitality, just need to space up Gymnastic room, and add more workout machines. 💪👍

Professional and friendly staff. They have been prompt on solving every problem with a smile. The tuk tuk service provided from the hotel to the sky train very useful to move around the city. Some details on the facilities a little update. However I will recommend staying in Northgate hotel.

Big room. Decently clean. Got sofa bed next to bed. 6 min walk to a small mixed n restaurant mall with big brand fnb n a supermarket, n bts. Near dmk airport n chatukjak. Big fridge. Bkfast decent enough. Bad. The shower hot n cold is unpredictable n unadjustable to ur desire. Abit old. Wifi weak n unstable. Only 1x3pins wall socket. Rest is 2 pins. Give 3.5 stars.

Nice but breakfasts were boring

Hotel in Bangkok, close to shops, transport etc. lovely well looked after spacious rooms, it had shampoo, hand wash and shower gel in bathroom, a fridge, kettle and teas and coffee. A drawer which could be locked and also a safe if required.

Friendly service, great variety to choose from at breakfast, spacious rooms, good quality linen, aircon in my room was silent, but effective. If you just need a place to sleep, this is more than sufficient. Like everywhere in Bangkok, English is not well understood.

Clean, nice welcome. Swimming pool and tennis court on top. Personnel don't speak English that much.. Breakfast : good quality but must be taken before 0930 since they close at 1000 and start to pack up sooner. Beware of cabs without meter. They will charge you 2 times the real fare...

I just spent only one night, it's clean, have large room and bathroom and staff very kindly.

Terrible hotel. Poor service. Bad rooms. On a main road so very noisy. Rubbish in the pool. Another hotel in Thailand that claims to be 4 star but really a 1 or 2 star
