The hotel is very small. There are very limited parking area. However you may park outside the hotel if you are there in the early morning. As a conference venue, I still think it is too small. There is no area for comforting / relaxing yourselves. The hotel tries to make areas for free sitting that is appreciated to me. For the toilets, I think the re are more enough for people. The food area is on 8th floor. There are lots of good menus there. Some people loved the tastes a lots, but they seem plain for me. However, no doubts, the ingredients to make food are very good.

A new hotel near Rama 7 Bridge. Just next door to EGAT. Clean and nice food, good for lunch or meeting seminar etc.

Everything is good except for the unstable Wi-Fi. Requires you to sign in every now and then. Hotel is very popular with mainland tourists

Breakfast is not traditional. Today was ala cart and it was slow and served cold. Nice hotel with a roof top pool.

Room was dirty. Staff was knocking at the door to check if we are still inside at 9 am. The shower floor was dangerously slippy when wet.

They can not handle booking online and request you to pay one's more. They do not trust you when you show booking and slip for payment. Not ok

I stay there for 5 days Worst hotel experience ×Most receptionist cannot speak english ×The Wifi dosent work. They said they are waiting for the repair which never came. ×The place smell like moist mold. It is also quite dirty and the apartment is very hot when you leave the room. ×They had to replace our refrigirator and the toilet wont flush properly. Not worth it. I asked for refund and they wont let me.

We've stayed in the suite a couple times because the room is huge for our family of 4. The food was excellent. We love the location that it's near the BTS, shopping mall, stores. Staff speak limited English but they were friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to spending the holidays in Bangkok at this hotel again.
