I stayed there for 3 nights. What I liked about this hotel was the location - it’s so perfect to commute around Bangkok as the MRT station is right in front the hotel. Plus, the shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores are in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was great. The room was also comfortable and the shower was perfect. Hot/cold shower was powerful that I could use it to massage my back. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Fantastic stay in an amazing hotel. The place was spotless with huge rooms, very comfortable beds, an special attention to details. The vouchers for complementary welcome drinks are a nice touch. The best thing however are the staff. Jessica and her colleague were very welcoming and friendly and even gave me advice on where to buy a helmet. ขอบคุณมาก and I'll be back!

I stayed for a week and my experience was very positive. The rooms are large and pleasant, you get a nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and the rooms are 12th to 16th floor of the building. The staff is alway pleasant and you get some free drinks as well… just very nice, I recommend, great price for quality and super convenient next to exit 1 of the Metro station next to it and 5 min walk from the Sky-Train station.

Good location, many restaurants, bars and malls around. Many Taxis go by right outside the hotel and it's just 2 min walk to the nearest MRT subway. Overall, the hotel is very nice, pool and fitness center are great, rooms are reasonably sized rooms. The complimentary drink is nice, sometimes it's non alcoholic drink and other times you get a voucher for an alcoholic drink, loved the Kamikaze cocktail! The area is nice and not crowded with tourists. I recommend this hotel.

I had a good stay. If you like staying in a much quite area like I am, then you'll probably like it here. Easy access to gym and pool, the ac in my room was doing its job well, and the breakfast was so good! It has a 7 eleven store outside and there's also a mall on the opposite side of the hotel. The train station is just 150 meters from the place, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.

Bad experience Our room got paint smell I guess I’ve just finished renovation. But the employees are not aware of toxic of formaldehyde released from the painting color. Girls it causes CANCER!!! They’re trying to make us stay in that room. Bless god we insisted to change the room. Second in my opinion the employees are not helpful. On the website showed two different price and we chose the higher price for breakfast but later they said our room was not included breakfast. So they couldn’t help with anything.

At the quarter ladprao you get subpar service and cleanliness… 25% what you would get at every other hotel in Bangkok. Can I get a water for my free drink at check in; NO. Can I get two razors for each guest; NO. Can I get moisturizer; NO. Can I get a receipt document for my company marking the nights stayed at check out; NO. Please stay elsewhere with better service cleanliness and location.

Near MRT Phahon Yothin exit 1 just around the corner. Got 7-11, drink stall. Opposite is Union mall. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Level 6 have restaurant to redeem welcome drinks, swimming pool and gym. Deluxe room got a small balcony and nice view of Union mall at level 14 room 1415. Nice service from staffs when check in and check out. Can store luggage after check out. Overall nice stay here.

Good experience and will recommend. Aircon is cold, shower is strong and hot, WiFi speed is decent. Has a large fridge and provide disposable slippers. Did not use the gym and pool during my stay but the gym looks big. Location of hotel is near 2 major malls so your food and shopping needs satisfied.

Great location, walking distance from underground and bullet sky train as well as Union Mall and Central Ladprao mall, and 7 eleven (including one right under the hotel). Nice neighbourhood to walk around, bars and restaurants with mainly locals and a nice vibe (live music in most during the weekend). Nice pool. Great service by all staff, especially bellboy and concierge.

NOT a 4 star hotel! Insane 1000baht per day deposit rule! I was pestered to pay for mini bar and restaurant items on a daily basis. Even though I was booked in for 12 nights, I was not allowed to charge to my room and pay a total amount at the end of my stay. It seems they don't trust paying guests. The pool is over-chlorinated and shared with gym goers swimming laps. Breakfast was stale and limited. Bedsheets with big holes, hard mattress, and tiny pillows. ZERO sound insulation, so you can hear everything through the walls. Will not stay here again!

If you are looking for a local hotel that is in the heart of the city of Bangkok, then this is the spot. Not only do you have walkable access to 2 very large malls, you are also within a stone throw's reach to enjoy the street food located near and around these malls. The room itself is modern and provides great comfort in the form of the bed and small dining area. If you are on a budget and want that bang for your buck, then this hotel should be at the top of your list.

I really wanted to give this hotel a higher score because it has a lot going for it. It's good value for money, the staff is really great, the facilities are nice and the breakfast is quite good. It's also conveniently located next to two big malls and a metro station. However, on our last night we had a very unpleasant and restless night due to the poor soundproofing in the room. There are signs in the corridor asking the guests to be quiet but clearly this is not enough. We had a large group of people arrive at 2:00 and they kept going in and out their rooms and being extremely loud for at least an hour. They woke my baby up a couple of times, which led to a sleepless night which ruined our plans for the following day. If you have kids or are a light sleeper, I would avoid.

Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Main problem with this hotel is noise. If you get a bad neighbor a few rooms away you'll hear everything. Earplugs fix everything. Location is convenient, close to MRT/BTS. Some decent restaurants around and two large shopping malls. Otherwise the area is a bit dull, mostly for young thai.

Cons: Live band playing till late at night, very noisy for rooms facing the mall. Pool is also very cold. Bed is a bit hard and towels are quite thin. Checking out later will charge 200baht per hour. Pros: It is just next to mrt station, 2 stops away from chatuchak and 7-11, cafe and a few services (spa, hairdresser, manicure etc) onsite. There is also a small outdoor play area for kids. Room is clean and fairly good size, fridge and freezer also pretty roomy. Service is good.

the best thing about this hotel is really the convenience, 30 seconds from the entrance of MRT (Phahon Yonthin Exit 1). There's also a night life scene 60 seconds walk away, and a mall right opposite (you have to get there through the MRT station underground). Getting to central bangkok requires some train changes from blue line to light green and dark green line which are BTS. Service is really good, no complaints, all proactive, dont have to ask them to carry luggage or check you in, theyll come to you. Cheap and good overall. But compared to phuket, for the same price in bangkok price u'll get almost half the size of the room, with a view of city buildings, not the seaside. Thats the trade off i guess to travel in a metropolitan area as opposed to an island getaway spot.

Modern and clean with great price. Rare find in Bangkok. I don't know why this is only 3 star hotel. I stayed in another hotel prior to this one which was supposed to be 5 star. This hotel easily trumps that one. Be careful the start ratings in BK they are misleading. This hotel also takes COVID seriously with all bases covered including the breakfast buffet. Well done team!! Wonderful stay will return.

Stay for test&go quarantine Operator is nice and helpful. She can cleary answer all questions. The room is super clean and tidy. The wall is too thin and guests next room are too noisy even late at night. Calling help from front desk but nothing changes : /

Well-maintained property, well managed. Attentive staff. Clean .. high standards of housekeeping. Comfortable well-equiped bedrooms. Large pool with sun terrace. Good value buffet breakfast with great variety. Restaurant for dinner is not recommended but there are many alternatives within walking distance.

Really good hotel to stay at. Spent a few days here with my family and we loved the service, and the food. The gym and the pool are also pretty nice. Right next to a metro line. Great value for money compare to staying in the busier & more expensive areas of Bangkok.

Near MRT station, shopping mall and 7 eleven. Not so close to BTS station though. Comfy room but horrendous soundproofing. I could hear the people talking and walking in the corridor, and the people next door talking and snoring in their room. Small bathroom and towels have holes or black spots on them.

Clean bed and bathroom. Near to metro station. Staff are helpful. For vegetarians there are very less food options in breakfast. Grab food delivery were quiet high for this place.

Lovely hot in very nice area. Not many western people but there is great transport service with MRT just round corner and BTS 4 minutes walk . The hotel is very nice clean the staff very friendly hardworking and very caring. There is an independent cafe downstairs with few more shops like dentist beauty salon and lovely sushi place that is so nice and the staff in the restaurant are super. The hotel got a nice pool and amazing gym and the breakfast is good and with crest variety of food and clean and fresh

We were there in Jan. 2023. The best location. Union mall just across the road and Central mall just a little walking distance further on. Train station also short walking distance. Concierge and staff fantastic. Small local restaurants close by walking distance. Room and lobby excellent. In the evening there is a mini night market right across the road in front of Union mall as well as 20-30 food carts and stalls in the sois next to the mall.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel has a great location, right next to the MRT, and it's just a short walk to Union Mall and Central Ladprao for food and shopping. Plus, it's not far from the JJ Market (weekend market) just one stop on the MRT. There are some small shops, coffee shops, near the reception, and friendly staff. There is 7 Elven right outside of the hotel as well. The best part was the powerful shower, but unfortunately, the room had a funny smell in the corner near the shower. It wasn't too bad, although I am very sensitive to smells. The hotel didn't have international TV channels. We were traveling with a young child, and there were no English cartoons for her to watch.

Pros - friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room, toiletries included, nice pool Cons - little things like the shower not being fitted so water comes out the handle as well as the head, holes in the sheets, hair on the end tables. Guests were also quite noisy throughout the night so I didn't sleep well.

The staff is not friendly at all. I had emailed the staff about the test and go policy. According to the government there is no more test & go policy starting from 1st May 2022. I asked about if there is any changes to my booking without mentioning i would like to cancel it. However, the staff replied to me and said that they didn’t receive any information from the government and they also said if I insist to cancel, i need to contact Agoda myself. The point is that I have never mentioned anything about “cancellation” The staff made me feel like I am not welcome to the hotel and it is really rude to reply to customer like this.

Nice place quiet and relaxing. Staffs were great and helpful. Room was good and clean. Walking distance to a mall. I love the satay stall at the corner beside the hotel. For only 10 Baht delicious juicy satay.

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 Nights in 03/2022. We had a warm welcome and the reception was very friendly. We had a nice stay, but it is not a real 4 Star Hotel. The best thing is to enormous pool and directly at the Hotel is a 7/11, where you can grab some stuff. THE ROOM We booked a deluxe room and it was big enough for us. The bed was okay, but only a little bit hard for us. Some of the furniture and especially the shower looks a little bite shabby. But for a highly frequented City Hotel it is okay. The Aircon and the refrigerator was loud and I did not sleep so well. Furthermore the door slamming of the other guests was very loud. The most annoying noice was a highly frequent tone, which we could not locate. The room maids started their work at 7:30 in the morning, unfortunately nearby our room, which was in the last corner of the floor. THE LOCATION The connection to the public transportation is very good (50m to MRT) and 350m to the BTS. Nearby there are 2 big shopping malls too. Unfortunately the food court in the Union ma was nearly closed and the other one in the Central Plaza Ladprao is not that good and mostly only written in Thai. Next time I would book a Hotel which is more in the City center. FACILITIES The pool (20x9m) was great and very clean. Wo swim there was perfect. The opening hours are from 8:00 till 21:30. There is a fitness center too, which you can use and it is really fully equipped. SERVICE: The reception was very nice and kind. I tried to get a drink at the Hotel restaurant which should closed at 22:30, but as I came at 21:50, they already told me, that it was closed.

Very nice located hotel. Right next to the metro station and not far away from skytrain. The rooms are standard and the breakfast is really good with lots of different selections. The hotel also has a pretty pool and it’s also not far away from union mall and central ladprao.

The hotel is amazing according to 3 star hotel. Staff are friendly. Location is close to BTS and MRT. The shopping malls (Union Mall and Central Plaza) are opposite the hotel. It has a wonderful swimming pool in the sixth floor. The only difficulty is Halal food in the restaurant so we have to have egg/omelet for breakfast. Also, there aren't any halal restaurants near by.

My first issue is that my check in time was 2pm but I had to wait one hour before I was able to check in. I want to be understanding of staff, but it's very frustrating because it sets my schedule back. After talking to front desk they made me wait in an hour line to get the room key which only took less than a minute to give to me. The room is smaller than what it appears on pictures online and the room is not very clean for the price I paid. Pool and gym was locked so it limited my experience as well. I do like that it is walking distance from Union Hall, and next to 7/11. Staff are nice, but I really didn't feel like it was necessary to wait as long as I did to check in.

Average stay at The Quarter of Ladprao Hotel. Good facilities and cleanliness, but disappointing as they didn't address the recurring issue with the faulty trash bins in the room. Other than that, the overall experience was satisfactory.

Cosy hotel. Convenient for travelling by MRT. It's close to shopping malls (union mall & central) and MRT station. Swimming pool is big and clean. Room is just okay. Internet speed was quite slow. Welcome drink was nice. And free coupon for drink redemption.

Great location next to the MRT, but far from the city centre. Some ok places to eat in the area, and 2 shopping malls. My room was a bit smelly, the bed was ok (on the hard side). Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was quite varied with many choices. For the money spent, there are options requiring less commuting.

The breakfast here alone is enough to entice you to stay at this location. The menu changes almost every day. The fitness room and swimming pool is crazy for its price. The room itself is clean but can be better in terms of the flooring which is uneven. The service is great, there is even an in-room massage service. The only downside is the entry to the hotel by private hire is always slow due to the massive traffic around this area. But it is close to the MTR which brings you to all attractions. Tldr: will stay again.

I liked the whole experience while I stayed here. Bedrooms are clean and spacious enough. I had a nice with on the 12th floor. What I really liked was the gym. It had almost everything I would have wanted less a deadlift platform. They even had a hex squat machine. Breakfast was good but few options for halal eaters. Overall it was nice.

Good Location, very friendly staff. Had the honor to stay in different rooms and can't complain... Definitely a nice place to stay. I love the location since it's a bit off site the main tourist areas but has its own art and cultural flair. Shopping Malls are in walking distance as well are all the needed facilities like 7eleven, massages etc. Always looking forward to come here again. The staff is always asking for feedback or if something can be improved. The only thing that might be improved is the light sources in the bathroom of the smaller rooms, it's a bit to dark in front of the mirror but thats no deal breaker. cleaning crew of floor 14 was also very very nice and helpful if you need additional pillows or some special wishes. Access to public transportation is also a big plus. Metro station is literally around the corner and BTS is in walking distance easy to access via sky bridges.

Nice rooms but the sound proofing wasn't good enough, nice facilities such as gym and dining area, location was good because it's near many stalls and good food can be found nearby, 7-11 and cafe at the lobby, and just opposite Union Mall. Very near to MRT station as well. MRT Phahon Yothin is just right at Union Mall.
