Good food. Great services. Staffs always take care of you. Highly recommend.

Excellent service !! Right off the bat , I was impressed. Those ladies are so gracious. My waitress was so patient and attentive. Despite numbers of dishes that I ordered, food was served quickly.My iced tea glass was never empty. As you can see in the photos, the menu is extensive. All of them sounded delicious. Beef steak was flavorful and tender. Octopus was juicy and tender as well. Sashimi was fresh and large pieces. Maki roll was rich and appetizing. And all the good things just keep coming. In the end, I kind of ignored the deserts cause I’m full to bursting. But my waitress convinced me to try their sorbet . And yep, I’m glad that I did. Delicious and refreshing. Well folks, I do not recommend you to order like I did but I’m delighted to recommend you this restaurant.

Good lunch, price a bit high

Food is good enough for the price point. My favourite is unagi-don. Sashimi quality is not as good. The best part is the servers! Thank you Khun Lamjuan, Srisuda, and Watanya for the caring service.

Delight in a delicious spread of Japanese classics and contemporary inventions at Hagi. With elegant wood and sliding paper doors, the restaurant resembles a traditional Japanese house and exudes zen-like peace.

The only stars this restaurant get are for its incredible staff. Spent nearly 10,000 baht on mother’s day dinner for 4 people. Had 7000 baht omakase sashimi. We were so incredibly disappointed by this dish because all the fish seem to be defrosted and didn’t taste fresh. It was their biggest and most expensive sashimi set. The uni in the set was fine, but the rest of the sashimi were not worth the price of 7000 at all. Everything else in the dinner tasted so so. Cannot believe we spent this much money on such mediocre food. I also got diarrhea after the dinner. Fuji or Zen (the chain restaurants) would have tasted better and more safe than this. The staffs were really nice, but the restaurant is not successful at all. Centara should consider switching location with the hotel bar. The restaurant would sell better and would be able to sell more fresh ingredients. But for me and my family, we will not come back ever again.

Price looks very reasonable for a Japanese buffet in a nice hotel. But food was really disappointing. The teppanyaki beef was so tough that after eating my mouth grew muscles. Chawamushi was bad and come slightly cold. Since it was a buffet, I ordered quite a bit of dishes. But after 40 minutes, not all the dishes were served. Anyway none of the dishes deserve any applause. The shrimp tempura…… 😱. I am not sure where they found shrimps that small??? The only dish they didn’t get wrong was the edamame. I really wonder how they can make Japanese food taste so bad.

The Food is good quality with high prices. The staff were not very active, have to wait very long time to take order. Not happy with their services.
