Booked Novotel because I was attending a concert at Thunder Dome. Absolutely fantastic location. There’s a linkway bridge that connects the hotel to the venue - although you might need to walk a longer way when concert ends. It also connects you to the Cosmo Bazaar which was amazing - I had fun shopping! Room was great, nothing to complain, had a great sleep. Would definitely come back again!

The hotel is about 25-30 minutes from DMK airport depending on the traffic. I took just grab there. It's quite convenient for me to use grabs. You may also opt to use other means of transportation but I chose less hassle way 😊. I stayed there for an event at Impact Exhibition Hall. The hotel is located just in front of the exhibition halls so it was really nice to stay there if you have an event in the area. Only a few food or restaurants in the area. Convenient stores like 7eleven are available 24/7 which is nice. If you don't have Grab apps, the hotel can help you find the taxi for you to go places. The front desk speaks English quite well if you can't speak Thai. The room was super nice and the lobby was convenient. I always love hotels that provide iron and iron board in the room and they have it here ✌️. Thanks for the nice hospitality.

The most enjoyable Novotel I have stayed in Thailand, I extended my stay and wish I didn’t have to leave. Came during the low season due to Covid, the hotel is quiet, and some facilities, such as the pool, are closed. I love the room. It’s modern and very tastefully designed. I also like the furniture and its arrangements —super comfy. There are lights, switches in the corners, and the closets where you need it, and everything just works. The linens are towels feel like they are brand new, and every part of the hotel is sparkling clean. I wouldn’t be surprised if the hotel is newly opened. On top of that, the staff are also amazing. Location is also nice, tucked in the quieter area, but there are eateries and 711 in the adjectives buildings. And there is a huge shopping malls and factory outlets just a 5 minutes walking from the hotel. I will definitely will come back. 11 out of 10.

Room - we got sweat room. Very big and very impressive. Room was very clean except some strains in Restroom. In the room also provided coffee, tea and water. Service - impressive. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Staff called before a day of check in and reserved a car park. Facility- fitness and swimming pool locate in different building and didnt open 24/7. Breakfast - soso. Not good and not bad. Location- good for concert and exhibition.

I was booked here by the event organisers as I was a speaker at a huge conference happening at Impact. It was convenient to stay here cos of the proximity to the event. Rooms are just right but as it’s new it looked good. However I had a lousy experience as the night bed light didn’t go off and hence couldn’t sleep. The help came late and hence sleep was disturbed. Breakfast buffet spread was ok with few Indian vegetarian choices. Depending on your work you can decide where to stay

Recommended. Good hotel with friendly and fast service. The housekeeping is extraordinary, very fast when there are guest requests. The place is also strategic. near impact arena and bazzar mall. Also several fast food restaurants and mini markets.

Best hotel for night concert or event at Impact. Good room and amenities. Reasonable price. A little bit under-staff.

The room was enormous and clean and Staff are excellent. I wish I remembered more people's names to mention, but suffice to say everyone from the front door, the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast buffet staff, and room service were all excellent. It was genuinely hard to leave. Stay a few nights and treat the staff with the same respect they give guests.

Great place if you needed to attend a concert or exhibition. The room is comfortable enough, breakfast is average with enough choices to choose from. The only downside is that I wish the staff had treated us all more equally, regardless of whether we were k-pop fans or not because we all paid to stay. We encountered a negative attitude from one of the employees, but when we approached another employee, she was extremely helpful and considerate, which improved our overall experience with the hotel.

As diamond member both of my rooms were upgraded to suites with welcome dessert plate in the room. I can say that they exceeded my expectations! The suite rooms were just perfect and bath tub was working well. Our rooms were located at the opposite sides of a long corridor though, maybe it would have been better with a connecting room plus suite room. But we were so satisifed with the suite rooms so I don't want to complain about that. We had no issues during the stay, I will definitely stay again if I need to stay in the area!

Very convenient location to stay if u have to visit the Impact Arena area. Food and breakfast is good. Premiun Lounge have nice cocktails, drinks and snacks. The hotel bedroom is nice but a little bit small for 2 people with luggage.

Excellent Hospitality It’s a good location if you want to find a peaceful vibes away from the city. with 7-11 and shopping mall 5 mins away. The spa is one of the highlights with the skillful therapist would make your day. It was very relaxing and worked out all the trouble areas for built up stress in my body. All of the hotel staff is so friendly and so helpful, make you feel at home.

If you're going to an event at Impact or the Thunderdome, this is the perfect place to stay. The staff was polite and prompt, the rooms clean and well kept & the bar serves great drinks. Just don't expect to check in early - this hotel is often busy (especially around events)!

ok if you are visiting for 1 night to watch a show bit anything longer than that it's a bit boring. Rooms pretty average for a Novotel, service is hit & miss. Better than the Ibis I suppose but not much better. Trying to relax at the pool but there is an annoying couple live streaming on You tube

In here for taeyeon's concert and this hotel is walkable to the venue concert. It connects with all the impacts building. The room is clean and for muslim, don't have to worry because the toilet come with hand bidet.

Pros: - fast internet - fast cooling ac - nice room layout and features. I love the speaker in the bathroom and the unique master button to on and off the lights - great location to hall 10 and connected to hall 1 building Cons: - I stayed at room x01 which is next to thunderdome. The sound from that place was very annoying especially when they did a sound test in the freaking 8 am😭😭 - Limited parking space but you can find somewhere else to park - please hire more people at concierge

The hotel was pretty quiet during weekday. Staff were friendly and helpfull. I got a room upgraded to the suite. The room was spacious. Well done.

We came to the Charlie Puth convert and stayed overnight The location was about a 5-minute walk to impact arena, very convenient. The staff was friendly and knew details about the concert which really helped The view from the room is incredible (we were on the 10th floor) . It stated that the valet is available.But when we got to the hotel at 7.45, the valet was not available. But the parking at the back was convenient to get to.

I came to the hotel for last minute room. fully booked, so totally understand that. Staff at the bar however chased me out 3 times while I was sitting at their lobby cus I didnt buy a drink searching a nearby hotel. Rude and not even a star worthy.

Location was fantastic as it was a comfortable walking distance from the Thunder Dome where I was attending an event at. The room was quite spacious for a solo traveler like myself. However, a few things were just not up to my expectation. The room door was rather heavy and slammed quite loudly. The fitness centre was separate from the main hotel building and was a little difficult to locate; moreover, their opening hours was different compared to the timeslot available in the online brochure. Finally, the room toilet felt a little unkept considering the huge crack in the door and the haphazard 'wiping lines' that were revealed under steam.

Excellent place to stay for the purpose of Gem n jewellery exhibition specially. Hotel is connected directly to the exhibition centre. Just walk out from room n follow the way to exhibition area. Very good breakfast ! Very comfortable n clean room with well trained staff. Worth to stay ! Food places nearby hotel closes early in evening so be prepared to eat food early or takeaway food before 6 pm or eat in hotel in dinner time. I always prefer to stay here whenever in Bangkok.

Stayed here while training in Muay Thai in Thailand. I must say I really loved it here all the staff were very kind and helpful. They even would take the time to hang my wet gear up when I would forget. Thank you. Truly a wonderful experience.

Stayed here two years ago and return here for a meeting. Good place to stay for events or conferences at IMPACT ARENA. It has a direct footbridge connecting to main exhibition halls. Love the big spherical lightings at the lobby :p

Excellent location for visiting the exhibitions. Over 4000 baht for a small room. Breakfast 500 baht. No comment.

I am staying at the hotel, this morning the room was not made, I called in the afternoon to tell them that they had forgotten, and now that I just got back from dinner, they had not picked it up either

Booked this hotel based on old reviews, they probably used to be good but this is not the case anymore. They are old rooms and not being well maintained that is more inferior than any 3 stars hotel. The air-condition for the building broke down, when we came back it was warm and pitched dark, there was only potable light leading to escalator, for a moment I thought I was in a haunted mansion. Went back to my room, air-conditioning for my room was not functioning as well and the room was humid and warm, temperature was 30 degree or more. No effort from concierge to inform us about this issue and I had to call the reception for at least 3 times within a few hours to follow up on the issue as we couldn’t sleep at all. It was frustrating. It took almost 3 hours for them to arrange us to another level with functioning air conditioning. Had to pack our bags at 3am to move room and the staff that came to lead us to our room came without the trolley and we had to hand carry our bags as we were there staying for 2 nights. Don’t expect any staff greeting in this hotel which supposed to be 4 stars; all staffs are extremely unfriendly, not just towards me but towards other guests as well. They have no initiative for recovery action or gesture even when I checked out, there wasn’t a single apology for all the inconvenience caused. They took down my email but nothing came in. For this price, you can probably get a much better hotel with proper basic facilities and services elsewhere in bangkok. If you need to be in Impact by any chance, give Ibis few steps down the road a try instead as Novotel hotel is disaster. Gave Novotel my first try but it will also be my last.

Very warm welcome at the reception with some gifts for the events, very impressive.Easy to access to Concert and event at Impact. Free car park also. Love the room and service. (No club lounge but Platinum members got drink voucher with limited time only from 5.30-6.30 pm.)

Loved it here, comfterable suite. Kids enjoyed, internet access good and the room service was awesome.

Rooms are quite small but clean. Light in my wardrobe didn't switch of the whole night. AC is difficult to set, no matter what temperature you set it is too cold. Nobody informed me that you have to switch on the "make up my room" button if you want your room cleant, so my room wasn't cleaned in two days before I found out myself. Only 4 hangers in a twin room in a business hotel is far too little (same in my colleauge's room). Iron had some problem and burnt my ironing sheet. Food in the bar however was great, service too, but bar closes relatevly early. Breakfast was good too.

If you're needing to be near the airport or Impact Arena then it's great. Rooms are fine. Hotel connects to Cosmo Mall and Impact Exhibition Center by elevated walkways. Oddly the sauna, gym, pool are not exactly connected to the building.

Great staff from lobby to restaurant. Very helpful and arranging. Especially Pla at the reception. Great work as well from the concierge with the taxi bookings. Room service was also great and fast. Very nice gym and swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and rooms also Antoine

Staff have no empathy and not helpful at all even though the event is suddenly canceled by the organizer. Also, not trying to understand and offer any alternatives. Very strict & not negotiable. Not recommended. Used to think that this one is the best one among that area but need to reconsider a lot more.

Stayed during concerts, the staff is so welcoming, we had a special room card insert in conjuction to the artist who had concert in the area. The breakfast got halal section too. Everything was perfect!

best service ever since we stayed here for a concert, the staff were extra friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay! thank you novotel impact! i’ll be back :)
