Booked
this
hotel
based
on
old
reviews,
they
probably
used
to
be
good
but
this
is
not
the
case
anymore.
They
are
old
rooms
and
not
being
well
maintained
that
is
more
inferior
than
any
3
stars
hotel.
The
air-condition
for
the
building
broke
down,
when
we
came
back
it
was
warm
and
pitched
dark,
there
was
only
potable
light
leading
to
escalator,
for
a
moment
I
thought
I
was
in
a
haunted
mansion.
Went
back
to
my
room,
air-conditioning
for
my
room
was
not
functioning
as
well
and
the
room
was
humid
and
warm,
temperature
was
30
degree
or
more.
No
effort
from
concierge
to
inform
us
about
this
issue
and
I
had
to
call
the
reception
for
at
least
3
times
within
a
few
hours
to
follow
up
on
the
issue
as
we
couldn’t
sleep
at
all.
It
was
frustrating.
It
took
almost
3
hours
for
them
to
arrange
us
to
another
level
with
functioning
air
conditioning.
Had
to
pack
our
bags
at
3am
to
move
room
and
the
staff
that
came
to
lead
us
to
our
room
came
without
the
trolley
and
we
had
to
hand
carry
our
bags
as
we
were
there
staying
for
2
nights.
Don’t
expect
any
staff
greeting
in
this
hotel
which
supposed
to
be
4
stars;
all
staffs
are
extremely
unfriendly,
not
just
towards
me
but
towards
other
guests
as
well.
They
have
no
initiative
for
recovery
action
or
gesture
even
when
I
checked
out,
there
wasn’t
a
single
apology
for
all
the
inconvenience
caused.
They
took
down
my
email
but
nothing
came
in.
For
this
price,
you
can
probably
get
a
much
better
hotel
with
proper
basic
facilities
and
services
elsewhere
in
bangkok.
If
you
need
to
be
in
Impact
by
any
chance,
give
Ibis
few
steps
down
the
road
a
try
instead
as
Novotel
hotel
is
disaster.
Gave
Novotel
my
first
try
but
it
will
also
be
my
last.
