Used to be one of my go to Spanish place, but after 2 years of not coming here, I felt the place had changed. The place is on 54th floor of Centara Grand hotel, giving it stunning view of Bangkok. However, the service is mediocore, as the waiter/waitress always ask which table order the plate they are carrying from other staffs. The food tasted ok, while some of the dishes tasted blander than I remember. Overall, the place had changed over the years and I felt like the quality for both service and food had dropped. Still, the view is great and would be a nice place to drink and enjoy little tapas, but don’t expect superb service or flavourful food.

Great place for celebrating special ocassion. Nice spanish restaurant with various stunning menus. Unforgettabledish must be paella. The staff are so nice. Also it’s the best place to see the sunset with affordable prices

My first visit to Uno mas was 5 years ago and that year I repeatedly went back but because there were so many new restaurants popping up these days, I haven’t been back for so long. I must say I still love it and would go back for the Basque sausage and Unomas paella 🥘 The interior needs to be redone asap! As everything is getting old and the chairs are super uncomfortable. The price is definitely on the expensive side but I must say they make the best paella. Still highly recommended!

Was there with family for Mom' birthday on 26th June actually. The service was impeccable despite the crowd. The staff were friendly and they had service mind. Once they knew it was meant to be a birthday dinner (we didn't book the table) they offered a cake and came to our table for a birthday song! My mom was very happy. The foods were tasty though honestly speaking I am far from being a Spanish food expert. We did enjoy the ambiance and new experience tasing Spanish foods. It was worth it!

We had a relaxed lunch here on a Sunday, surprisingly quiet. Bright interiors, nice view from the 54th floor. Excellent service from the head waiter. We enjoyed the food, especially the wagyu beef (surprisingly lean), gambass pil pil, baby chicken, and snow fish pil pil. Prices slightly on the high side for Bangkok. Overall it was very satisfying.

Nice rooftop view, especially during the night. Food is quite expensive that come with my high expectation. Overall, it is fine but not best. The staffs are nice.

After almost a month in Thailand, and surviving on Thai cuisine, this restaurant made us savor a dish from Spain: cod cococha, grilled octopus with pumpkin and paprika puree, chipirones and Iberian socket. All cooked to perfection and with a impeccable service.And what about the view on the 54th floor😵also the very well-kept place.Prices above average but completely legitimate for the quality and location👍

First time in this restaurant. The restaurant in centara grand on 54 floors. The food are tasty. We have ordered four dishes and two desserts. Price is a bit high but still acceptable, if compare with quality, view from restaurant , atmosphere and service. Good to visit if you are in the city. We will come again.

Super cool dinner with a marvelous view. Only rather negative point was that the Chef was only at o e table for a personal welcome and dining suggestions. As there were not many tables occupied, I would have expected at least that he greets all tables. Like this scratches on the Michelin Star, because not only the food but also the soft product counts.

Incredible Skyview restaurant, bar with DJ and most importantly, the view! Wow. Make certain to go to very top for the dj. Dinner was great, I had a Ceasars salad and the portion size was quite generous.

My experience here was AMAZING !! I was here with a few friends. My baby was quite uncomfortable, the waiters noticed and offered to pacify him throughout our stay. I had Costilla beef with mashed potatoes and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Wow! What an incredible experience and atmosphere. There is live music (jazz, stand-up bass while we were there). Tum was a a great server - attentive, subtle, and the best bartender you could ask for. Will recommend for all my friends and will be back!

I was there for a private function. It has a good view but not really panoramic. Food is so so, not special. Maybe more like a place to hang out .

Wonderful Spanish food. The Gambas is delicious and the pork sausage paella is also very good.

A delicious dinner and super friendly staff. Especially that nice lady from Tibet... delicious verdejo made it a beautiful whole. Desserts were really delicious!

Excellent restaurant with a fantastic open air view of the city. The main dining room offers a relaxed upscale atmosphere with subtle touches to add a little bit of modern Madrid to your dinner. Service is exemplary and adds a wonderful touch to the many delicious food and wine options that await. Conveniently located near BTS in the Centara Grand it's definitely worth adding to your Bangkok dining list.

Excellent service, perfect view, Drink is so gorgeous. Bartender is very kind and expert. Spanish food is so tasty like I ate in Madrid.

My favorite tapas place, great tasting food, fabulous sangria & a stunning view. At times the restaurant can get so busy that you may find service a bit slow and less attentive. When I went during the week, service is good.

Really nice view indeed, ok-ish service and good taste food. Spanish style food but we dont like paella that much. The best would be gambus’oil and the bread

Overall food is tasty and ingredients are freshly made. However, it is a little overpriced for what it is. Staff is nice and friendly and service is not slow.

Delicious Spanish food in the middle of Bangkok. We enjoyed the tapas selection which had something for everyone including plump yummy grilled octopus and lovely huge pardon peppers! We also enjoyed the most succulent blackened Iberico pork steak as well as double portions of a meltingly good waygu steak (note the first portion was divine, the second portion was overcooked). The only miss was the paella which is one of my favourite dishes - this version missed the mark being too soggy yet hard rice and unfamiliar flavour. Overall a lovely place for a group of friends to catch up over good food & wine, good service and an inviting buzzy vibe. Price is as expected for a city rooftop hotel - not cheap but we knew that coming in.

The restaurant was nice. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. Paellas are great. The steak was not as good as Paellas, though.

"the 54th floor view" is its best strong point. we are not impressed by the food we ordered. It is quite disappointing, compared to other restaurants, it could have been fresher. All in all, Uno Más is for those who may look for a romantic escape from the busy atmosphere of Bangkok. We ordered Uno Más Paella (1450 THB/S) , Bravas (190 THB), Ajo Blanco soup (350 THB), Crystal Bread (150THB) (Bread with tomatoes), Trio Manchego (550 THB), Joselito Ham (990 THB), Gambas Pil Pil (690 THB), Crema Catalan (320 THB).

Amazing view and decent food. Really enjoyed the evening ( even without the alcohol). Only challenge is that it's not really a place if you can't eat meat but otherwise would recommend to all 😀

Great Spanish restaurant! Tuna tartare and spinach salad are refreshing and they go well together, but the paella’s chicken was kinda dry.

Food: beautifully presented but average tasting. Environment: excellent views. Service: utterly indifferent -- took a long time for anything and did not communicate well. This brought down the rating a lot.

Taste 7/10 Atmosphere 9/10 Location 10/10 Staffs 10/10 Price 7/10 Overall is pretty decent. Food was savory and freshly made. Staffs were really friendly, attentive, and helpful. All the dishes were delicious but considering at this price point, things can be a bit better. The paella was mediocre despite its whopping price tag at 1,5xx THB. Wagyu ribeye was also lacking a little as you can tell they used second grade (prolly Australian wagyu.) Tip#1: avoid going too early as the restaurant is facing west and the sun still blasting bangkok heat directly at you. Tip#2: You can get decent discount on Eatigo.

The food quality is not up to the restaurant price, neither the service. I visited 2 other times this restaurant and it was much better. But this last time there were some things not at the level of a restaurant of this price range. We ordered the bravas, shrimps and lamb and they were good. However, the ham was very salty and not well cut for a Spanish ham with a price of 800 THB per 50 gram. Also, the rib eye was very dry and not well cooked for a steak of 1500 THB per 250 gram. Additionally, the service was not ideal, having to wait for been asked for the food, for the bill, the drinks...

Beautiful rooftop view, exemplary Spanish dining and very good service. Moving up on my list of must stops in Bangkok.
