Something is definitely wrong with this place. A couple of days ago, we made a reservation for a table for 4. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, so we were standing at the entrance feeling stupid and not knowing what to do. Finally someone came up and asked about the reservation. The waitress wanted us to sit on the low table with a sofa and chairs, which was not what we signed up for (I asked for a table when I was doing my reservation). We were not happy because we clearly booked a normal table to eat and we couldn't understand how they want us to have a meal there. We asked for a manager but he was incapable to offer us any alternative. He made us sit at the low sofa and gave us a menu to order drinks (???). He said that we have to wait 30 minutes for a table lol. After another 10 minutes the waitress came and asked if we were ready to order (???). We decided to leave. It was supposed to be our last special night before leaving to Europe but it turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. The service is very poor and not up to the standards of such a place.

My first time visiting this bar and certainly not my last. Set right beside the W District, this is a really upmarket bar without the pretentiousness of other well-known Sky bars in Bangkok. Boasting a great view and a skywalk (looking straight down to the ground), it's now firmly one of my favorites. It got a bit breezy but we were quickly accommodated inside. Very friendly staff and great drinks selection. 🍹I'll definitely be back.

Service at Cielo is exemplary. We visited the sky bar to celebrate my birthday and were casually asked by the server if we were celebrating a special occasion. I mentioned that it was my birthday and didn't think much of it. A few minutes later the staff came out with a small cake and a candle. The live band also sang happy birthday on the mic. I was surprised and touched to say the least. They definitely earned another visit from me. The view of the city is spectacular. If I could leave one piece of feedback it would be about the food. While it was good there wasn't anything to write home about. I'd still recommend a visit based on the service and view alone. My gratitude to the staff for a lovely evening.

Tiny portions, carefully prepared, and very Western style. Maybe not aloy if you like spicy Thai food (didn't try their Thai food options). Go for the view, experience, photo opportunities, multiple tiny courses excellently prepared, carefully served. Tell them if it's a birthday. Total bill for 2 including set menus and 2 glasses of wine, and three soft drinks ~4.5k.

The cuisine is tasty, beautifully presented, and fairly priced. There's a fantastic rooftop view, too. For my part, I enjoy a wide range of cocktails. For those looking for a peaceful area to converse, this is the ideal location.

If you are looking for a very nice rooftop for your special occasion with your special person. Here is on 46th floor on Sky walk residence, W district . I recommend this place, not so crowned you can enjoyed panorama view. I enjoyed so much for a good wind with a starry night. Come by the sunset time you will get the romantic moments and see the Chaophaya river view as well. This place there are many zones can be arranged for the birthday party, events or any celebrations. I came there on Thursday not so many people, mostly a couple here. Just sipping wine with the view, I’m sure you will like here. This place close every Monday. Cielo is a beautiful place - we've visited several times in the past. At this stage the whole setup is showing wear and tear though - perhaps after Covid - they are searching for several staff members, including kitchen staff. We visited on the 4th of September 2022 - the servers were kind but the food were very uninspired, especially for the price. The steak served at 1.900THB ended up making me sick for the day. We won't be returning to eat, but still recommend Cielo as a nice place to enjoy a few drinks

Extremely overpriced place with very slow service. Went there for NYE countdown event. For 6900THB/person we got a table and some buffet food which was OK. Any drinks costed extra. Also in the info email they had mentioned a possibility to order extra snacks during the night but there was no menu available for it. In the beginning we had at least the drink menus available but when we ordered they even took away these menus and we had to wait 30(!) minutes to get our 2 drinks. For a total of 7350THB per person we would have expected at least some service speed. Instead we got a very underwhelming new year's eve experience.

First time at this sky bar and restaurant, not crowded, nice setting with different views of Bangkok. We booked at 5.30 for 13 people with seats reserved at outside seating..All of us has a relax and comfortable dinner, Thanks to the staff of the Cielo Sky bar..keep up the great job.

Nice view, good cocktails and good food. Beer is buy 1 get 1 during the happy hours from 18:00 to 20:00. Price is rather high as in any of the rooftop bars but you get quality for it.

The roof-top bar with the surprisingly good dishes and amazing service. It was raining when I was there but there is an indoor area for dining. The staffs were quite caring. Before 7:30pm, you can order the dishes and alcohol drinks with the special prices. There are varieties of food there. The taste was pretty good, especially the seafood that was very fresh. However, I wish the staffs could be more protective by wearing masks.

Beautiful view, nice stuff, overpriced mediocre at best food. Amazing View, and the staff were very nice… But beyond that I really have nothing good to say about this place. The uninspired menu looks like it was borrowed from a sports bar. For the appetizers: Fried mushrooms fried calamari fried chicken wings, nachos. We had the calamari, and it was extremely sickly battered, which overpowered the calamari itself. We also had the Caesar salad, and for some reason a raw egg is added, which wasn’t good in taste, nor texture. Trying to salvage the meal, I ordered the Wagu steak. One each for myself and my date. She requested medium, I requested medium+ They both came back medium well… And the quality of meat was nowhere near what wagu should be. Tough, Way too much fat, dry, and the carrot purée that was added to the dish, really did not go well with the meat. I was there Saturday night March 5, and more than half the tables were empty. The impression I got was this restaurant thinks it can get by and it’s view alone, but It won’t. With all the great food options in Bangkok I can’t believe this place will last much longer. The food and menu I would , out of five stars I would give less than one. The only reason the overall score was 2/5 was because the staff were very nice, and as we were almost climbing into the elevator, Amy, (who is either a hostess or a manager) asked us how our meal was… And I gave her the truth. She was very receptive to our criticism, and seemed sincere in her desire to improve things here. I hope the owner and management listens to her. This restaurant needs to scrap everything, and completely start over… Or it will not survive. Way over priced, terrible food, executed very poorly, and was three times the price it should be. We had a nice bottle of wine, and I was on the first date, so I just rolled with it… And me and my young lady had a good time even though dinner was a complete bust Go for the view, have a drink, but go eat somewhere else

We booked a table for 4 people. When we arrived, they ask us to go on the floor 46 then explained us that they do not have table anymore. They confirmed the booking but ask us to wait 30mn. We leave after 40mn. Nobody take care. Run far from that place, lot of others rooftop have a better view and are way more professional.

(February 17, 2019) One of the girl servers there was a bit rude. I didn't ask for her name but she have light blond hair color. She had an attitude written on her face when I asked her if I can get a table while waiting for my two other friends to arrive later (it rained for few minutes that evening) Yes, I wore casual clothes that day but it doesn't give her permission to be biased with certain customers, I still spend good amount of money for food and drinks. But fortunately, she was the only rude employee there. We had another girl server later on that night, she was very friendly. - The price here is understandable, cost about the same as going to typical bars in the States. Except here you get to see magnificent 360° view of the city, worth it. - I personally think the view here is about as beautiful as Red Sky bar (next to Central World) - There's live music band during night time. We had Thai lady singer that night and she was fantastic at singing 90's music. - The food here taste pretty average, same goes for the drinks. But it's fine since I came here for the marvelous view. Overall, my first experience went well except for that horrendous attitude from that girl server. But I would come back again.

very good customer service, soup was iffy not worth the price. we got lobster soup no lobster in it very bland. truffle soup didn’t taste like truffle and expensive.

I don't mind being charged AUD60 for 3 standard drinks, just the poker faces (female) of service that was hard to swallow. The head chef (Maybe) tried hard to be friendly, but training to rest of the staffs maybe more important. This is maybe one my less favourite rooftop bar in Bangkok. View is high but no comparison to other amazing rooftop bar. The only good thing was they are not packed like the other bar, with a reason. Obviously kids friendly as there were many running around.

Amazing sky bar. I was comparing lot of similar places but this was the best located and value for money. This is an expensive place but the other sky bars are more pricey!! Outstanding view and superb food. If you have birthday, they even give you dedicated birthday cake. You need to tell them what to write on your cake when you booking your table via email. Check my photos. ONLY negative: the waitresses are not smiling. When you’re in a restaurant like this especially in Thailand(the country of smiles) you expect the waitresses to be warm-hearted and smiling!!

Great service with friendly price! The food is great compare to a very reasonable price There's live music starting around 8:30 pm. Strongly recommended if you’re looking for a great and cozy spot to relax.

The meal and cocktails were excellent, the view was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful evening. Good atmosphere on the 46th floor with a 360° view. I will surely return. I strongly suggest this restaurant.

Like most sky bars you pay for the view not the food. The view is fantastic. The food is OK but nothing special. I made the mistake of ordering two fried dishes: the softshell crab appetizer and fried fish main course. After eating I felt that I had eaten a meal very heavy with grease. Go for the view and avoid the fried food.

It's an amazing bar. It was renovated recently, I've heard. Anyone who enjoys taking pictures has to visit this place. You'll certainly get wonderful pictures. You have to try Cosmic Cielo, their specialty cocktail.

This location is cozy and quiet. The price of the menu is reasonable. The skywalk is extremely interesting since it has a transparent floor that you can look down from, providing nighttime views over Bangkok.

The place is really good for special occasion, romantic dining or tourists to enjoy good western food (even though they serve Asian as well), chilled out ambience & stunning Bangkok view. I prefer western food like scallop, steak, mushroom soup or chocolate food. Dress proper if you visit this place & booking is required for the aisle seats or the air con inside.

I went to Cielo Sky Bar with my family to celebrate my birthday. The staff's outstanding service took precedence over the meals and beverages. They gave us a birthday cake as a surprise gift. I sincerely appreciate the entire crew for making this experience possible.

I appreciate this bar; the cocktail specials are cleverly designed. Private parties can be held in the banquet area. The cuisine is wonderful and the drinks have a good flavor.

Not sure why this property is designated as a hotel but it's definitely a rooftop restaurant/bar. Food is mediocre, service even worse. The only consolation is the view and ambience. Come year end for a nice breeze.

Ordered the Marrow which stated that it had grilled shrimp.. and came out with no grilled shrimp. When ordering we asked for the chicken and ribs for our main dishes and were told they were out of both of these. Despite this, view and live music was nice.

I'm so disappointed that I paid that much for such a mediocre meal. I ordered the lobster and it was so dry and chewy, almost if it had been made ahead of time and then warmed up. My guest ordered the squid ink noodles and it wasn't bad but definitely nothing to write home about. The drinks were pretty good and the ambience was nice, but the service was extremely slow. It started off well, but by the time we got our food, we had trouble finding anyone to help us. I was also surprised that no one ever asked how our meal was or even bothered to notice that my plate was unfinished. I mean for those prices I'd expect to be satisfied. The place has potential and everyone is friendly, but the food needs to match.

I think its a great place to spend the evening. It has great atmosphefe and very kind staff. The food is good but I felt that the dishes are little bit small.

The view is magnificent, food is excellent and prices are ok. Not low as you would like them to be… But quality is very good - so worth it.

Incredible views, really good cocktails and the live music was great. It was a really nice atmosphere. We spent nearly 1200TB on 4 drinks so a little bit on the pricier side but worth a visit!

Amazing view of the city! The staff are very professional and the cocktails are great. However, it's very expensive and the food isn't that great. Of course you pay for the view, but the food is certainly lacking. I gotta say the caesar salad was one of the worst I've ever had. The ribs were definitely the best thing we ordered but portions were tiny. This place is good for a drink and a view, but that's about it.

Food portions are very small and does not justify the prices they set. Service is very slow and waiters do not seem to care much about the customer. Chefs seem to be wasting their time on decorations rather than quality of food. Worst experience ever, probably not coming back here. Wasted time and money.

Lovely romantic spot with great views. Staff were very nice and food was good. Halal options too. Reason for the 4 stars is because some of the options from menu was out of stock which was a shame. Do call before to check if they have bone marrow.

it's going to be your nightmare, if you choose this restaurant in a special day due to poor organize, we had to wait for more than 30 mins per serve even the menus already set by the restaurant. If you think you will get a good food after so long of waiting, sorry, the foods are terrible. Everything they served were tasteless and cold.

This time of the year was not meant to be hot, but it was really hot even after sunset, without the wind. No fans to cool the areas and we were perspiring and not enjoying ourselves as it was hot and humid. The waitress and waiter were helpful and prompt to request but the environment was the one affecting the mood. Reasonable food if one is not too choosy.

How are people giving it a 4-5 star review. Terrible, unimaginative cocktails, uninspiring menu, poor service, average views! To think its in top ten roof top bars in BK is a joke. What a mistake for a great planned evening!

I didn’t like the place and the experience. It’s a strange building, the elevator is super old and scary. It’s a normal rooftop with a very ugly stained floor, some tables and chairs, and a place with fairy lights, nothing special. I feel like they put so little effort into making it into a comfortable and beautiful place. Also, there’s a “glass fence” with very dirty glass that spoils the view when you’re sitting down. We had two drinks and the bill was around 800 thb, I found it overpriced. For this price I would rather go to Tichuca.

Nice view from the terrace, service was ok, if not a bit inefficient. They brought the main dishes before having finished the starter, and didn't bring an appropriate knife for the main course. Food was ok, but very average and didn't reflect the price. I wouldn't recommend. There's better options nearby.
