Great location? Great service! Great breakfast buffet. The one thing I had issues with was that the concierge didn't pay the 160 baht laundry invoice when I had some clothes being dropped off, whilst I was out being a tourist. When I came back to get my laundry, they told me that because I wasn't at the hotel, they couldn't accept it. I asked them why they didn't just pay for the laundry, and then I would have reimbursed when I came back to the hotel. Everything else was really great!

We love this place, amazing atmosphere, the service was very good because the staff are so helpful. Fabulous Restaurants; the view from the Vertigo restaurant is just incredible and the food is wonderful. Chinese restaurant has an incredible menu the food was so delicious, the view of the wall garden and waterfall in the lobby is beautiful. Very calming to have cocktails on the mezzanine floor looking at the waterfall. We have already booked this hotel for our next visit to Bangkok in April. We can't wait to stay there again😊

The location of the restaurant and the views are great! The service by Benz was super professional and very attentive! We felt very welcome and well looked after! The cocktails were super tasty and the food was nicely presented as well. However, the taste was a little bland and uninspired. Overall the price-performance-ratio was a little too high. Yet I can recommend visiting this place for a special occasion!

Amazing experience. Hotel lived up to the reputation, staff were equally good. Spa experience was superb, masseuse was friendly and massage was good. Anniversary was made special by gifts from the hotel. Only downside was the bed was too soft, but couldn't complain as we stayed only one night.

Very nice rooftop bar ! The view is really amazing at night ! Not as crowded as before. Very helpful and polite staff. There is a spot specifically for taking pictures! Good quality cocktails, some main ones lacking from the menu like espresso martinis but they were willing to make other cocktails specifically.

Very nice apartment style room with fresh fruit every day. It has a fully stocked bar with all the favorite adult beverages. It is wonderful! I just reread what I wrote and realized I left out one of, if not the most, important elements that make a hotel a must go destination - the staff. Unless you own your own island, you will never be in be better care or feel more pampered.

Excellent service and room cleaning. They provide a different room scent everyday. Plenty of breakfast options. The Vertigo rooftop bar had phenomenal views, good drinks which weren’t watered down and small sides which came with it. Only issue is that it is slightly far from central Bangkok but it’s easy to get around with the Grab app. Well and truly 5 stars.

Before choosing to stay at the Banyan Tree we read the reviews all of which were complimentary except for two who are dissatisfied. Spending 10 days at the Banyan Tree has been an absolute delight. The hotel and its staff are courteous and efficient and the meals in the breakfast dining room, in the restaurants and in the executive lounge have been outstanding. A special note of thanks to Nina in executive lounge and to Mr. Wat, who after a hard day on the front door spend time in the evening serving drinks in the executive lounge. These two members of staff made the stay quite outstanding. All in all it has been a beautiful experience far surpassing all expectations.

Prior to joining a group tour I decided to come to Bangkok a few days early. Best decision was to stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. Service in all areas was exceptional, food superb, and really the whole hotel was top notch. I booked a car through the hotel to pick me up. The ride to the hotel after a very long flight was a pleasant experience. A representative from the hotel was waiting for me and helped coordinate the vehicle picking me up. BMW Series 7 car. Check-in was a breeze. Done directly from my accommodation. Room absolutely stunning. Service on my room was prompt everyday. Loved the thoughtful gifts left for me during turndown. The spa was exceptional. If I didn’t have a short stay I would have booked a massage each day. Best massage I ever had. Concierge super helpful. They helped book all my tours. Best part is after my visit to the Elephant Sanctuary I came back to my room with photos they coordinated getting from my guide. Last thing to touch upon is food. No matter if you’re eating at their buffet style restaurant or at Saffron or Vertigo the ambiance, food and service is excellent. What I would expect from a luxury hotel. Thank you again. It was really hard checking out of the hotel today.

Really nice hotel. Very well presented. The rooftop moon bar / restaurant is the best view of the city. Good gym, great outdoor swimming pool on 21st floor. Would highly recommend as a place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I booked the banyan tree from 24-26 Dec to celebrate my husband’s birthday (26 dec). i booked the serenity club room which is their newly renovated room. I emailed the hotel 2 weeks prior to let them know and asked if they could provide some room decor and a cake, they said that they will inform house keeping of my request. We arrived at banyan tree on 24 Dec at 4.45pm, check in is 2pm. We queued 30mins at the counter before finally reaching the front and filling in multiple forms to check in. The staff informed us that our room was not ready and we had to wait 30mins (and i assumed they were getting the decor and cake ready and needed more time). So for 30mins we walked to the nearby hospital and get a pre departure covid swab and walked back and our room was still not ready. We finally got our room keys at 6.30pm, nearly 2 hours after arriving at the hotel. When i reached the room there was no birthday decor or cake, i was stunned and went back down to the counter n the staff told me they do not provide decor, however they will provide a cake. i went up to the room and waited 1 hour for the cake that finally arrived at 7.30pm While waiting the cake, the towel rack above the toilet bowl broke and fell. A handyman came to fix it but didnt remove his shoes n walked all over our carpet and floor. I was already extremely disappointed at this point and called the manager The manager offered to move us to a suite and profile birthday decor and set up a bath. So we went out for dinner, came back at about 9+pm, packed our bags and moved to the suite. The deco and bath looked nice as they strew flower petals on the bed and in the bath water. so after a long day i sat in the bath tub but i realize the drainage didnt work and was stuck. to my horror, there was also a spider sitting in the bathtub with me. I ran to the shower area to rinse off and realize that the shampoo bottle also had no shampoo. suspecting the spider came from the petals, i checked the bed and to my horror there was a worm in the petals there as well. I called the manager who came up to the room to take look, demanded a refund and left to find another hotel at 11.30pm. Shame on you Banyan Tree, so much for being a 5* hotel, from the check in to the set up, everything was a disaster. By the way i paid 14,000++ baht for 2 nights. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Truly exceptional. Outstanding service - nothing is too much. Great array of 'happy hour' drinks and inclusive food is very good. Without question, a stunning oasis in the middle of the chaos of Bangkok. The best hotel I have ever stayed in.

A unique experience and amazing foods and drinks I really liked how they welcome and taking care of the costumers I mean it’s a very popular place already. No exaggerating to say it’s the best in Thailand rooftop gives you a spectacular view of whole city. Go and enjoy your stay or meals 😊😌

We received a 10 star service from the staff. Especially in the reservation team for letting me surprise my girlfriend with the gifts I want to be in the room before we checked in. Reservation agent name is Koi she was very helpful and all the staff who worked really hard to put a happy birthday banner in the room and happy birthday cake delivered at night! I was so surprised and made my girlfriend cry. Both of us are really happy. Romsai restaurant did a very good job serving us lunch and breakfast. The food and presentation is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are definitely going back. The best best best time and treatment at hotels we ever had 🤩🤩🤩

The rooms are big and nice. They offer small nice places which look nice too. It's not a cheap hotel, but they also one of the more famous ones in Bangkok, because of the view from the rooftop. You can have a nice drink or a dinner with a great overview over Bangkok. The rooftopbar on 61st floor is a recommendation when you stay in Bangkok.

I have not stayed at Banyan Tree myself. However, I was a daily visitor of a very dear friend with a terminal illness who was fulfilling a bucket list item by visiting Thailand for the first time and staying at Banyan Tree for four nights. His 1 bedroom suite was very nice, with a large soft bed and a great view. The huge bathroom was perfect for his special needs. The Banyan Tree restaurants were awesome. We were able to visit the Thai and Chinese venues, where the food was presented elegantly and tasted delicious in both. I personally observed how the Banyan Tree team made my friend feel like a king, and I will be forever grateful that they made his visit to Thailand so memorable.

I stayed at Banyan Tree for a couple of nights and would ever do it again!! The service was more than outstanding, everybody had an eye on every single detail and gave their best to provide you with an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was perfectly made with plenty of options for every taste. For my last evening I had dinner at Vertigo. The atmosphere was wonderful, it was peaceful and vibrant at the same time and the views were breathtaking. The service again was 100% perfect, the food was also well prepared but, considering the price, it was nothing special (especially for a hotel guest as there were similarities to the breakfast).

Had a dinner and drinks at vertigo for my partner’s birthday, while the food was average the service is really good. We were served by a lovely lady Nick and a nice fella named Boom 2 who helped us during the whole dinner. They took photos of my partner and I and even printed it out for us, which we were really surprised as we didn’t asked them for it. Kudos to the service staff of Vertigo!

This was chosen as the accommodation for the beginning week of our family vacation. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are very friendly and anxious to please. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, and the food is good. The staff are willing to assist and made changes so that our large group could always eat together. My spa experience was one of the best I have had to date. I enjoyed being pampered as they bought hot tea and fruit to the room for me to enjoy. We enjoyed the view from the Vertigo rooftop bar & restaurant as, again, the service was the best.

We had dinner on the Vertigo Bar and it was everything amazing. We were served by Ohm and he was really nice and always ready to help. The food was divine! Beside that we received a lot of threats, like a group photo and a chocolate, it was really special. On top of all that, we had such a view over Bangkok, just amazing! I can only but recommend it!

Brilliant staff and brilliant service for our honeymoon. Had an amazing meal and Benz served us. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. We got caught in a downpour and the staff were great giving us towels. It didn’t ruin the night if anything it made it. Again great service

Moon bar is well worth a visit. Great views and vibe. Great friendly service from Benz. What’s not to love here. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Most comfortable beds and pillows and all services were excellent. The restaurants were fantastic serving the most delicious food I've had in a while. I can't remember all the names of the staff we had the pleasure of talking to, but Chanjane was amazing on our last night. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back soon 😀

Ohm at the vertigo restaurant was absolutely amazing. Incredible table service and after a downpour that saw all clientele relocate to the inside restaurant he ensured we continued to have a great night, fantastic food and gorgeous cocktails. The best restaurant in Bangkok without doubt. Classy, cool and amazing food and drink. An absolute must.

Had dinner and drinks at Vertigo. Our server Folk D was very attentive and nice. Drinks and views were fantastic. Food was what you'd expect for a rooftop patio. 2200 baht minimum which was not difficult to achieve. Updated the review after now staying as a guest at the hotel: beautiful space. Extremely friendly staff and I was able to leave my bags at the concierge all afternoon and they allowed me to have a late check in for no extra charge. Additionally upgrade my room to a suite for no real reason. Amazing place all around and will definitely be staying here again.

Had an amazing end to my break away enjoying dinner at Vertigo at Banyan Tree Hotel. The service by Folk D was outstanding along with his attention to detail and the right amount of attentiveness. The food was amazing with a very special view to enjoy it with. The little surprises throughout the dinner made it very special. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, stayed here several times over the years and staff are attentive. Nina at the club lounge is so friendly and professional. Penny from Vertigo too is also amazing person and the staff here go out of their way to help and nothing seems to be an issue. I also have to mention that every single team member in the club lounge are extremely lovely and always provide a service with a smile. Chef Boy is also amazing. He went out of his way to prepare meals for my vegan friend.

Absolutely awesome hotel. It is ofcourse a nice infrastructure but what makes it even more amazing is their exceptional hospitality. The ambience is very warm and lively. The staff is ever smiling and helpful. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. The breakfast spread is large and lavish. The live counters assist with all dietary requirements as well. The kitchen staff was quite accommodating too.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, period. Banyan Tree Bangkok took care of us to the highest standard from the moment we arrived at the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and a testament to the Thai people. The rooms were very well sized and I particularly liked the range of options fable for pillows. This hotel was within very close proximity to so much of the Thai activities and near good night life areas too. We got to explore a lot of the night markets which was good. The drivers were gems. Loved this hotel and cannot recommend them enough. Look forward to visiting again in the nearby future.

♥️RECOMMENDED😇 Beautiful hotel, from the room to the top floor. It was a great stay there. We slept very well. The staff is fantastic ! And the breakfast was amazing with lot of choices. Then the rooftop is just unique, never seen such place ! Overlooking the city and the skyline 🏙️ ♥️♥️♥️♥️

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. We received great service and the rooms are impeccably clean with a turndown service which you receive a small gift each day. The breakfast had a great selection of food from fruits, pastries to freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. Easy to get to everywhere from here, would stay again!

The entire experience was fantastic; there was not one bit I wouldn't recommend. Started off with dinner at Vertigo where we both ordered a cocktail, starter and main - all fantastic. We also booked the Saffron Cruise; one of the many highlights. This is a must - I can't properly put into words how special it was. We also tried out the outdoor bar attached to the Saffron restaurant which we preferred to Vertigo just because it was less crowded and was decorated well. Lastly the breakfast every morning was divine. It was the first time we tried iced Thai tea, and we are now hooked! The food and staff all around far and away exceeded expectations and would definitely stay at Banyan Tree again when we return to Bangkok. A very special hotel!

Yesterday I had the chance to spend a night at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The overall experience was great. The staffs were welcoming and attentive. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was wonderful. Even though the hotel is getting old, the room is well kept. It was very clean and well maintained; not to mention, it has the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in. The room service food was quite delicious as well. Pad Karpow pork with egg was awesome. I would definitely be coming back!

We stayed in Banyan Tree Bangkok for 4 Nights. On arrival after a long very long journey we were met by Annie Park who handled our check in. We were treated to some lovely refreshments while waiting. The room was absolutely spotless and very quiet and peaceful for such a busy location. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for everyone. We have to say a special Thanks to Annie Park who noticed it was my wife's birthday the following day on check in and left a birthday cake in out room as a surprise after our day travelling. All the staff were very helpful organising taxis and recommending where to go and what to see. We will certainly be back on our next visit to Thailand.

I already wrote this review under the Banyan Tree Bangkok Spa Google page but I want to post it here as well for more visibility: I have never left a Google review before but my experience at this spa, and the Banyan Tree in general for that matter, made me have to! My husband and I are staying here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. I have never been to a spa before that made me feel so pampered, went so above and beyond, and just generally made me feel so incredible. The facilities are also stunning, and all of the staff are so warm and helpful. My masseuse was Nancy and my husband’s was Nicha- they were so talented and kind, and really made our spa experience very special. Thank you to everyone who made it happen! We will always remember this ❤️

definitely deserves the hotel 5 star recognition . Best customer service I’ve dealt with so far anywhere. I had an issue with my reservation and they worked with me on a solution. The room and views are absolutely amazing. The nice little details and touches in the room are everything . Breakfast was very enjoyable; lots of options. I wish had more time to try the spa out , but I will come back on next visit .

We had a great three days here. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Fruit snacks every day and a different scent for the diffuser was such a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible, so much choice! We didn't go to the Vertigo roof top bar as there was an entrance fee charged which was credit for the bar and snacks but with three of our family under 21 years old, it felt quite expensive. The bar on 21st floor was a nice alternative.

We had a lovely stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was top class with lots of variety and a different menu everyday. Decent gym and pool. The only slight downside was the location, in the heart of the business district, which meant we encounter rush hour traffic every evening when we go out for dinner.

Stayed here as part of a multi centre holiday for our honeymoon. The room was fabulous, very large and well maintained. Staff were always friendly and polite. The choice at breakfast was fantastic. The executive lounge was also very nice and the nibbles and drinks appreciated. The only downside we experienced was the price of the drinks at the rooftop bar, a bit extortionate but the view was tremendous. Would definitely return.

A little bit disappointed after staycation here.I sent e-mail to ask for available time at Vertigo restaurant on Jan 29,2022. I saw e-mail that reservation sent internal e-mail to Hostess (Jan 14,2022)section, but no any responses from them to me. So, I checked-in at Jan 29, 2022 and asked about Vertigo restaurant, the staffs told me that it was fully booked. Secondly, I got promotion (they informed on email) that I will get 1 breakfast free and another one is 750 baht with buy seperately. However, staff did not inform that this promotion need to buy at check-in time, so I thought I can have breakfast for free and another 1 person will get charged automatically to our room, but when I check-out, staff told me that If I did not buy at Check-in time, I will get charged for 2 people. there are miscommunication among staffs many time, and your staffs did not tell the information which guests need to know when they check-in. So, I feel disappointed for my first time here.

The location is in the Central Business District of Bangkok. Horizon Room is very good, large, clean and comfortable, equipped with large sofa in living area. The working desk is large and comfortable. Bathroon is tiny space, there is bathtub and shower. The condition of some equipment such as bathtub was broken. The fitness area is very large. There are a lot of equipments. The swimming pool on the 21st floor. Its size is quite small for swimming with a few persons. Breakfast is served as a buffet with a limited of choice either Thai and Western style. The taste is acceptable. Breakfast area is too small comparing with the hotel size and amount of guest. So, the breakfast round has been separated into 3 rounds. In my opinion it is not fair to guest. The hotel should provide more breakfast area for the guest convinience. The overall service in breakfast is acceptable. I have observed that the foreigners were serviced better than Thai guests. This is the worst point for me in this stay. Vertigo Rooftop is great service, lovely staff, great food and great atmosphere. It's great as I have been everytime. Check in and check out process is slow. Once again that I had observed the different between Thai and foreigners.

Pretty nice hotel, but not a five-star experience and not on the same level as other Banyan Tree properties. Pros: Good location, lovely facilities, attentive staff. The concierge desk is extremely helpful. Reasonable room rate for what you get. The rooftop bar is very nice. Cons: The rooms lack certain amenities I’d expect from a 5 star hotel. No coffee maker, just packets of instant coffee… no thanks. Some of the rooms are only stocked with one roll of toilet paper, which is not something you want to notice is lacking when you need it most. The bathtub in my room looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. The breakfast area appears chaotic and crowded, as half of the tables are blocked off “for covid” 🙄. The staff in the breakfast restaurant look like hospital employees wearing face shields and latex gloves. I didn’t sample the food as I gave up after waiting 15 minutes to be admitted without acknowledgement from the staff.

"A great hotel worthy of its 5 star" Pros - fantastic & cozy poolside with a amazing view. - the foods in poolside was awesome. - old, but well-managed furnitures. - the bedding was just perfect - you will be fall asleep in few minutes. - beautiful view in bathtub. - super kind staffs. Cons - there are few local restaurants within walking distance.

The bed and sheets were very comfortable. and good decorations with flowers. swimming pool is great as well. but few things were annoying us for 3days. Refrigerator was broken. after we called 2times then they changed. and the hotel sent an email to give us a complimentary cake for our anniversary. but they didn’t prepare. Also we asked 2times. And there was an elevator problem. My husband waited in the hallway for 20mins to comeback to our room. last, they missed making our room. anyway, our global stay was good. but for the price and a five star standard we were disappointed of all these little issues.

Feels like a typical aged business hotel with no character. Breakfast and club lounge food was disappointing. Yoga and Muay Thai classes is an interesting perk but a pity the staff did not bother to inform us during check in. Some of the signage felt like a blast from the past. Only positive points was the comfortable bed and that the desk was very much suited for computer work.

What a hospitality! Every employee is very friendly and helpful. They all look up when you pass by, smile and say something nice! We have felt very welcome. We had dinner at Vertigo on the 62nd floor. Wooooow what a view! As a free service, they took and printed a great photo of us! What a great surprise! We had plans to go to a museum. Since their service is excellent and the view from our room (47th floor) and the pool (21st floor) is great too, we stayed in the hotel the whole time. We loved every minute of it. Very highly recommended!!!!

Had a very good weekend stay at the Banyan Tree in Bangkok. Location and view are very good, pool area is nice and spa is beautiful. Bed is one of the comfiest I have had in Asia. Most importantly, the service is outstanding from check in to check out and everywhere in between. Ploy at the Club Lounge made sure to make our stay as good as possible and we were incredibly pleased by her attentiveness. It was my birthday during the stay and the staff made sure this was not overlooked. Definitely recommend getting a club room as the convenience and service the club offers is worth it.

  • 5/5 Boris P. 1 year ago on Google
Let's start by saying that we booked rooms on the club floor. I am not sure what the service in lower room categories is like, but the club floor rooms are amazing and totally worth the money. From a relaxed check-in in the club lounge with welcome drinks on comfy couches to a personal touch where ever we went in the hotel, it was an amazing stay. The club rooms include access to the club lounge on the 19th floor, which serves complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, wine and finger food that might as well serve as a full dinner. The club floor manager Ploy was amazing. She remembered our group from check in and we never had to show any ID to enter the club floor. She also remember my wife's gluten free dietary choice throughout our stay and made sure that gluten free bread and food choices were always at hand. Something that we struggle with in most places. Granted, the rooms might need a little touch up here and there, but they are still really enjoyable. A comfy couch, a big desk, great comfortable bed with a breath taking view from the 57th floor. The vertigo bar on top of the Banyan Tree alone is worth a stay. Great cocktails and finger food and an unobstructed 360 degree view of the city. We will definitely come back

Best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar. However we’ve been underwhelmed by the rest of the hotel. Room view is directly onto another building, location in business district with no attractions / restaurants / shops within walking distance. Check in wanted to charge extra for additional bed even though booking included children. I had to request extra towels daily for children. Breakfast felt cramp & hectic, coffee / tea waiting time significant. Generally staff were friendly & welcoming, however the coordination / communication / management seems to be lacking for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel itself is excellent, however the rooms weren't ready for our 3pm check in. We were asked to wait an hour, so we went to the pool (lovely; good city views), but at 4.30pm the room still wasn't ready. I understand that the travel industry is in a mess still, and we all need to have patience, but perhaps telling guests to wait two hours and room being ready is better than saying one hour and it not being. People will be more understanding. Would absolutely stay here again - and I commend the staff for their hard work in a difficult situation - but maybe a touch more clarity would help.

This was a planned holiday of a lifetime. The Banyan tree was beyond my expectations. We were in club class, I would highly recommend it. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful and we felt truly looked after. Beds are so comfy, the facilities are great. Super relaxing in the middle of a busy city. Personally I find it better to go locally for dinner , but breakfast at hotel was one of the best I've had. Great variety. Laundry facility so helpful too

We did enjoy our stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok. During the hard time but their service and manner were nailed. Highly recommended this place. We would definitely love to stay again once we back in Thailand.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff with always a smile on their face. Loved the hotel and the room. We stayed at the Club Lounge and really loved the special room for breakfast (freshly cooked) and the "Happy Hour" from 5pm to 7:30pm all drinks included and table service with some food too. They also offered Tea and Food from 1pm as complimentary. We would definitely stay again when in Bangkok. Great 5 stars Hotel👍👍👍👍👍

As we were greeted, the staff was super friendly. The room was ready early for early check in and as promised, the room was spectacular!! The amenities and the massage / spa was out of this world. We stayed 2 nights and off to Phuket but we are returning in 1 week and going to stay at Banyan tree for another few days. Banyan tree definitely delivered and no wonder it’s 5 star!! -rich

Buffet breakfast was delicious! Great variety, however the menu does not change, but a lot to choose from, sushi, healthy bar, Thai hot dishes, western breakfast, lots of dessert options like pastry and even fresh fruit! Behind the buffet breakfast is a beautiful pond full of fish. Staff were quite lovely and attentive where possible. Every staff welcomes you each morning at the breakfast. Rooftop pool is beautiful! Not many chairs though however beautiful views. Vertigo Bar, highly recommend during sun set or night time to see the beautiful city! Rooms are a bit old, however my room was fine. Other friends who stayed in the same hotel did experience issues with their room such as toilet leaking.

We stayed 4 nights during a trip to Bangkok, and this was easily the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Truly impeccable service from start to finish. Excellent amenities including a rooftop pool, spa, and sauna. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room as well as the view of the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very good service overall. I would absolutely recommend Banyan Tree. The only downside (and this is very minor) is the hotel is a bit far from most major attractions or any malls/supermarkets.

We had dinner at the Vertigo. The view was simply stunning. Benz was an excellent waiter. Very kind and helpful. He made us feel special. Considering the price range pretty high up here, we were expecting a better food quality. It was good but nothing fantastic. Nevertheless, the view by itself worth the price. And once again, service was excellent.
