If you will attend a concert or expo in Impact Arena this place is a good place to stay! Very cozy and homey! The price is jot too expensive than hotel nearby Impact.

This place is okay and quite cheap. The small room has a bed, kettle, hot water shower, mini fridge. The breakfast is quite good and all the staff are helpful and friendly. The only problem was the bathroom in B12, which, when you flushed the toilet or used the shower a bad smell came up from the drains and you could smell it in the bedroom. This made it difficult to sleep. For 1000 baht it is a good deal and restaurants are nearby.

Room basic and small but ideal for our needs and most importantly, clean. Location is perfect for easy access from main road, tucked away in a quiet corner. We walked to a local shopping mall quite easily. Just take your time as there aren't pavements all the way. Food was simple but sufficient. Breakfast only on site. For dinner we went to the Hiden Garden which was very upbeat, efficient and had a good menu. Cocktail menu is excellent. Show your room key and you'll get a 10% discount of your food. Pricier than other restaurants around but as its on the doorstep, we'll worth it. Free coffee and biscuits in reception area as well as a wonderful massage chair.

The room was nice but I can hear the other room at night. But all in all will go back if given an opportunity. Its nearby impact which is a plus if there is a concert

We loved our stay here at this beautiful place with such an amazing vibe and courteous staff. The Hidden Backyard, one of the more popular hangout places, is literally in their backyard. If you have to stay near Impact, this place can't be missed. The breakfast spread was good and the owner (So Fa) custom made egg white omlettes for us. She was so happy with us she gifted us a parting gift. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Booked the standard twin room for 2 nights but diff order. Got the same room for each night. 1st night was decent. They serviced the room when we left to concert at Impact. Got back at night and was welcomed with 2 cockroaches 😭. Thank god these cockroaches don't have wings. I have no idea where it came from; it's impossible if we accidentally brought the roaches in our luggage upon check-in since the luggage has been through multiple scans and check-ups at the airport customs. Other than that, overall, it's a comfy room. The ambience is very nice. For muslims, it's a bit hard to pray because the room is rather small. At the price of RM105 for one night (2 pax), it's reasonable. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The AC tends to turn warm during the day if you set it at 30°C overnight, so you have to off the AC and turn it on again. Will I book a room from this place again? Probably will book a bigger room. Otherwise, no.

Room was not soundproof. You can hear the sound if your neighbors are noisy. The key was a regular key, not the card one. Felt a bit unsafe because of that. No table big enough to put my stuff, so I had to put them on the bed🤦‍♀️ Good thing I booked for twin bed.🤷‍♀️ I stayed in J building. No elevators, just stairs so it’s really tiring if you bring large suitcase. The stairs are kind of steep and scary. The jet shower for toilet is on the left side, which is kind of weird because it’s usually on the right side. Far from convenience store. But they sell snacks at the front desk.

I love the place as it gives me a nature vibes. Very calming for me which i really look for a place to stay! Room is okay and serve its purpose. But what i love most is that they are pet friendly and it is a plus for me as i am a furmom. Thumbs up for that! Also it's nice coz near from restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Botanic Serviced Rooms, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is located in a great location, surrounded by trendy restaurants and cafes, with easy access to public transportation. But what really sets this hotel apart is the design. Every inch of the hotel has been thoughtfully curated to create a chic and modern atmosphere that is both welcoming and stylish. From the lobby to the rooms, the decor is sleek and minimalist, with plenty of natural light and lush greenery that gives the space a fresh and vibrant feel. My room at Botanic Serviced Rooms was nothing short of amazing. The space was incredibly clean and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities that I needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and luxurious. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the botanical prints on the walls and the fresh flowers on the desk. But what truly made my experience at Botanic Serviced Rooms so wonderful was the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was struck by how friendly and helpful everyone was. The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure that all of my needs were met, from recommending local attractions to making restaurant reservations. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly attentive, ensuring that my room was always spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall, I would highly recommend Botanic Serviced Rooms to anyone looking for a hip and stylish hotel that offers a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the chic design to the friendly staff, every aspect of this hotel is designed to ensure that guests have an amazing stay. I can't wait to return!

Excellent experience during my stay here. I love the ambience and the fresh air. I like that the crew is very welcoming with their guest and I love that the rooms are all fully air-conditioned. And especially the food and beverages is great. I would bring my family again in my next visit. Highly recommended, overall experience is 10/10.

Good to attend concert at Impact but do avoid if you have big luggage. No lift and some buildings are rather shabby looking. Convenient stores are far away except for Lotus. They do offer shuttle service but only for drop off. Easier to move if you know how to speak thai (grab) or rent their motorbike. Hard to find food if you have strict dietary restrictions but the receptionist speaks English so they'll try their best to help you with Grab food

Nice convenient hotel for a one night stay, lots of parking. And very easy for the Impact centre which is about 3 km away. There is a bar next door called Hidden Backyard with seating around the pond and nice garden areas, they have a really huge selection of beers on draft. There is also a very good Japanese restaurant just next to the hotel. Highly recommend for family outing

This is an awesome place with a rustic and relaxing vibe like a resort. Everything is so thoughtfully put and designed. There is a bar right next to it, there's fountain and sitting chairs. The staff is extremely coordial and is smiling all the time. It's a must stay place if you are visiting Impact or staying on that part of the town. My wife and I loved our stay here and will definitely come back.

Good place to stay at if you need to be close to the Impact center. Staff are polite and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This is located next door to the hidden backyard bar which gets a good crowd nearly everyday. There are a few Japanese restaurants in walking distance and a Tesco lotus and food court which is also in walking distance. Pets are also allowed here.

Cheap and cheerful but super close to the DMK airport and a fantastic resto called hidden backyard right next door. Definitely a good overnighter near the airport. Also the staff are super helpful.

Clean and cozy room with awesome lighting system that wont blind your eyes. My stay was very comfortable and the location was pretty convenient from Impact exhibition center. I booked through Agoda for a standard room but they ran out so I got upgraded to the deluxe room by front desk. All the necessities including toothbrushes and sandals were provided, and if thats not enough, the store next to front desk is sure to have what you're looking for. Also pets are allowed to stay, so thats a plus if you own one.

I have stayed here for a night. Unfortunately, as much as I want to support local business, but the a/c wasn't working properly. Air conditioning is very important considering we're in the mid of pandemic and monsoon season. It's important for the room to have adequate air circulation, not just to prevent Covid spread but the mold as well. There seems to be water leakage from the ceiling too. The rooms aren't noise insulated that you can hear small movement next doors. It's also NOT a secured building which is not suitable for solo traveler. In a proper hotel, not only the building is fully secured with key card access. There are usually 24/7 security staffs at front desk and carpark(with secured ticket for each car). This place has none at all. I have informed the front desk about A/C malfunction, there wasn't any apology or remorse but telling it's a suggestion?! I found other reviews had raised this concern too. The bathroom looks moldy and unclean. There was no hand soap but a shower gel in the bathroom which is separated from the sink area. The mattress is too old for sleep support and need replacement. Also, only rain shower-liked(but way worse and is rusty) available but there was no shower cap provided. I was asked for additional fee for my pet TWICE. It should be a minimum job requirement for staffs to communicate with each other clearly , instead of bothering the guests. The property is 18km from Bangkok CBD and in fact, isn't actually located in Bangkok. There is also no lift access or is friendly for guests with disability, nor one with a carry-on...not to mention a large luggage size. Considering paying this similar price as chained hotels( that are pet-allowed too),I think I had made a bad decision trying out this property. 500Baht pet fee from chained hotels would includes pet bed, litter tray, drinking water and bowl for pet, CBD parking with view with proper building not a camp site- liked property. It's more like a stop over motel in rural country town. THIS IS NO WAY A QUALITY FOR SERVICED APARTMENT to begin with.
