I wish people would have posted current photos of this room. What a mess! Dirty, dirty, dirty! The bathroom was so full of black mold it literally made me sick, I couldn't breathe almost our whole stay here. There were some kind of small moths stuck to the ceiling in one corner. No cable package. Would not recommend to anyone!

Room is very dirty, even chairs or tables have years worth of dirt on it. Moldy ceilings in the room and bathroom has some mold too. Bugs in room too though mostly ants and some mosquitoes. Bed appears clean atleast. But you can tell they do 0 mantience or advance clean here. Wifi is good though

Check in is strictly at 2.00pm on the dot. Even arrived at 1.58pm also they don't allow to check in. Abit unsatisfactory when there are multiple rooms already available. Big decent rooms. Working aircon n hot showers. Have a fridge.

If you are a light sleeper don't book here. I The rooms aren't isolated so you can hear everything. Footsteps. Tvs. Doors shutting. And the ac is noisy. Extremely noisy. 🙁 But other than that. It's a great little hotel!! 7/11 is within walking distance. Staff is truly sweethearts. They are so friendly! Hot shower is decent. A lot of packing space for your clothes. I recommend to people who can sleep through a war. 🤣

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in the area accessible to different destinations in Bangkok. Consider the price, which is very affordable, I would not hesitate to give 4 stars to this hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! They try to cheat you out of money by making you pay a 500 baht deposit and then deduct money by making a fuss out of the smallest things! In our case, it was make-up left over on a towel. They deducted 200 baht for it! Can you believe that, 200 baht? For something that would be washed anyway? The room was not desireable at all, either. The air conditioner gave us respitory problems, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It also looked ancient (you know the ones that are super yellow). So we had to sleep without using it. There were also ants crawling all over the floor. The fridge was old and mouldy. The bathroom was old and mouldy. Even the showerhead was mouldy. They are also super strict on rules and will try any possible means to get money out of you. If you check out 1 minute after 12.15. Then 200 baht gone. If you ask for a late check out after 2pm, they make you pay for the entire night. They also refuse to hold your bags. Worst hotel ever, save yourself the hassle and stay at the 5 star adjacent to it. You'll probably end up paying the same amount of money.

Depending with what you are looking for, the hotel is located in a residential place. Relatively low notice and spacious rooms

Its a bit on the outskirts so you have to walk for a while to get somewhere or take a taxi. The rooms were very big and there were enough amenities, but it was very outdated. Other than that it was quite cheap and the staff was nice!

Bad service policy. I made a booking but I told the hotel that unfortunately I could not come due to a transportation issue. The hotel refused to give a refund and I had to pay the whole price even if I was not there. This is very disappointing and upsetting for 500 bahts the night and this kind of big hotel which has many rooms available. It is better to book with a hotel that does not ask for a payment in advance.

Good location cheap place to stay near restaurants, and WiFi is stable ish, showers are hot and some beds are comfortable, aircon not bad!!! The main issue is maintenance going on, the constant banging and drilling is really annoying but most days there isn’t any.. most the staff seem nice, especially the manager 🙏

The room is clean and spacious. The air con was cool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although we had a slight problem on the language, they are still trying to understand. Thanks a lot for the hospitality 😊

The small hotel is located nearby Electricity Generating Authority or in short EGAT. Not many carpark spaces but well managed enough. Convenient and efficient but cleanliness must be significantly improved. There are too many molds in toilet. The housekeepers should take more time to clean them. Perhaps big cleaning is needed. The hygiene maybe low but other aspects are acceptable. Staying here for a night cost around 400-500 THB.
