I stayed for one night to take care of some local business. I didn't eat or use any amenities other than the room. Room was clean. Odd number rooms face a very busy street with construction. Even number rooms are on the back side and are very quiet. The TV is small but adequate. Only watched World Cup so I can't speak for the selection and quantity of channels. The bed was comfortable for one night. Air conditioner is good. There is a mini fridge and a couple of bottles of water in the room. Bathroom is decent size. Has bath towels, hand towels, soap, body gel, and shampoo. No conditioner, bring your own if you need. There are a lot of comments on hot water and water pressure. My experience was that the shower seems to have a surge of water pressure every 2 minutes. When that happens the water temperature changes with the water pressure. When the pressure drops after the short surge it momentarily becomes uncomfortably hot. That lasts only a few seconds but it is very hot. If you have children you may want to warn them to turn the shower away from their body during the surge because when the pressure drops it will get HOT. This cycle happened roughly every 2 minutes. The same thing happened to my wife during her shower. Location of the hotel was great for me. I would stay here again but now I know to use caution in the shower.

Great hotel. Stayed 1 night arrived late and they have free parking, as well as a gym on the 8th floor. It’s really clean, and new. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from 7-11. Booked on agoda and got a great deal. It’s near DMK airport too. The hotel is positioned on a main road but you don’t hear the traffic at night, it’s very quiet with soundproofing. Free water, coffee, wifi etc. All you really need.

An excellent Hotel close to the Airport - very clean and comfy. I was travelling by Bicycle and needed a part that had just broken. The young Man at reception was very helpful in liaising with a good bike shop nearby to source the part and then booked me a motorbike Taxi to go and get it. Exceptional service from this young Man.

Great affordable spot close to Don Meuang Airport... Good Google navigation to location. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice staff, parking. Be aware food kitchen shuts down at 8:30pm and there little in the area (food delivery options).

Helpful supportive staff Description of facilities available for standard, premium and deluxe rooms would assist the guests and manage their expectations. Better lighting for standard room bathroom to assist wet shaving and provision of ion and ironing board or the non availability for the standard room would be useful for the guest I will use it again

I stayed for 2 nights coz I have to be at Impact Exhibition center for 3 days. Great staff. Took a bit long to check in. The cost is relatively low but the quality of the room and service is considered 4 star or above. Overall, I’d come back and stay here again.

However, at checkout got asked to wait until the room was checked (a first) Great location, 10min taxi ride from IMPACT Arena! and cute cafe shop "The Tadpole" that's a few steps around the corner ^^ Room was facing the main road with construction (doable for light sleepers, with proper ear plugs) Despite water temperature issues, for the price and quality of the building, would book again~

Hotel with a modern design. Only 10 minutes away from Chaengwattana Government Centre. Staff with a great personality and good service. Also nearby are a Shell gas station convenience store and a 7-Eleven. Soi Chaengwattana 14 is across the street and has a lots of food and snack shops. I stayed on the second floor, which is accessible by steps from the lobby. I booked a room on Agoda for 650 baht per night.

Friendly staff, very good price for this quality hotel. Not much Nearby, I used this as it was on a direct line/road to Lumpinee Stadium for the Thai boxing (which was very good)

Good spot if you have business with the Government Complex. If you drive, mind that you need to make a U-turn to get into the complex. If walking, about 25-30 mins to the Building B.

Great service with value price. Room is clean and comfortable. Depleted 1 star for hot-cold shower systems, the hotel hot-cold shower systems provide only boiled water (too hot) and The cold one. Please fix it and you hotel will be one of the recommended hotel in this area.

we came here because we had to do something nearby. the rooms are pleasant and clean, the bed comfortable. reception staff friendly. near the passport office.

The location is maybe not perfect but the hotel itself offers nice rooms for valuable prices and it's great if you need to go to the immigration at Chaeng Wattana

Friendly english speaking staff. Clean rooms. However, housekeepers only make the bed and change towels when you ask them to make up room. Queen beds are not available. My husband and I needed to push our 2 single beds together. WiFi is only good in the hotel lobby. It's spotty in the room. There is only one wifi router for the whole hotel. Walking distance to the hotel are small coffee shops and a local Thai food restaurant.

overall is good, just beware unstable shower burning your skin

The room was clean but bed was little bit old and bumpy for sleeping. Food was tasty and they had a good room service , reception also waa great service. . Its a good place yo stay if going to Don Muang Airport by taxi only 90 baht.
