Great community and very welcoming. We had a good time during the holidays there. One minus thing: too bad everything was in Hebrew only. I am not Israeli, so I couldn’t understand anything of the Rabbi speech. I understand that they mostly have Israeli there, but it would be nice to have some things translated in English so the others (like me) don’t feel like outsiders

Another great chabad house. The restaurant is not only for Israelis, go there if you want to go for some great food and a little bit of Israeli culture. We took one tai dish and some veggies dishes and they were good. The price is decent.

Good food, good prices. Shabbat meals are well catered for at no cost, but donations are welcomed either before or after shabbat. Large charity box (tzedaka or Pushke ) on first floor. Restaurant ground floor, synagogue 1st and 2nd floors. Lounging area and bookshelves. All welcomed. Rabbi and bochrim on site. Security guy at front gate. Free wifi

✡️❤️ my favorite place in Thailand, just feels like a slice of home. You will have to show passport at the door which is normal considering the tensions in the world

The food was remarkable, on the same caliber of a high end restaurant. However, extremely affordable prices. Fresh, tasty, and wholesome. Good crowd and lovely families. Head waiter ran the place terrifically. Clean restaurant. Good staff. Overall, very good experience.

Excellent Chabad House with a fabulous meat restaurant at very low prices. Also a nice shul and lounge facilities.

Very hospitable and friendly. The food was good and the portions generous. We avoided the traffic by arriving by boat at Pra Athit Pier,3 or 4 minutes walk away.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chabad House Bangkok, and I must say that it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The Chabad House provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, where I felt comfortable and at home. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, offering a variety of resources, including kosher food, Shabbat services, and Torah study classes. In addition, the Chabad House provided a great opportunity to meet fellow Jewish travelers from all over the world. The atmosphere was welcoming and enriched by the diversity of attendees, creating a unique and special atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend the Chabad House Bangkok to anyone seeking a welcoming and friendly environment for Jewish travelers. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the services offered were invaluable to my experience in Bangkok. It was truly a highlight of my trip, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wonderful atmosphere, the rabbi was very welcoming. One thing I'd suggest - try to have a service in mixed Hebrew/English, for the Jews that are not Israeli yet still want to participate in the event. Thank you for having us!

Chabad House, nuff said! lol. Seriously though, so happy they're there. Food, prayers, assistance to those in need, or just a place to chill for a bit.

Clean and amazing food. This is honestly my favorite place to eat on the planet and I miss it so much. When I was living in Bangkok it was my go to place. Thank you so much for providing a fantastic place.

great experience ! Great service . We arrived on a Friday afternoon at Bangkok and just than realized that our hotel is too far to walk to Chabbad for Friday night dinner , so we called and asked for a last minute delivery of meals to our hotel- and not only they were willing to support, they also offered a warming plate (“ Platta”) , free of charge, so we could warm up the good. Such a pleasant experience!!! Thank you Mennie for supporting!

Great community services, from Mikveh, to Minyan and Meaty restaurant, they have it all. As always, Chabad is doing a great job, especially here in Bangkok!

This really is home from home, wherever home is. Our kids enjoyed relaxing upstairs, unwinding from the busy streets of the city. Great restaurant and very fair prices. Highly recommended

I have mixed feelings: the waiter was the worst: he forgot 3 items that we’ve ordered and always looked annoyed. There is no decoration inside, just a plain room with tables, not cozy. Man, but the food was so good! I got beef kebab and it was amazing. Too bad the waiter forgot my falafel. I also tried hummus with pita from my friends and it was very tasty as well. Also there is a bit annoying security check where you get suspicious looks and get your passport photographed.

This restaurant needs your passport to protect the community center. Security guard comes from Ukraine. Mango fruit juice is so sweet , dishes is a little bit higher price than that of other neighboring stores.

I found the same in Hua Hin with good taste. I thought, i would find the same quality of food here, but a little bit disappointed. Closed on Saturdays.

👍👍 Undoubtedly the best Pad Thai. This beats all the others. A note of caution - since November 2021 they open for TAKE AWAY ONLY between 10am and 5pm. Get there early, we arrived not knowing this at 4:10pm and the queue was already forming. Excellent attentive and helpful staff tend to every need. The...

👍👍 We waited for 3hrs after arriving at 9:30am, and finally eat our food at 12:30. I suggest to arrive before the shop opens, maybe around 8-8:30am. The omelette is not too flavorsome, just full of crab. The fried fried rice noodle is shockingly good, the texture of the noodle itself is super stretchy,...
